Good place to bring my little cousins and nieces n nephews, snacks toys chargers etc, all cheap with a good selection

I love this store! I always go to buy 1-2 things and end up spending 100$. Whoops!

I came in once to buy one thing, 40 dollars later my girlfriend got me back to reality. Great store to shop and easy to get caught up. Love it.

My kids and I love five below we come often but we get followed through the store every time. This is very uncomfortable for us so we stopped going to this location.

Why were they closed at 7:00 pm on 4/26 when theyre scheduled says they close at 7:30???

I went to pick up an iPhone charger and I was going to pay cash and I was a nickel short. I was going to my car to get a nickel and a woman who was working spotted me a nickle. I know it was just a small thing. But I really appreciated the generosity out of the woman that was working. I will definitely return back to this location. Great service!

This is a great 5 Below. Clean store with ample room to move between aisles. They have also installed self checkouts in addition to the normal checkout. Looks like they have also expanded their items to include some between $5-$10.

As soon as I walked in the door I was verbally attacked by staff for not having a mask on I told them I have my mask but I was currently drinking and I would put my mask on as soon as I was done drinking the staff member continue to verbally attack me until I left I will not be returning to the store

Although, this is a new and improved five below, One thing I noticed is that there are not many workers in the store. When I went there were only about 2 workers. And I don’t really like how everything is do it yourself. It kind of takes away from peoples jobs. Other than that great store

Its 5 below. What a great place to go and check out all the cool things they have to offer. The kids walk out feeling like got lots and lots of cool stuff.

Never knew this place existed...its amazing and your mind goes a little crazy because everything is $5

I really struggled with the rating on this one. The store is mainly self check out, which I didnt realize. However, the lady running the front was amazing, patient, and so helpful. The loss of one star was mainly due to the somewhat disheveled appearance of the store, as well as the fact that Five Below is no longer $5 and below. That would be like going to Dollar Tree and finding that the items are now $5. The whole reason you go, is because things are cheap. Lame.

Self checkout and no good help they raise prices everywhere to just have self checkout no help better off going to dollar store. Than forced to ask questions at check out

Didn’t like the way I was treated to well, just stopped by my to kill time and see the new place and the usual the whole time. I was with my daughter so I figured it would be a cool but I guess not.

Cool new store but hate the check out set up! Even when someone rings you up it’s like they’re hovering over you while you pay with your credit credit. Invasion of privacy for sure.

Came to the store on Michigan Avenue because the web site said that they were open from 6pm to midnight on November 28th. Got there at 11:09 pm and the doors were locked. A little disappointing.

Messy, and way to many people without masks on in the store.

I was very upset going to this location 35 mins away didnt have any of the stuff i was looking for and very little selection they need to stock up their shelfs with more borax and pet supplies school supplies like glue, pens etc. Thank you
