The only bad things I had heard about this store prior to shopping here myself was regarding the delivery. We picked up the furniture ourselves and didn’t use delivery and we had a great experience with shopping here. The salespeople weren’t pushy- they introduced themselves and made themselves available to us incase we needed any help and then left us alone to browse. We literally spent 2+ hours in the store sitting on nearly every piece of furniture. The prices seemed decent for the size/quality. Lots of comfy pieces so it was really hard to decide. We have a small house so I was looking for a smaller dining set, they didn’t have much to choose from- the majority of dining sets were too big for us. We did end up buying a small bar height round table that seats 4. It fits perfectly in our house and fits our style. We bought the dual chaise Tacoma sectional and I love it. Very reasonably priced for a sectional and is just as comfy at home as it was in the store. We were told everything would be available for pickup on Oct 9 (we were in the store and purchased on Sept 27), and we got a call yesterday (Oct 6) that it came in and was available for pickup. The pickup process was completely painless and fast. Also great- we were able to get financed. I had a bankruptcy within the past year so I really wasn’t expecting to get approved - to my surprise they approved us and gave us a $2500 limit. I was told if I called I could probably get the limit increased but i was able to get what I wanted with that and didn’t want to go too crazy getting back in debt. Overall we had a great experience. Time will tell on the quality and if the products hold up. Will be returning for future shopping needs 👍🏼
Like other reviewers, I had a nice enough experience in the store but have had an absolutely awful experience since.I had a family member at the house for the delivery as I am in health care and cannot work from home. When I got home after the delivery, there was a gouge in the threshold of my floor and one side of my new power recline sofa catches and gets stuck. That side of the couch is visibly uneven.I have called customer care multiple times over the past week and left my number for a call back at least three times as well as emailing customer support with a photo of my floor and with a video of the improperly functioning couch. I have not heard back.Today, I called the Canton store where I purchased my couches and explained the situation. I was told that I could be transferred back to customer care. A store employee continued to explain how customer care would help me and when I interrupted him to explain how many times I called customer care and how I did not want to be placed on hold for an hour with no resolution. I was told by this employee that that was a little rude and that he was going to place me on hold to cool down, and then we could talk. While I did raise my voice to be heard, I did not yell, use bad language or say anything rude directed towards this employee. After sitting on hold for about three minutes, the line was disconnected. I cant believe that this is consider acceptable. I have never had such a bad experience trying to resolve an issue over the phone.If you have not yet made a purchase at Loves, my advice is dont. Find someplace that trains its employees and will take care of you if there are any issues after the sale.Update: Emailed the address listed in the response, have been waiting for a reply since Monday. I have since learned that Loves has declared bankruptcy. I ended up calling my credit card company and disputing the charge for my broken couch. If you are still thinking about purchasing furniture from Loves, please proceed with caution! Good luck!
Placed an order with Loves Furniture because the sales person guaranteed me a delivery date -- finally, two delays later, my furniture was finally delivered. Photo one is what I ordered. Photo two is what I was delivered. I now cannot get anyone to give me an update of when I will receive what I actually paid for. Every time you call, you sit on hold for 20 minutes, and then are asked to get a call back; which you do not get. Disappointed in the experience and even more disappointed in their lack of customer service and attention to correcting the issue.
The single worst retail experience I have ever had. Purchased several pieces of furniture. Some were not delivered. The rest, the delivery guys could not bring in without my help (they were basically teenagers). Two of the couches were broke. The delivery guys said there was nothing they could do. Filed a warranty claim, which was never responded to. Loves then apparently declared bankruptcy. I then filed a dispute with the financing bank. Loves told the bank that Loves was fixing the furniture through a warranty claim. That claim does not exist and never has. I have had to mechanically rebuild these couches by contacting the actual manufacturer and ordering parts.And contrary to the response from the owner below, yes this whole series of events began with an order at the Canton store.
I went to the store earlier this week to look for accent chairs. Found an amazing chair that I loved, and purchased on site. I had the chair set up to be picked up next week. The store called me and stated that the “chair was oversold,” and the other customer had picked it up today. I asked for a refund and was told that would not be a problem, and they would process it right away. I’ve tried calling multiple times and have been hung up on and told that I would just have to wait. It is not my fault that they oversold the chair, it was never marked as sold when I was at the store. I am not impressed whatsoever with the store or employees. There is no excuse for it, plain and simple.
