Nowadays, trying to find any super duty truck is difficult. Chip shortages, limited inventory options, and unscrupulous dealers literally price gouging. I’ve walked in the door to several dealerships looking for new and been made promises that never transpired. Others dealerships toy with you to let you compete with invisible “others” who want the same truck. I was so weary of this that I almost didn’t visit Shottenkirk. I’m so glad I did though. Great experience. Friendly folks who ultimately didn’t screw me over. My trade was properly valued. The truck was right for us. And the process was made easy. Honestly, the price was very close to Kelly Blue Book and we got a few extras out of it. Cooper and Duck were great and made it happen. Need a super duty? Go to Shottenkirk.

My husband and I have had nothing but issues since purchasing both of our Jeeps from them. Not only did we both purchase them two weeks apart but we referred a friend who also purchased a Jeep through them. The first issue came about when they drove my vehicle hours away to install a backup camera without informing me how far it was. They used up my entire tank of gas and returned my Jeep on empty. The brand new backup camera didn’t work from the moment I tried to leave the dealership so it took another appointment and another full take of gas used up upon its return to me. In the meantime, the rental Jeeps they provided on both occasions were also on empty. That is 6 tanks of gas I paid for. Their solution was one $50 gas card. Within this process they conveniently stole or lost one of my original Jeep floor mats. The price tag details claimed to have 4 brand new tires but after attempting to rotate them 2 days before our wedding my Jeep became completely unable to be driven after leaving the dealership where we learned that they only put 2 new tires on it and the other 2 were the original tires from when it was made in 2015, tires that aren’t even made anymore. Those 2 tires while still having incredible tread, are cupping due to their age and caused my Jeep to tremble horribly while driving down the highway. Their only solution after spending 5 hours at the dealership was to give a discount for their overpriced tires, essentially making them regular priced. Not the way to treat a customer and definitely not what we needed 2 days before our wedding. Needless to say, they have now lost the business of 3 of their loyal customers for any purchases in the future as well as our routine service.

The service department is the worst a dealer can have. I have been taking my van truck for 6 months to the dealer to have the check engine light fixed and when they deliver it to me they do not go beyond 15 to 20 miles and it appears again. Supposedly they fix it, they charge me a fortune and the check engine light keeps coming out. The last time I brought it to the dealer they had it for about 2 months and supposedly it was ready and they ran it over 120 miles to test it and the power did not come out. No namas pay the bill and come out in it and again the problem. So I honestly do not recommend this dealer at all.
I have had numerous problems since my oil change a couple of weeks ago. I have called three times and no one returns my call. I won’t give up, but my future service appointments will be with Jasper Jeep. I have never had a problem with that location.

Recently brought my 2020 Ram 1500 Bighorn in for its first service appointment at Shottenkirk Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram dealership in Canton . I have been to many dealerships in the past with my previously owned vehicles and I found the Service team at Shottenkirk to be very professional and prompt with service . I am glad I purchased my Ram from them and glad to see their professionalism didn’t stop at the sales department!
I have purchased two vehicles from these guys in last 14 months due to fact that Bill Holt closed and was always the best customers service ever . Actually bought my wife a Jeep as well and switch to all Chrysler vehicles . Shottenkirk is by far the WORST customer service in the industry and their Service Manager should not have a job . Been their twice first to have wipers fixed and they didn’t do so then drove 4 hours in the rain today and they sent me home with not fixing and putting peoples lives at risk because of their lack of caring for their customers . Will never be back and will certainly go back to GM products based on service and reliability . Nothing like driving in the pouring rain with no wipers

