This place is horrible!! Came in around August 21st to put myself on a family friends account for 50$ then charged me 25 for a sim card that boost the company told me was directly 10.67 including tax. Hasnt even open sense that day!!! I was my money back or their WILL BE A LAW SUIT AGAINST YOU THEIFS!!!!

Literally sitting in front of the store at 2pm says you don’t close til 7 or 8 and I’ve been here since 12. You need a sign up if your not gonna be serving customers. Horrible service and on top of that horrible phone service

Drove out of my way to come here to buy phones and switch my service. Upon arrival the open sign is on and all the lights are on but the door is locked and nobody will answer the door nor the phones. What a waste of time and gas.

Very unhelpful young men new don’t know what’s he’s doing manager not doing his job and not help have you in there all day don’t compensate give for your time anything

I drove out of my way from Ypsilanti to come here. I am so glad I did! Service was so friendly, honest and helpful. My old phone was begging to be replaced. I called this store before I drove out to see if they had the phone I wanted and they did! Once I got there, the kind gentleman did not hesitate to grab the phone and take it out of the unopened box to show me it. Ill definitely come back here in the future.

Replaced screen was very sensitive. Started dialing / making phone calls randomly.When asked to fix this issue I was told that it has no warranty. Also there is a dark black shadow on the screen top left corner.Trainee technician probably did not disconnect the battery and ruined the screen light.Got the screen replaced from another place.Never go there just to save money. Horrible service

Never open at 10, who is no one ever here at 10. I come and sit outside waiting for 30 minutes to an hours for the store to open up... don’t go here!

AMAZING!!! By far mike has the best customer service skills I’ve ever seen anywher! He’s very well at multi tasking taking care of 3 or 4 customers at a time. While making you feel like your the only customer he’s had all day. I can guarantee that’s not the case he offers the best deal compared to any other phone store.deffonately buying more than one of anything. They also offer phone repair at the best prices I’ve seen around he fixed a phone for $25 that every other store quoted me nothing less than a $100 to be quite frank with you I have had a phone shut off for a couple hours just so I didn’t go to another boost mobile store. Mike is a great guy. Doesn’t try and pressure you into buying but will always show you what’s best for your price range. I have never left this store without feeling like my business was greatly appreciated, even when just paying a bill