This is kind of one of those odd reviews that I have to write but I think this experience does require one. Stopping into this location since it became Loves furniture definitely felt better than when it was Art Van. First things first, I was not approached by any aggressive salespeople I was able to browse the selection in peace that alone gives me the satisfaction of saying a five-star rating. The only thing that makes me leave a four-star rating is that some of the prices what kind of high but the quality of it didnt match with the high prices. the only thing I dislike about the store and the company is the fact that I cant buy things straight from the store and they arent currently doing deliveries right now. all in all I definitely will stop back to this location because this was not only my first time stopping into this location since the store was built a few years ago but my first experience checking out this company.
I am sadly disappointed with Loves Furniture! After placing my order in November 2020, I was given 5 different delivery dates. Only to now find out Loves Furniture has filed bankruptcy and cannot give me a refund nor allow me to purchase a different set of living room furniture. Now not only do I not have any furniture to sit on, I don’t have any way of going and purchasing new furniture from somewhere else due to my money being tied up in Loves Furniture’s bankruptcy! WAY TO GO LOVES FURNITURE!!!YOUR TOTALLY MAD CUSTOMER
Ordered furniture on 10/31. Was told the couch would be in mid November which was fine and chair wouldnt be in until first week of December, also fine. Called to check on the order and status on 12/10 which was pickup date given. The couch was in but the chair was not and was told to call back the next Wednesday about chair since they get deliveries on that day. Called and it was not in and was informed then it could be first week of January but I could pick up the couch now. Decided to wait until both pieces were in. Received a call this Monday that the chair was finally in! Then was told the couch was not on reserve for my order although they had been in stock when I called the last time. Told I had to wait until mid February for the couch!!! Not a happy experience at all! Apparently the customer service number and the stores do not communicate with each other!! Why am I waiting 4 months for furniture? No help when calling either!
Most comfortable I have been furniture shopping in a VERY long time. Jessica was FABULOUS and no pressure-but right there to offer assistance exactly when I wanted/needed it. Even pulled a measuring tape out of her purse when I needed help knowing exact measurements! Hoping delivery and product quality is just as great as service I received from sales associate.
I was hoping not to leave this furniture store a bad review as I thought that theyd rectified our problem.We ordered our furniture and paid in cash in November. We understood that delivery was backed up and would be delayed. Our expected delivery was for December 28th. Upon delivery, our merchandise arrived in damaged boxes marked reused. The furniture was damaged and missing parts! The delivery man took it back and said that wed get a new set the following week and that someone would call. No one called. I went into the store and was promised a delivery fee refund and to expect our furniture in 3days. Here we are and no delivery!!!! Apparently, the system is down and theres a 2week delay. I will not receive my things until Jan20! Never shopping here again. Again, no one even bothered to call!Art Van would never have been this unorganized and unprofessional!I will never purchase from them again!
This place was great. Excellent customer service and great prices. I cant wait to get my sofa and love seat. The quality and construction of the furniture if great. The sales rep stabbed his pen a few times onto the upholstery to show the durability.
Im shocked Im feeling generous enough to give 2 stars. They have nice furniture and a good selection, however I went there this weekend and looked into financing furniture. The max I could finance wasnt enough for what I was planning on getting, so I told them no thanks and left. Today I got an email stating that a credit card has been opened in my name from Loves. They have no record on their end of an application being filled out, however one obviously was. They see my name on an application but APPARENTLY theres not an employees name attached to it???Its really sketchy. Im on a 3.5 hour long hold with their bank trying to close this account. Ive also had to freeze all my credit reports.. So if you do plan to buy from loves I would NOT recommend looking into financing unless youre ABSOLUTELY SURE you want something.
Set up to effectively display a full array of furniture products, engage and assist customers. The manager of the rugs department has superb knowledge that encompasses the history, culture, design and fabrication of rugs from around the world.
The sales person that helped me was very nice and professional. The store is absolutely beautiful. I definitely will return for future purchases. And as I walked in the door, I was greeted by a pleasant woman. She asked me if I was looking for anything in particular. I said yes. I told her what I was looking for, and she directed me to the salesman that was incredibly helpful. He helped me to find what I was looking for. And I made the purchase. I left happy.
