He was good to respond to my messages and provide any information I asked for. The day I was able to get to the location he was available at the scheduled time and everything went smooth. I got a good deal on a good ride. I would purchase from David again.

I would give 10 stars if it was an option. I found a car that is hard to find in good condition that I had been looking for for a long time (Crown Vic P71 unmarked low miles. David is great, answered all my questions, and patient. This is my first time purchasing by phone and internet and it was honestly a great first experience. They have cars in great condition and a lot of interesting nostalgia and collectibles. I highly recommend them and have been giving everyone who asks me where the heck I found one of these in such good shape their website and number

I came across Cherokee Auto group by way of Facebook Marketplace, and I was so glad I did. I was looking for a specific type of car and they had it available for sale. A little hesitant, I reached out to the owner. I had so many questions since I was an out of state buyer. David was so kind and answered every question. He was more than willing to work with the independent pre-purchase inspector I ordered, and was extremely professional. David kept in contact with me every step of the way. His kindness and generosity put my buying at ease, he even offered to pick me up from the airport...now thats service. He met me before store hours, showed me the details of the vehicle, how things worked, and answered more of my questions. I sat down, signed paperwork, and was shortly on my way, in no time at all. It was a great car buying experience from start to finish. I highly recommend looking at this dealership if youre in the Atlanta area or an out of state buyer.

Awesome dealership to work with! David was an excellent help, arranging an easy and snag free transaction for me over the phone, as I am from out of state. He even stayed a little after their business hours so I could make the drive down and pick up my car. Once there it was only about 10 minutes to get everything wrapped up and I was on my way home happy. I highly recommend checking them out if you are looking for a hard to find vehicle in excellent condition.

David is proof that the term Honest Salesman is NOT an oxymoron after all! His transparency and truthfulness is beyond confidence inspiring. My Lincoln was delivered exactly as promised, in exactly the condition as described by him. Getting older means you have learned much and can truly appreciate when a business person does a wonderful job, from hand picking fine inventory to selling it properly. Shady group of people. I bought a car from here, literally the next morning the check engine light popped on. Then I remembered before I drove the car off the lot, they had a mechanic messing with something under the hood. They wouldnt really explain what was going on, and I didnt know any better at the time. Looking back, they were obviously unplugging the battery to reset the CEL. I called and took the car back to them and they pulled the code but refused to fix the problem. Its your cliche sleazy hack used car salesman. Dont waste your money or time with this place.

I had an appointment to look at a few different vehicles. Once there, I was given keys to look through some of the vehicles and the owner, David, went over a few things but left stating he had another appointment to attend to. I asked to go for a test drive on two of the three vehicles I was interested in. David sent his title guy with me to do one test drive. The title guy was not very knowledgeable and tried to bs his way through some of the questions instead of being honest that he did not know the answer. Once back from the test drive, the title guy got out of the car quickly without saying a word to me, ran inside, locked the door, and I never saw him again. I waited for David and told him that I wanted to go for the other test drive. He told me that he was with another appointment and did not have time and it could be several hours before he would have time. I was ready to buy that day and he knew that. Whats the point of having an appointment, especially when the owner knew the day before that it would be three vehicles, if I was not going to be given the time of day and the courtesy of the help I needed. He lost a sale due to my experience. Lastly, the vehicle I did drive had issues that were not stated to me and I was led to believe they were in great shape. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!

I traded in on a great 1991 LandCruiser. Vehicle was as stated with only 60k mikes and ran great. They also sold a truck for me. This dealer has been in the community for a long time and is really considered as a hometown family dealer. They sell daily drivers to special low mileage and collector cars.

David and the entire staff at Cherokee Auto Group are terrific! I bought a 2001 F-350 7.3 diesel shuttle van last December and have been thrilled every since. I told Dave I had done my research and knew what I wanted. He answered all my questions and did everything to make my buying experience terrific. He is fair and honest, rare these days.As a woman, I strongly recommend shopping at this dealership.

Great folks to buy from, honest and straight forward. Just bought a beautiful used car for my daughter. Because we live over 90 minutes away, they worked with us over the phone and kept the dealership open almost two extra hours so we could complete the transaction on our schedule.Clearly they have a passion for automobiles and make the effort to obtain and sell low milage and hard to find vehicles. Their showroom is worth a visit by itself, as it contains numerous examples of cars that were loved by former owners and kept for more than just transportation.Compared to auto mills that are only looking to flip vehicles, you are going to find much better service, friendlier people, higher quality for your investment of time and money with these folks.

I purchased a vehicle from Cherokee Auto Group on Ebay. The seller canceled the transaction the next day, claiming the listing had an erro. It took multiple calls and messages over several weeks to get my $500 deposit back. Representative I dealt with was rude on several occasions while I was trying to get my deposit back. I left them well deserved negative feedback that was well within established guidelines, but it was removed. Potential buyers beware, pristine feedback ratings arent always whole story.

All I can say is dont buy from here. I was so hurt and disappointed I wrote a letter to the dealer. Paying almost 30,000 for a car that is valued at $8,000. First day brakes squeaked. Took it back told me it was taken care of. Brakes still squeak, sunroof dont open, make loud sound when you turn to left, something knocking in the back. Why dont you get it repaired you may ask. I cant afford to remember the car is almost 30,000 and we have to pay on it 6 years. I never write reviews but if this can help anyone it was worth taking time out if my day to do it. The father and son seem nice enough. Just sell crappy cars though.

