Buying a new car can be an exhaustive ordeal. I have purchased a lot of cars and the purchase experience at Bill Holt Mitsubishi rates at the very top. We purchased a new 2021 Mirage for our 16 year-old son and not only did we leave with a beautiful new car we also left having made new friends.Todd and Jason provided a personal touch that is unheard of in todays business environment, especially in the car business. Wow best car buying experience Ive had!!Jason Hunter ( General Manager ) took the time and walked me through all of my loan options, he explained everything in detail and made sure I was comfortable and understood everything before I made a decision. Mr Hunter asked me why I wasnt taking my truck home, I told him I was in my rental so I would need to come back tomorrow, he offered to detail the rental and drop it off in the morning...I couldnt believe the generosity and customer service. Mr. Hunter is building something special, they will make you feel at home and treat you like family.Jason Newman was my salesman for my purchase. He was waiting out front with a water bottle and he had a sign in the window of my truck saying welcome Mr Dodd, so yeah you could say he Immediately made me feel welcome. Mr Newman allowed me the time I needed to feel comfortable behind the wheel and didnt hold back any of the history of the truck. He doesnt fit into the shady car salesman stereotype actually the exact opposite. If you want a honest salesman thats willing togo the extra mile go ask for Jason Newman.

Anyone looking for a vehicle this is the place. God has blessed us tremendously. They have 3types of programs to fit each person. (No credit check) worked for us. He purchased a brand new car with only 3 miles on it yes only 3. I was helped by Billy...and this man was awesome. He went above what I even asked for to ensure I got the help I needed. Even referred me to Lendmark, another wonderful place, so I could get top notch help with my auto loan. It is very rare that Im more than satisfied walking away with a car that I never asked for nor was looking for. To protect me and my family he found something that worked, perfect size for family and best of all, in my budget. I also met Zach who was an ace behind the scenes, doing honest business and ensuring I was sold the vehicle because I was there early, ready to buy it first, regardless of other offers. I have known Kyle since the purchase of our vehicle in Dec 2013, from Roswell Mitsubishi, which no longer exists. I drove all the way to Marrietta to have the oil changed, serviced, roof rack installed, detailed and now I drove to your new location in Cherokee County which is even further. I am certain there is a possible closer Mitsubishi location to where I am in East Roswell, but why go where I don’t have established relationships with exceptional humans who take the best care of me and my car? Also, Ian has serviced my car multiple times since I’ve gone to Bill Holt and he has always done a wonderful job.

I love this place! So much better than any other place I have ever taken my car. They are always so responsive and helpful. They are continuously honest with me in only doing what is needed (and fresh out of college I could only afford what was absolutely needed!). I keep saying β€œthey” but honestly I have mostly worked with Kyle and he is the best! So nice, helpful, and honest. Last I was there, I was there because someone smashed my window and they were fixing it. Not only did they take care of the window but they vacuumed the glass out of the car and cleaned it up! Such a wonderful business and I have loved every interaction that I have had there! Unfortunately, since they moved to Canton, a 10 minute drive has now turned to 40 minutes so I won’t be able to use them anymore, but I highly recommend them and always ask for Kyle!

You get a fair price and will be offered the MOST for your trade-in. Even if you keep your vehicle and just want a second one, they will work with you and their financing options so that you leave satisfied. Mitsubishis are in the top three vehicle makes, especially if you want something safe and economical. Mitsubishi offers SUVs with Apple CarPlay while most brands do not. Get yourself to this dealership and have fun with it.

Kyle was helpful with android auto and helping me to get my music up and running. I was not happy with the 2 hour wait with NO explanation. My car was given back to me wet from the unfinished car wash because I got tired of waiting and needed to leave. The service technician didnt explain all that was done to my car either. Was shocked and disheartened at the service being that I was treated so good by Tina and the other Mitsubishi crew in Marietta. Hope the service gets better. I love my car, and I need and appreciate good service for it. I expect and deserve nothing less.

Very deceptive business practices I was sent a flyer with false advertising. I went i. The store to pickup my TV and was treated with an abrupt rudness by the so called floor manager. I was asked to leave and threatened with police intervention. All of this nonsense can be avoided if they would honor giving the prizes. A complaint with the consumer protection division, and a notification to atourney generals office ought to straighten this matter up. Btw mailfraud is illeagal and Im sure the US postal inspection service may want to hear about a law violation.

Today, I went to Bill Holt Mitsubishi in Canton GA to get a brand new Outlander 2020. The salesperson was a young man. He was new to the job but he was very nice and helpful. Things took a sudden turn for the worst when Todd, older man showed up to try to convince me to take their offer. He asked me how much I was willing to pay for the car. I gave him my price. I guess he didn’t like the price, he literally kicked me out of the place. He said β€œwe are done with you, you can now leave”. I drove 50 miles one way to get to the dealership. I didn’t deserve to be kicked out just like that. All I did was gave how much I wanted to pay for the car. The price difference was a little over $3000. I guess he wasn’t making money off of the price I proposed. Instead of explaining that to me he chose to abruptly kicked me out. Very very poor customer service. I would not recommend this dealership. I would take my money somewhere else.

