Everyone that works there is an excellent owner or employee. Shelves are stacked neatly and are always full. Prices are reasonable and the quality is unsurpassed. I drive all the way from Howell Michigan just to see the owner and get taken care of in the most excellent manner. It is a pleasure doing business there.

We love Saad Meats, everyone working there is very nice and professional. The recent upgrades to the store has been great and they have a very nice collection of meats including Chicken. I recommend visiting this place if you have never been there.

Our family go to place for Halal meat and grocery needs. Mostly middle eastern and Asian spices and foods. Neat and clean. Well organized with friendly staff. The meat is economically priced and is of good quality, although I did notice if we want in bulk for a party we have order in advance, which is okay.

I really liked being able to order online or use the app and the store was well organized and smelled clean. The checkout system is great and it was nice to do everything touchless. I didnt give them 5 stars because I ordered 6 chickens skin on and cut into medium pieces, but the chicken I got was cut into small pieces with no skin. I ordered because I am cooking for another family who is in need and cant prepare the meal I intended to because the chicken is wrong. If I had placed the order in person, I would have been able to watch the preparation.

They overprice to customers when it comes to buying meat . if you go to dearborn you will see big difference in prices. also the owner saad shows rude behavior.

Honestly shocked at the quality of meat/chicken I received.I was excited to use the app to order because of the convenience and with covid I thought it would be great. Apparently they bring it right out to your car but that was not the case. I arrived 5 mins after my scheduled pick up time and of course it was not ready I had to go inside the store after all ...the staff was extremely unprofessional the young girl and man behind the counter were arguing in front of customers . Unfortunately that wasn’t the worst part of my experience as I got home I notice the 10 pounds of trimmed cleaned chicken breast I ordered was not cleaned nor trimmed. The Kafta did not taste like kafta! It was packaged in a produce bag and was all over the place. Was definitely not fresh and smelled terrible. I guess I have to drive all the way to Dearborn to Berry and sons to get some good quality. Don’t waste your time/money.

The prices were half what they are at Busches. I only ordered 1 lb of ground beef for 4.99 two burgers— I think 2 lbs would be better for bigger burgers next time. But that’s my arithmetic and not an issue of the store. When I checked out I received a loyalty discount that reduced my overall bill. The meat is delicious and the service excellent.

Excellent quality meat and customer service

Being from family who have businesses and how we strive for customer service this place is hands down the greatest in Canton and Mi. I moved from CT and worried would I find a good place to get halal meats and would they be honest and be Zaabiah Halal...... before Saad I tried others but when I tried Saad’s I felt a family atmosphere. When you walk in you get the smile and the Hello’s and they treat you as family! That starts from the top as Saad and his wife are Loving ppl and then u see it the sons as well! Moving back from CT again InshaALLAH I’m happy and can’t wait to start shopping at Saad’s again!

I went to get meet Sunday morning, almost empty parking lot. I stopped the car in front of the entrance to check if shop is open. Owner comes out of his shop to harass my family about my car being parked inappropriately. Rude person and lacks courtesy.

Salam. I come here for meat when I want to cook for my father in law. The quality of the meat is better than a lot of places where I live (chicago). This is a great Muslim establishment.

Been shopping here for years. I read in some of the reviews where they had charges on the receipt for things they didnt buy. Happened to my sister yesterday. 6 dollar charge for no reason. Was addressed and made a lame excuse that we are busy and it happens. This is not an excuse. The owners own Ali said this. I am very disappointed.

Ive been a customer for years and will continue. This shop is consistently and reliably clean, well-stocked, and organized. Their meat is fresh and butchers are knowledgable. Employees and owners are friendly and welcoming. Even if you dont need halal meat, stop by for great service and fresh meat cut to your specifications.

I Paid for 1 whole chicken and i asked the butcher to weigh the chicken before he cut and it was 2.5 lbs . After coming home checked the weight and is only 1.2 lbs. SAAD cheats their customers. Lesson learned.

I was mistaken on my previous post how bulk orders are handled (removing fat from chicken sheds off couple pounds). I really appreciate brother Saad calling me multiple times to clarify the issue. I think he is a nice brother and a great salesman. I would visit him again soon InshaAllah.

Hello, Im confused about a post from yesterday. When someone is accepting it was a mistake and the circumstance of why it would have happened, why do we still post something bitter to ruin reputation. You/your sister would have been shopping at this store for years. Had you taken a moment to think of any similar instance that happened with you, your post is justified. But if this is just to ruin a business then it is unfair. All you had to do is talk to the owner and tell him what happened. He would have apologized and refunded your money $6. It is a busy time for them due to Eid and instead of understanding, you choose to throw mud at them.We seeing so much happening around us due to the pandemic and instead of supporting a local business, you took a easy route to ruin it. Shame on You!!!!!!!!

I called and ordered 5lbs lamb shoulder, I said I want to use for barbecue, so please cut into small portions. When I took it home, I found it was not small pieces. And there are so many bones in the meat, which I barely cannot cut.When I called back, this guy said you didnt tell me you want boneless lamb. If you told us, I would tell you we dont have it. What a good excuse!First time shopping there, will never back again!

Favorite place for getting meat, I never had a problem with their meat. Meat is always fresh and reasonably priced as well. Sometimes they have good deal on Indian groceries/snacks as well. Like most of other grocery stores, they have rewards program as well, but it depends on how much you spent on your each visit.

The feta cheese here is the best!

The Lamb meat is frozen and sold with price of fresh meat. I immediately knew it is frozen meat as soon as I opened the bag it has special smell. When I cooked the meat it turned black and rubbery. I tossed it away.

Some of the best Arab/American food blend restaurants out there. Takeout is really good, but for some reason they always manage to forget something small. Whenever I go here, I order a Philly Sub with Bacon, and it is delicious. Dripping with cheese and amazing halal meat topped with bacon, the symphony of all the ingredients in your mouth makes you want more. Not a very large seating area, but it doesnt matter to me.

The owner, Saad, continuously talks bad about customers once they leave the shop. He doesnt care who is in the shop listening to him. Ive seen the looks of shock on customers faces when he openly and proudly talks ill about customers once they have left the shop. I have stopped going to this store and would encourage all self respected individuals to stop going to him also.Besides, his halal meat is questionable. The owner doesnt display a sincere effort towards his customers and I would not be surprised if his meat is NOT HALAL.

Most of the things were good but I did not some items that were expired. I am not too particular about meat being halel so it is not a big deal for me.Gave this shop a try based on chat with my neighbor. The owner seems to be very loose and informal with his speech - this is a bit concerning.
