Always nice and wonderful staff. Efficient also

I went in at about 1:30 pm to pick up my Uhaul rental. The young kids behind the counter did a really good job taking care of us. No complaints. I go back in at 7:30 pm to return the Uhaul. The older gentleman barely acknowledged me. I waited for about 3 minutes while he took care of the 2 drive through customers. No big deal. Then he begins my transaction. In the middle of it he stops and waits on 2 more drive through customers. Comes back to me. Stops my transaction AGAIN to wait on a guy who came in the store after me. I was in there for close to 10 minutes for a 90 second transaction. The place was obviously understaffed for a Saturday night, I get it. But this is common customer service knowledge. Im not mad, just disappointed.