Experience in the Canton store was great. Scheduled delivery to our son and daughter-in-law house, as a Christmas gift. The coffee table and couch was delivered but not the chair. After many calls to customer service, an email to customer care visit and phone call to the store no one could answer when the chair will be delivered. No return email from customer care. All of this was paid for. This has been nothing but a headache.
Great experience! We werent pushed into buying something we didnt need or want. We were looking for a mattress and got to try out a bunch of them before deciding!
Loves is such a beautiful store! My bf and I just moved and we needed a sectional. Josh and Michelle helped us with everything we needed and answered all of our questions! I like how they approach to ask if you need help, but arent super pushy sales people. They were there when we needed the help but, let us browse and discuss our options.Thanks ❤️
First time I have ever gone into or bought anything from Loves and the experience was wonderful. No rep following you around the store, no pushiness, no waiting when we were ready. Furniture quality was excellent and reasonably priced. Was a little taken aback with Delivery charge but as long as I dont have to carry and set up, I can live with it. Overall above average experience.
Horrible customer service at this store! Received a call on a Wednesday afternoon to pick up my furniture order I had placed online. Sent my husband to pick it up on Friday evening, well within the 72 hours they allotted. The customer service desk staff told him it was not there and offered no other solutions. I had to call the customer service phone line. Waited 25 minutes. At least she was as helpful as she could be. She contacted the store who then said the order was, in fact, there. I asked that it be delivered free of charge since we had already made the drive, out of our way, in a pandemic, to pick it up, but was told it would be a 6 week wait. Then they had the nerve to call me again the following day (Saturday) at 6pm and ask if I could come pick it up that night or the next day. Youre kidding me, right?! Ill get there when I get there!
Exceptional service! Marco was extremely personable and truly went out of his way to help me find the perfect chairs for my space. His upbeat personality and genuine care for the customer made the entire shopping experience very comfortable. I am in the market for a new sectional and will definitely be back to see him. They took nice care of me and my wife. Real attentive but not pushy. Good furniture and mattress selection. Clean place with lots of light while you are shopping which was nice. They are still opening up and getting more in but you can see things coming together.
We ordered an ottoman in October. We finally received it two weeks ago and it was not complete. The legs are missing and Loves refuses to help us or replace it! BUYER BEWARE! They are scamming customers. Art Van would have never done this! No wonder Loves is closing stores. They cannot even get a simple purchase correct.
Since our new furniture was delivered in the rain, the delivery team did not carry the furniture into into the house. It was left in our garage for another delivery team to carry in and assemble. When, after several days, no one came back or called to finish the delivery and assembly, I contacted Loves Customer Service. Luckily, Jordan answered my call. Jordan was kind and professional and was quickly able to get a time scheduled for our service the very next day. Thanks to Jordan, the delivery team arrived on time as promised and our new furniture is now assembled in our home.

Awesome atmosphere. My cousin brought me and it was my first time coming here. I must compliment the salesman named Marco who had a super fantastic personality, applied no pressure on me in purchasing the 2-piece sectional that caught my attention after sitting on it. Marco even went and got his measuring tape from his truck to get the accurate measurements for me to make my decision on the purchase easier. The manger Rodney was just as pleasant and patient listening to the numerous compliments that my cousin spoke to him about.
Terrible service. I was told by the sales rep in October that I wouldn’t have a problem getting my dinning room table in time for Thanksgiving, so I decided to purchase it. Now I won’t have it for Christmas or New years. They keep pushing the date back. I have had to call for all the updates, no one has called me to let me know it’s not coming. I would have never bought this table from Loves if the sales rep didn’t tell me I would have it in in time for the holidays. Terrible service and I would not recommend shopping here.I did email the customer service email you suggested and called twice and I never receive a call back or an email back. The email that is suggested to contact below- no one responds to. It is almost impossible to get any customer service from this company.
Saw a 70% ish off banner on the building. Walked in and walked right back out. Luckily this was my 3rd or 4th stop in my furniture shopping so I have a good idea what prices are competitive and which aren’t. Same quality, brands, style sold in other stores we’ve visited, just marked up dramatically and then discounted down less dramatically. Don’t waste your time unless you have something very specific in mind they have that their competitors don’t
My questions were all answered very well and the extra features shown as well. I like the added features the bed has to offer. Picked up a couple of new cool pillows also. Very nice store and associates.