I did most of my research online before I ever contacted Shottenkirk. My initial contact was by phone with a gentleman by the name of Josh. Josh set up a test drive for me and he was very friendly and helpful from the very beginning.Upon arriving at Shottenkirk, I was greeted by Mark. Mark did everything he could to try and make my experience with Shottenkirk an enjoyable and pleasurable experience. I must say he drives a hard bargain as he wheeled and dealed with me until we could come to agreeable point on the vehicle that I finally purchased. Bob was my financer, he was very informative and helpful in the final signing stages of the sale.Once I left the establishment, I experienced a small problem. I called back to the dealership and Andrew answered the phone, immediately he found a way to get my problem resolved. Not only were they willing to send a tow truck for me, but they listen to what I had to say. Upon returning to the dealership, Stephani was quick on the draw to write my issue up and get me a loaner vehicle.I followed up the next day, and Stephani got back with me as quickly as possible. As a truck driver, Im aware of many things that can happen with mechanical items. Not only did Stephani listen to me, but so did the mechanic who worked on my truck. They made it possible for me to get my truck back the next day with the problem resolved and assured me if I needed them again they would be there for me.I can say that I will definitely be back in the future to do more business with Shottenkirk. Theyre not high pressure, they just want each of their customers to have a happy and enjoyable experience. Please do not take your vehicle here for repairs. They dont answer the phones or return your calls. I took my 2020 Ram in for a bad starter on September 27th (Tuesday). It is now October 21st and still no truck. The man who checked me in argued with me saying there was no way it was the starter. My appointment was 7am on a Wednesday, they didnt look at it until Friday evening. When I called Monday to check on it they said they couldnt find what was wrong with it. I got a call Tuesday evening informing me that I needed a new starter....... I was told they had to order it and it wouldnt be in until the 16th. When I talked to the technician, he said he had to prove and convince the service department that the started was bad. They didnt even put in the paperwork that I asked them to check the starter. The 18th rolled around and I called to check the status. I was told the part didnt come in and they now expected it on the 27th. I understand they cannot control backorder parts, but they can at lease communicate with me. This is my only vehicle and they could care less. There was one nice service rep who took time to give me info my rep didnt. He also tried to convince the company to allow me to use a loaner vehicle due to the extreme wait time, with no luck. I am very disappointed!

Went today and salesperson pretty much ignored what I brought in and even thought it was a lease and not a purchase offer. The slowest service department that I have ever experienced. The only reason I would return again is if the oil change/service is for free! My time is more valuable than the time that I waited here for an oil change.
Exceptional service from Pedro Caraballo in the Sales Dept. My husband and I bought a Jeep Wrangler and he was knowledgeable, efficient and made the purchase process as painless as possible. He helped us trade in two cars and we were satisfied with the deal we were offered on them.However, we were not happy with the amount of time we spent in the finance dept. While Bob is personable, what should have been a 15 minute transaction took almost an hour while he chatted and kept us at the dealer until almost 9 p.m. He did explain the paperwork and take care of the transaction, so I didnt reduce the 5-star rating.Overall a very positive car buying experience.

On Monday I was asked by my company to pick up one of 3 trucks we had just purchased from them. A time was set for me to pick up one of the trucks. I arrived 10 minutes early. I spoke with one gentleman who seemed to care less about me because I already had a sales person to speak with. He told me he would get my sales person. Thirty minutes pass. No sales person and not a single other employee checked on me as I waited. I finally approached the desk and asked the counter woman if my sales rep was there. She responded by paging him over the intercom. 15 minutes pass with zero help and zero checking on. The gentleman I was supposed to meet had in fact been on site but left. Finally and a man whom wasnt in a logo outfit approached and offered to help. After a few calls I had what I needed. He then informed me that I had arrived at the wrong time hence not being helped by my sales person. Within the next 24 hours Shottenkirk lost me as a customer. The truck I picked up started to brake down less than 18 hours later. I called the service department seeking help and was blown off. When the truck did break down 2 hours later I was stranded out of state in a tiny city. The same service department who blew me off did it again once it fully broke down. They sent me a number to call for towing. They made no effort to help address the issue. They didnt care that I had a trailer with me and that 2 towing companies Chrysler attempted to provide couldnt help me. I called a third company to get the truck towed. I, then had to rent a Uhaul to tow my trailer back. Shottenkirk made no effort after the sale and during there own failure to help me as a customer. I am a very level person, I understand things happen. The effort and care by this dealership is appalling and abysmal.

Bought TWO new cars a few months ago. Our salesman lost the 2nd fob for one of the vehicles. It took WEEKS to get a new one and that was after we found out he was getting one for the wrong care. Acted like he didn’t really care and all I asked for was some touch up paint for our troubles. NOTHING from anyone at the dealership to apologize or anything. Not very happy.

