Verizon Bob helped me immediately . I’m a senior citizen but he didn’t treat me that way.Bob even showed me what to do .I’ll be here again and I would recommend Bob to my friends.

This place is horrible. Went in to get my plan/phone changed, the guy(bald guy didnt catch his name) ended up screwing it up, taking off my unlimited data. Of course he, nor anyone at this store could fix it. Had to go to the store on Riverstone to fix this guys mistake. When I got there I found out he had added free features to my account without telling me. The people at the store on Riverstone were able to fix all of this fortunately. Do yourself a favor and avoid this store at all cost.