My husband and I really appreciated that they don’t hound you at the door. We were able to look, talk about things, wonder the store without feeling like someone was following us. Because of that, I truly feel we made our purchase there because we weren’t bothered. We then approached a sales guy who was great and informative.Then...when it comes to delivery. Your delivery date on your paperwork is an expected date not an estimated date. It’s the day before my couch is supposed to come and haven’t heard of a time so I call them and I’m told my delivery date is now a week later. Inconsiderate for not calling your customers and letting them know. Strange to charge your customers a delivery fee when they can’t get it delivered on time and then to wait over an hour on the phone to talk to anyone is absolutely ridiculous.
Loved the fact that the sales associates did not pressure you when you came in the store and did not hound you while you looked around. They made themselves available to answer questions and were VERY helpful. I appreciate that! Oh, and the layout of the store complimented the furniture that was on display. Overall appearance was appealing.
Very disappointed. The new Canton showroom (store 118) was beautiful, and for the most part the salespeople were pleasant, but were very pushy, as any obnoxious commission based company is. When we chose our product, salesmen 3256 lied directly to our face to make a sale. We were told the product would arrive the following week, so we purchased it. After we passed that date, we never received any updates, we called customer service, it took about an hour to get to a representative on the phone, that representative was unknowledgeable and couldnt provide any update on where the product was except we were told its scheduled to arrive any time in the two weeks after the original date. I asked for any additional tracking information, but we were told they do not have any tracking information and that we are at the mercy of the manufacturer, they did not know if the product had shipped, will be shipping, of it was already in the warehouse. Its now past the delayed date, three weeks after we bought the product, we have not received any updates, and Im sitting on hold again (30+ minutes) trying to reach customer service to find out where my product is. The business appears to have no idea what they are doing, like a brand new company that opened their doors the prior day and the only real product they sell are lies and deceit. We will not return to Loves. Further proof why the in-store sales industry is collapsing and being replaced by online stores. Nothing but disappointment.
The company skipped my original shipping date. Despite me specifically setting a new date, they changed it on me too again without consulting me. Upon immediately calling the store, they cant change it back because their scheduling system doesnt function like that. Instead of making things right, Im stuck with taking time away from work or take their managers suggestion and cancelling my order. Unfortunately I have two other family members with the similar issues too. Avoid the company if you can. Its not Art Vanupdate: so yesterday when Loves shipping manager changed the delivery to today, that actually cant be done. The bed is now on backorder and they just wanted to send me a box spring. Despite the in-store rep 100% confirming everything was in place a couple days ago. Store managers dont call back when promised. The shame of it all is the only person whom responsive and cares is the 3rd party delivery company. Not a single Loves rep or their customer care line handled coordinated a thing. Oddly enough cancelling the order was painless, apparently they do that a lot.
I wanted to give this store a positive review and even support them because we saw a news story about their struggles. Big mistake. After a pleasant experience purchasing the furniture my nightmare began. We ordered a sofa and two recliners. Our furniture was delivered on 12/15. There was an issue with one of the recliners so the delivery men couldnt assemble it and took it with them. I was instructed to call the store and explain what happened. After a brief conversation with the manager I was reassured an exchange would be set up and was given an exchange #. After day 2 with the recliner that stayed hardware starts falling out (12/17) with pics below. I was not happy to say the least. After emailing my salesperson they told me there was nothing they could do and to call customer support. After explaining what happened I was told all returns and exchanges are frozen until further notice due to the pandemic. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? So I can come in and buy new furniture and have it delivered but suddenly this company cannot amend issues with furniture youve had that is falling apart after 2 days??? I was told they would send a repairman as part of a claim to see if it falls under warranty replacement. Then my mind went back to my initial exchange and when I asked the girl she said it would be frozen. I explained to her how we never even had it set up in our house and the delivery men took it because it was broken and that it makes NO SENSE. This type of exchange should be obvious since we never accepted the chair. She told me she would email some people and elevate it to see what could be done. I got a call back that this exchange should be safe but at this point I dont have faith in them to make right on it. Im going to have no functional furniture for Christmas and who knows if Ill get the recliner I never received. Im already stuck with a two day old recliner Im forced to have a repairman look at instead of getting a new one. Individually the employees are nice people but it appears upper management has policies that are pathetic. Nice furniture, nice looking store (Canton) but company policy for unsatisfactory merchandise is horrible. I dont have high hopes for their survival if this is how things are. If you buy from this company youre taking a huge risk.