From the moment Dave responded to my email I felt this was a place I would feel comfortable doing business. When I arrived I was treated like an old friend, introduced to everyone, and made to feel absolutely comfortable. You could tell they wanted to make sure I was happy with my trade in value, happy with my new vehicle, and totally satisfied with the transaction. Attempted to look at vehicle for purchase. Called ahead to verify vehicle was still in stock. Confirmed and let receptionist know I would come to look at. I made sure to arrive with plenty of time before closing. Upon arrival was barely greeted then asked what I needed. I explained vehicle that I was interested in. At that point I was told I needed a appointment. I waited for 15 min no one helped me, then I left. Poor impression to make on a potential customer. Would not recommend this dealer.

I’ve always wanted a crown Vic and noticed they had an amazing selection on their website. Pictures seemed good till I came to see them in person. Not only was I unpleased but noticed that the Vin numbers on the cars and website didn’t match up.They had all the same numbers but 2. Just a bunch of guys trying to get over on good people don’t waste your time.PS. Go to the back of the lot and see the pull apart lot! Also check cars on the website and check the VIN numbers ( if the car looks the same and Vin is different, It’s still the same car they just don’t want you to know the history)

Great Dealership to do business with ! Without ever seeing our Jeep, prior to purchase/delivery nor visiting the dealer, I had a great purchase experience. They had a detailed description and many pictures that helped tell the story of this Jeep. David took care of everything including very reasonable shipping to our door !! I have never done business with them before & I wouldnt hesitate to purchase from them in the future. They find some great orignal gems that are affordable. Though not perfect ( and I wouldnt expect it) it looks great for nearly 3 decades old. And its only orignal once... Thank you David & Cherokee Auto Group.

I got a jeep from these people that looked to be in good shape but when i took it to a mechanic 2 master techs ruled it unsafe to drive and it had already overheated once . they where nice enough to let me trade it in and pay all their fees again even though mine was worth more . i traded it in on another jeep i had nothing but problems with i had to spend great amounts of money on to fix . i could not keep up with it anymore and sold it for a loss . these people are crooks that sell pieces of junk they claim to be gold . take it from me . i am disabled and needed something to get to doctor appointments and they ripped me off .

Noticed a Cherokee Auto listing on eBay and I liked it. 23 year old, unrestored Cadillac. Researched it both mechanically, and its value on Kelly Blue Book - which listed the VERY HIGHEST of high DEALER RETAIL PRICE VALUE at $1500-2300 (thats for an aboslulely MINT CONDITION vehicle - which this was not). They had it listed at $6500 (w tax. lic and everything).So, I emailed them to state my definite interest in the vehicle and to see if there was any flexibility in the price, since it was unchanged on eBay for over 8 months. I carefully laid out the Kelly Blue Book numbers comparing it to thier price - which carried a 200-300% permium OVER and ABOVE the stated HIGHEST DEALER RETAIL PRICE, They replied back to my very FIRST CONTACT email messgae with multiple INSULTS, ESSENTIALLY LAUGHING IN MY FACE FOR SUGGESTING paying anthing less than their way over-inflated asking price. They wrote well you can scratch it off your list... because we stopped reading your rambiling {email) after the very first sentance (in actuality, my original message was a brief three sentance summary paragraph) several other personal insults followed then they closed by saying best fo luck...yu [sic] have loadz [sic] of work a head of ya [sic]! and it was proudly signed by a smug person named TIMMY.So, the very first sentence of their reply to my first contact vehicle inquiry is an all out, unapologetic INSULT on my writing skills, yet thier reply was comprised solely of sentance fragments, filled with grammar and spelling mistakes and overflowing unkindness and personal character asassinations, which continued on for three more insulting messages (all personal attacks) - Sorry pal, we dont need any pen pals, its time to move along fella...suggests [sic] getting out some [sic] and stay [sic] off the net trolling [sic]...best of luck on you [sic] Ebay ad editing [sic]. Timmy.After the third round of character assasinations I finally lost all patience and told them to blow it out thier tail pipe.I mean, WOW! If you have to be THAT rude and NASTY just over a first contact note expressing intererst in a vehicle..so then if I go in to the showroom...will they then ask me to step out to the back, knee me in the groin, and give me a black eye if I offer anything less than thier fullly inflated asking price (thats 300-500% over and beyond the absolute higest of high Kelly Blue Book DEALER RETAILER PRICE on a 23 year old hoop-dee Cadillac thats seen far better days. Our van broke down and we were in desperate need of a vehicle. I was told to fill out an app online and they would help. I did so and called the next day, was told someone would call back. I called again at closing and the person already left but I was told my app was being matched with financing. Ive bought plenty of cars and that process has never taken more than a couple of hours tops. Here we are 2 weeks later and they still havent called. Highly unprofessional. Not only that but how many points did my husbands credit score go down from them running the app multiple times with no intention to help me.

Bought a retired police interceptor a couple of months ago. No problems with car or sales experience. Definitely unique finds at this car dealer.

Messaged this dealership to see if they would take a cash value for a vehicle that they had on sale. I get a response telling me to know my market values better and that he Thanks the Lord he can wait for the right buyer. How disgusting of a reply, and then replies again and tells me to get out more. Absolutely horrible! Dont waste your time buying from these fools and their over marked cars, I will personally make sure anyone I know runs for the hills on this one!

My husband and I came in on a Saturday. We spoke with David beforehand about a vehicle. Set up a time to come in and test drove two vehicles. We purchased our new (used) Honda later that afternoon, cars doing great and I would recommend them 10/10!!!

Paid $500 down payment for a truck. I couldnt go through with deal. They refused to return money. I even told them to keep $100 for their troubles. But they didnt refund anything. Stay far away from these people. Check out their other one star reviews.