I was so anxious about getting a new vehicle before a big move out of state. My husband has always driven smaller vehicles for me. It is one of the few things he does for me. So this vehicle was for him. I looked really hard for this vehicle that had 4 wheel drive and was green amongst other things. I was not even sure our pre-approval would be enough. However, Sydney was a star. I didnt get to talk to her much. But she took care of everything before I got to the dealership. Moriah was also efficient and charismatic. The paperwork was done in no time. Duck was energetic and helpful. He helped us with long term goals and find a price that we agreed was acceptable for the vehiclw. Harvey was kind and patient. Also,I loved all of the ducks. We were given elephantduck and giraffeduck. They are the guardians of the jeep. Thank you all for everything.P.S. Purchased a truck on 5/4, still dont have my tag/registration. Wouldnt be the biggest deal if there was a delay, except that I cannot get any assistance from the dealership. I have called multiple times, emailed multiple times, and am not getting a response. It has been 6 weeks and the dealership still hasnt gotten my tag. Very disappointing how when I emailed and called prior to purchase I got an immediate response, now after the purchase of a $90k+ vehicle cannot get a call back. Unsure what happens when my temp tag expires and I still dont have a tag, guess I will be finding out thanks to Shottenkirk Chrysler.

Your told one thing when making the appointment and another at check in only ro find out they have your car all day and not even look st it after you have a appointment. I would not ever take any of my cars back here again.

Horrible service department. I took my Jeep Wrangler in for service and 2 warranty issues. They had the vehicle for 24 hours and didnt get anything done except for the oil change. I could have had the same thing done at Jiffy Lube in 15 minutes. They were unable to diagnose a check engine light code, and didnt have parts in stock to fix other issue. I also specifically asked them NOT to rotate the tires since I have very expensive aftermarket wheels and tires..guess what? Yep, they rotated them. Pass this place by.

Great staff and dealership to work with. This was my second vehicle with them and they went above and beyond to get me what I wanted and keep my payments where I wanted them.
Terrible experience at Shottenkirk. I have purchased a jeep with an extended warranty. They say the extended warranty is bumper to bumper but every time I bring it in they seem to say that’s not covered. When I do bring it in it takes up to 10 days to get anything done because I feel I am at the bottom of the list because it is under warranty. Customer service is lacking with zero callbacks unless I called them asking for an update on my jeep. I would not do business at this jeep dealership there are several other jeep dealership so I will give you better service. My service Repour contact person was Rocky. Avoid him at all costs. I’ve had good experiences with a few other service reps.
Nice people in Service Dept...but they just need more help. They are over worked and it shows. My reply text to the automated text they send when you drop of the vehicle for service when unanswered...twice. They said they would have the Jeep ready at end of day. I called and left a VM. No response so the Jeep stayed overnight. I didnt mind that so much...but they left it out in the rain overnight and didnt both to but my plastic top/back window down...so now I have water in my back area. Yes, I should have closed it before I dropped it off, but gee willy, cant they see that its open and zip it down? Showed up today to pick it up and pay over $1000, which is fine...but I had to wait 20 minutes to pick it up. Mr Shottenkirk, hire more people and tell them to answer the automated text! Nice people but next time, I going to independent mechanic.
My husband and I visited Shottenkirk in Canton yesterday. We had the pleasure of working with an excellent salesman, Brian AKA the sometimer and Albert in Finance. Both gentlemen were patient, personable, and relatable. We arrived at the dealership with the hopes of having a Jeep transferred from another dealership. However, Brian took the time to show me comparable models on their lot to see if any would satisfy me. At first, I was hesitant and thought I had my mind made up. Nevertheless, I came across a Jeep that met my needs and I am so in love with it!The service we received was above and beyond! They made the entire buying process smooth and seamless. They were genuine, sincere, and not once did we feel pressured or overwhelmed. We are so grateful for their time and energy spent on us. We highly recommend this dealership! Rest assured, when were ready to buy another Jeep we will be back!