Only Positive: Donald was amazing!On Other Hand: I purchased a new vehicle from them in April 2019. I was told they had a Credit Repair Program they were offering which allowed me to be placed into a new vehicle with zero down. When I went in to purchase I was told my payments may be high at first but take a new car, make on time payments on it for six months, then bring it back in to trade for the vehicle I want and they would use the payments I made as a down payment for my new vehicle and refinance to lower my payments and interest rates. They also offered a free first oil change.... ALL LIES!!! They put me in a car I didnt want (I needed a third row) with payments over $500 and had me put down $1,000 as a down payment. After my six months they gave me the run around and told me I can trade my car back in IF I do a voluntary repossession or pay $10-11,000 in negative equity which they failed to disclose. The vehicle had electrical issues and cut off on me on the highway twice and once we were almost hit by a semi-truck because of it. The Service Dept said they fixed it but my radio continues to cut on and off while Im driving. They also did a refinance to my car without my knowledge or consent. They also didnt do a free oil change. I paid for the first one and when they decide to do a free one, the service rep stated I needed to replace my oil filter at an extra cost. How do you do an oil change without replacing the filter?! Our sales rep Donald was nice and tried his best to help, but Paul kept giving me the run around and avoided me at all costs. I am now stuck in a vehicle that still doesnt fit my familys needs with high payments!

Day one. Need one tire, oil change and balance. Talked in getting two new tires. Within hours tire light came on and tire pressure monitor. Day two return. I need tire patch, paid and got tire patches. Drove home, several hours later tire light came on with tire monitor light. Day three, now they said I have nails in both of the other tires. I got patched but now they said I need the tire pressure monitor fix. I left with patches done, and come back later for the monitor. This is the experience of the Service Dept. They probably set it up so I would buy two additional tires. Now I am experiencing no trust issues and anger. I written down everything just encase need accident reconstruction expert and tire expert for lawsuit. I want everything in one location.

Theyll outright lie just to get you in the door.This dealer had my information from my business with their parts department. Yesterday they decided to use this information to reach out to me via email to share that they were having a raffle drawn from a pool of their existing customers, and that my issued raffle number was a winner.There were four advertized prizes:1) $25 Walmart gift card2) $500 Walmart gift card3) 4 New Firestone tires4) 2021 Mitsubishi mirageShortly after I used their link to confirm my issued number was in fact a winner, my phone rang and it was them asking if Id received my raffle invite, and asking if Id scheduled a time to come by. I agreed to stop by, given the suspense of knowing Id won *something*, but not knowing exactly which of the prizes it was. I figured worst case scenario, $25 is pretty easy to spend at Walmart.When I arrived at the dealer almost an hour later, I was invited into an office and thus began a 20 minute long shakedown for information on my current car, job, income, credit, and a general please-trade-in-your-Evo speech. At the end of this discussion, it was revealed I had NOT won anything in their raffle (my winning pin number didnt even have the same number of digits as the real winners), despite their online system being explicitly clear that I had.I was then given a service center coupon with the $20 value hastily scratched out and $25 written in, like Id ever trust them with my actual car after this whole run around.

Paul, the manager returned, returned my call, told me they would be open at noon, and to ask for Donald. When I got there both Paul and Donald Wooten were so gracious and willing to help. Donald was quite service oriented and made me feel valued as a customer. I took my Montero Sport to Bill Holt Mitsubishi back in February about a week after getting stiffed on its purchase. I met Kyle Hedman who is now the service coordinator. Throughout the entire repair ordeal, he stayed informative, calm and cool assuring me my vehicle would be repaired by his certified master mechanics. After many months of waiting and dealing with the hangups of owning older cars, I finally picked up my Montero Sport today. The guys in the service department did a fantastic job on my repairs and the truck is driving like it came off the showroom floor.Thanks for getting my engine restored to its factory standard former glory service team!I would recommended them for Mitsubishi vehicle repair to anyone who needs to get to the root of their car or SUVs issue.

I would like to say Rob has been amazing the process was quick, fast and efficient. If you don’t have the best credit or ok credit this is the best place for you. Ask for Rob if you go he will walk you through the process and give you follow up calls. Great experience.

Great day today...In June my wife and I 2015 GMC Terrain engine went. We needed vehicle. I received a call to come in. I was place in brand new 2019 Eclipse Cross..so today they did again..this time for my wife...she walk out in 2019 Mirage. I took my Mitsubishi Outlander Sport here to be serviced. The dealer where I bought and serviced my car is no longer a Mitsubishi dealer. Also, weve been dealing with a little thing called the Coronavirus Pandemic. I was a couple thousand miles past my routine maintenance, and in need of new tires, so I stopped by here first. Got my car serviced, went and got new tires hours later. Since then, Ive been receiving CarFax reports about my overdue service and bad tires...which have been replaced. Did not ask for any of this, have no desire to sell my car anytime soon. At this point, Im ready to find ANOTHER Mitsubishi dealer.

James Hall has been my trusted mechanic for years now, i take my Hyundai to a Mitsubishi dealership to specifically request him. Has replaced almost everything in my car including the engine block and have never had any issues. He recently re threaded the area for my drain plug to fix my oil leak. Id say ill be seeing him soon but that would be a lie as everything works because he did his job right.

Patronized this dealership to evaluate our 2017 Mirage for maintenance and they found an issue with the rear light causing an intermittent issue the gear shift. Really appreciate them diagnosing the issue BUT feel they are VERY expensive. Basically, replacing the $50 rear light harness resulted in $700+ based on the labor cost. And unfortunately, this did not include any of the maintenance items that I originally brought the car in like oil & transmission oil replacement. Services are too expensive in my opinion given that Mitsubishi Mirage is a low end car.

No pressure, eager to help, informative, friendly and dedicated to customer service.As usual, the Finance guy has to try to scalp you for what the Dealership can make, but eventually, we agreed to an amicable deal.Would certainly recommend Bill Holt Mitsubishi, but be aware, the uninformed is always subject to penalty.Looking forward to see if this Dealership meets my expectations post purchase.
