Been using them since I received this company vehicle, no one else has done an oil change. Pull in there today to get an oil change and they tell me they do not have my oil. Ok no problem, so I head to a place just down the road that has the oil. Turns out they could not change the oil because they could not get the drain plug out!!! Instead of properly torqueing the plug to Subarus specification these clowns strong armed it or put it on with an impact gun. Drain plug is still not out and the oil is still not changed.

Called around 2:30 today (Sunday) to see about having my fluids & air pressure in tires checked out due to an upcoming trip. Bishop told me he glad take care of it for me to come in over. I arrived & waited 5 minutes to be checked in. Bishop took my vehicle & I went into the lobby to wait. It wasnt more than 15 minutes later he came & got me. He had checked all fluids, topped off the oil & windshield wiper fluid as well as put air in a couple tires. I didnt get the womans name inside the lobby working but she then gave me a car wash. EXCELLENT customer service! Ive used them several times in the past & will definitely be using them in the future. Now I have a peace of mind, and that means alot! Thanks Jiffy Lube/Mr. Clean!!

They need to rename this Jiffy Lube as Could it be any slower lube. Took 45 mins for an oil change. Asked about my check engine light, they did not do it. Did not check tire pressure, 2 were low. Very disappointed. Highly do NOT recommend.

Synthetic oil change. $90 quite expensive and no tire rotation. Good service.

Not bad, they are still getting their combined operation together with the Mister Clean car war next door. So they were a little confused, but they got me taken care of.$39.99 for a conventional oil change, car wash, vacuum and clean the interior of my vehicle was a great price for the service and the van looks great.

Not the cheapest place, but you can’t beat the service and speed!

I called inquiring about an oil change was told it would take 25 mins . Arrived and only one car was ahead of me why is it that it took an hour for a oil change I will never come back slow as hell

Do not know how tipping works but we gave a guy here are the tips for the works. He then walked out and looked at the cleaning people and just took the tip.

Service was ridiculously slow, and they had the nerve to blame it on COVID.

The staff has been friendly each time weve been here. They are fairly fast with servicing the vehicle. They also offer tire rotations as well.

I got an oil change at Jiffy Lube Canton Ga. they did not put the filter on correctly and all the oil drained out. When I took the car back they reclaimed the oil and apologized. They promised a letter taking responsibility if I had engine problems but later did not give me the letter.Very poor service and terrible follow up. Do not go there for a oil change.

Great service at a good price. The free car wash was kind of confusing however, but other than that the service was great.

Unfriendly staff. Very unprofessional attitude. Told me I it was state law to get out of my vehicle for it to be pulled into their bay area.

After Cleaning my car, I noticed they helped themselves to my wall charger and every bit of change that was in the cupholder. Its called Integrity guys.
