Staff was great and helped me find everything for my sons 3rd birthday. Instead of wandering aimlessly, I was in and out in 5 minutes.

Workers are sexy. 10/10 would go again.

Lots of fun, they just didnt have many of the nice Halloween decorations out at the beginnings of October.

Very nice new store with phenomenal choices and brilliant associates that helped me find what I needed!

I was able to get just what I was looking for and the manager on duty even helped me out with 15% off of my purchase because they were missing an item that was supposed to come with the party bundle I purchased.

I just want to take the time to say how awesome the staff at this location is. Katlyn who is the employee who helped me went above and beyond to help me. I wish everyone was as kind and caring for the customers as she was 👍.

Good selection and customer service! It had all the goodies needed for a baby shower!

Just needed a simple balloon order. The kid working was writing it all down, his manager told him to stop and do it a different way. The kid rang it all up and forgot to click “balloon order” after we paid. Had to return it all and ring it back up. His manager never said sorry to us once. After wasting 40 minutes of our time. Then we got it all right and rung up and paid for and they stared at our receipt wondering where the original was before the return. Well he threw it away. Just a mess. Not properly trained. The manager Tom sucked.

One person working a register and several other people working. Stood around waiting for several mins with an employee who was stocking saw me and kept on doing his thing. Decided they didnt want my sale and left.

Nice store. It was clean and the staff were friendly.

Dont know why I even spend time coming to this location. They always seem to have maybe one or two if Im lucky of what ever it is that I need.

New location is clean and convenient. But help was hard to find.

I enjoy going to party city for all my party needs.! They always have what I need & if not then I can always order it online so I can have it just in time for any party. I am glad that they have a location here in Canton now because makes things so much easier for me. Now I dont have to travel so far to get my decorations. I recently did a party for my 3 year old (minnie mouse theme) & all of my decorations where from party city but was unable to take pics since I was busy making sure things went good at the party but I have uploaded her minnie mouse piñata, pink tiara & birthday girl pin too. The balloons I purchased were amazing.! I enjoy going to the Canton location. 💯 they had all of minnie mouse items that you can imagine. Totally recommend going to party city for all your party needs.!!

Alexus was the employee that helped us and she was amazing! If you are ever in the store and need help with suggestions DEFINITELY look for Alexus!
