I accepted an offer from BingBongBuy to purchase my phone on March 22nd, 2020. USPS tracking confirmed that the phone arrived at their facility within days. One year and numerous emails later I have not received any payment or responses to my communications from this company. I tried to be patient given the circumstances of the pandemic, but to enter into an agreement to buy someones valuables, accept the items, and fail to either pay for or return them is the very definition of fraud.

They received my iPhone in March and I have still not received the money they promised and they no longer will even acknowledge my emails. I WILL FILE MORE COMPLAINTS! DO NOT SEND YOUR CELL PHONE TO THIS COMPANY, many complaints like mine!!

From the very beginning these folks were highly communicative and lead me through the process. They were prompt, courteous, and polite...not to mention they were the highest bidder on my used tech. This is a 100% fake company. I have sent my wifes mobile phone and they simply kept it. They never responded me back. Neither they returned phone nor gave any money.Plz dont fall into their trap!! Let me expose their strategy, how literally they make this trap. When you try to sell your mobile phone online, they will quote the highest price so that you can fall into their trap (Obviously seller would love to sell his item to the highest bidder). They promise to pay you money if mobile is in same condition as the way you have described on the website else they will return sellers mobile. This policy is very clearly written by them in their website. Also, in order to show that they are genuine buyer, they will send you prepaid shipping label and even call you so as to make you feel that whole transaction is safe. Once you ship your mobile they will never turn around. Irony is now their phone number and website all are vanished. ..It really does not matter that my phone is gone but what hurt is these practices are really not good in any society and it destabilize the TRUST FACTOR among people. I will humbly request to all trading websites to disengage such kind of vendors from their list as innocent people fall into their dead trap. Our hard earned money is just simply gone!!One more important message to reviewers:Before making the deal I tried to check online reviews as well and ironically this company has 4.5 stars which made me believe that this is a honest company but unfortunately it came around entirely opposite. PLZ GIVE HONEST REVIEWS AS IT HELPS OTHER PEOPLE TO DECIDE. Hope my review can save some people to fall into this dead trap.

Sold my iPhone 7 Plus to Bing Bong Tech last month (December). I have not received payment. Emails and telephone calls checking status of my payment have gone unanswered. I can not recommend doing business with this company. Additionally, I’m reporting my experience with this company to the Better Business Bureau.

This is a great and trustworthy company! I actually reached out to Nate over Facebook marketplace looking for a phone. He met me at his business on a Sunday and managed to meet all of our needs . I highly recommend them to anyone who needs to sell their phone !

Just there today. I had an iPhone 6 (64) and an iPhone 7(128) The 6 had some wear and tear and a button that wasnt working. The 7 was mint. Walked out with great price. Beat the other stores I looked up. Great customer service. Walked out with cash.

Sent them phones 2 months ago, got requoted the same day it was received and never ever heard anything back after that. Tried to contact them numerous times but the covid-19 pandemic shut them down but they are very much open and still haven’t got back to me about my payment.

I don’t normally post reviews, but felt I needed to in order for anyone else that may do business with these guys.I shipped my iPhone X to them and they stated they needed to adjust the quote because of some scratches on the phone (the phone was in great shape and in a case it’s entire life). I accepted the updated quote (which was less than their original quote and accepted 12-5-19) and never received money.I reached out via email to them (because I couldn’t find a phone number for them) and let them know I still have not received payment for my iPhone and never heard back.It is now February 16th as I write this review and I reached out to them again today via email to come to a resolution with my iPhone X that they received.I did find an 800 number for their store in Ohio and will attempt to call them tomorrow to make me whole. I will update this review if and when I am able to speak to BingBongTec. As of now I would definitely not recommend this company to anyone for any reason at all! Seems like I’m not the only one who has had issues mailing phones to these guys.2-26-2020I have since been able to resolve my issue with BingBongTec. After my initial review someone reached out to me about my review and told me they never received my email inquiries about the missing money. They emailed an echeck right away and I was finally able to get the money I was originally quoted. One of the owners reached out to a frustrated costumer and I was able to let them know about the breakdown in service.My 1 star review has been updated to a 3 star to reflect the support I was finally able to get after my initial review poor review.

I sent them my phone and they received it nearly 3 weeks ago. I have still not receive payment. I have contacted them twice asking for payment and then for the return of my phone and received neither. They have an F rating with the BBB. I will be filing a complaint.