I purchased furniture and a few accessories today at Loves and my experience was very, genuinely pleasant and helpful! My salesman (Kyle) was AWESOME!!!! The location(Canton) is very spacious with beautiful selections of furniture. But, the best part was, Kyle, he was patient, personable, knowledgeable, professional and just down to earth..Lol.Thank you Kyle!, and, Loves for having him on your staff. Ill definitely be back and send a few customers!

I went to Loves after another well know furniture store kept pushing my delivery order back after waiting over 3 months. At Loves, I had a wonderful shopping experience, my sales associate Michelle was very helpful and knowledgeable. Michelle made my first shopping experience at Loves easy and fast.
This place is the worst.... and I mean the worst for furniture delivery. I ordered a bedroom set in mid-October and delivery was scheduled for early November...... never came. They then say December. December rolls around and they tell me mid-January. Long story short I cancelled my order and got a refund, found the exact same bed set from another retailer for half the price and received it within two weeks.They also apparently filed for bankruptcy so the $750 table my mom ordered and paid for will never be coming in and they refuse to give her a refund.I’d give them a 5/5 for broken promises and lies
Horrible customer service!! I had a scheduled delivery date for a mattress I purchased & was told I’d be called if there were any changes. I never received a call so I went ahead & got rid of my mattress the day of delivery so I’d have room to fit the new one. Never came!! I waited on hold for 5 hours & was told I’d be called back the next day once they figured out what happened. Guess what?? Never got a call. So I called them back but this time never got to talk to a real person. I’ve been sleeping on the floor & not to mention took a day off work so I’d be there for the delivery. Go somewhere else for a mattress/ furniture please. It’s not worth the stress.
As a new store, the customer service is awful! I recommended my friends that just bought their house to purchase here. What a big mistake!They paid at once for a living room and a dining room and when they delivered the people that built the dining set broke the table and did not build the chairs good; also they claimed they delivered the love seat and this was never received.After several calls at customer service and visit to the store, they wash their hands saying that they won’t fix this issue and taking half of the money just for delivery costs and pick up the furniture... so yes! They paid like $1200 and get nothing!How do you deal with this? Being new in business? The delivery dates are long, the people that build the furniture careless as the customer service at the store.Buy Amish furniture, this store and Ashley are not good at this time 😔
Went in fully expecting to buy a sectional and was prepared to spend 5-8k. Not a single salesperson even said hi or offered any assistance. Pretty much sold ourselves on a couple really liked them but still no help. Apparently everyone makes enough to not need commission sales
Horrible experience. 1st ordered a couch and love seat. Turned out to be never in stock. Notified a week before delivery. Ordered and new couch and reassured by my salesman for the same delivery date and that it was in stock. Turns out it too was never in stock. Don’t buy from this company and definitely don’t by or deal with Lawrence. Only cares about making his money and not the customer.
The sales people were very attentive and helpful but the prices do not indicate a bankruptcy liquidation going on. They do discount the sale price but its not significant enough.
We had a great experience. We werent overwhelmed by salespersons. They checked on us to make sure we didnt have any questions. We had Kyle N. as our salesperson. He was friendly and knowledgeable. If he was unsure of something, he went to look it up. We ended up going back twice before purchasing and saw Kyle each time.
I went in knowing exactly what I wanted to order (6 McGregor dinning room chairs they look amazing!!!). I was helped immediately Jessica Brown. She was polite and when I asked she told me there was no current sale and that they don’t negotiate price but do have a clearance section. We put my order on hold while I took a look at the clearance section and found a rug that I wanted to purchase. I was told in that area that they were having a sale in celebration of the grand opening for another store. I found out later that this information was inaccurate but they still honored the sale for 10% off my order. It took a little longer than I would have liked processing my order but I was overall happy with the experience
The sales manager we had gave my husband and I awesome customer service! Furniture is not as upscale as ArtVan or with a lot of diversity but still very nice quality! Delivery is next week I hope to have a pleasant experience with that!
Purchased a couch from here a few weeks ago. We were assured the couch was in stock and set the delivery for 10/30. Didn’t hear about the delivery, so we called them. Spent 45 minutes on hold for them to tell us the couch wasn’t in stock and it MIGHT be available on 11/18. Took another 45 minutes to get someone at the store on the line. Apparently one of the items isn’t available, but didn’t let us know. Super annoying to be waiting around all day, only to find out it will be another 18 days. The only ‘fix’ offered was to waive the $170 delivery fee when the couch actually arrives, if that ever happens.
Absolutely terrible customer service and delivery experience. Been waiting for two months to have my order completed! 4 deliveries and still don’t have the coffee table we ordered. Today’s deliver I was assured we were getting it and just received a call from the driver that there’s no coffee table, but they do have the same end table we received weeks ago on another failed delivery. This team is completely incapable of putting an order together correctly and delivering to the customer in a reasonable time. Not even when it’s a 1 piece order can they get it right! Never, ever will I consider doing business with Loves in the future.
Another victim of bad delivery..otherwise nice furniture, nice people. But their management seriously need to think about delivery issue. We liked one bedroom set, ordered n paid at the same time, was promised delivery after 3 weeks. Nothing...again went to the store...again was promised delivery in 4 weeks..guess what still nothing! Rep says cancel if you want. I was like seriously i waited 2 months and that is when you pay in advance?
Terrible experience! We ordered furniture, a couch and a love seat. The salesman was pushy. We ordered in November and we have yet to receive it. Trying to get updates and when it will be delivered is almost near Impossible! STAY AWAY
This store was so nice I could have lived in there! I was very overwhelmed trying to make a decision on a couch that my family has needed for quite some time now, but Nicole took her time and didn’t make me feel rushed into making a decision. Any other furniture store I have went to I felt like I was being attacked by sharks. Not here! Highly recommend especially if you want more of a leisurely experience. Thanks Loves!
We had a lovely experience in the store. Found what we were looking for very quickly! It was a great price and the customer service was perfect. Why 1 star? I bought my couch on September 26th! It’s November 10th and I STILL don’t have a couch! It was promised to be delivered on 10/17. They didn’t show, didn’t call, nothing! I called them only to be told that they decided to move warehouses and that cause the delay. My new date would be 11/9. Say around all day yesterday, waiting for it to be delivered... do you think it came? NO! No call, no email, NOTHING! I called them! They told me that it would now be coming in 11/23! Will be going in for a full refund!--Update-- 11/22We were called Friday evening to inform us that, once again, our couch would not be delivered as promised!
Sales rep put our delivery date 2 months out, after discussing a specific date for delivery. When we went to correct the problem they had no inventory for us to get the items we ordered. They were not able to do anything in regards to getting us the table we ordered. I was able to make another section as a discount, but they were also sold out of that option. I ended up getting a display set as we NEEDED a table and could not wait.
Hope you’re the lucky one who gets what you ordered when they say you will. Otherwise it will likely never be corrected. Customer service is non existent. They will spin lies and false information for hours on hold.As long as things go perfect nothing to worry about. As soon as they don’t, you will wish you never bought from loves.NO CUSTOMER SERVICE
I wish I would have checked the reviews here before buying from Loves. This company is a disaster, do not purchase from them! It has been one delivery mishap after another, none of which seem to have anything to do with delivery company, and everything to do with Loves. I purchased a bedroom set on the 6th which was scheduled to be delivered on the 11th. They never called to confirm the delivery window, so I called them and they told me it had been pushed back to the 21st, and then for some reason it changed mid conversation to the 26th. Loves waived the delivery fee for the inconvenience. Then, suddenly, the delivery company showed up on the 11th with my furniture. But not all of it. Half of the bed was missing, making it useless. When I called, they said they would ship the remaining parts on the 18th. That delivery occurred as scheduled, but they brought a duplicate dresser and bed parts, some parts I actually needed. But somehow they still managed to not bring all needed parts to assemble the bed! When I called again, they said they would call me back to confirm delivery of the new parts, that never happened. I had to call again, and wait on hold for 30 minutes to speak to someone. Now, apparently, I will get the remaining (literally just a tiny piece of plastic they could mail me) in two and a half weeks! If that happens, and Im not holding my breath, it will be an entire month of waiting for the full furniture to be delivered.II asked for a discount and got radio silence. I will never buy from them again.
I bought a couch in October The salesperson was great, the sales process went fine, I scheduled delivery. In mid-October I received an email that delivery was delayed. Since then I have been unable to reach the delivery department. Calling their phone line leaves you on hold; their recordings say theyll call you back, but they never do. This has been going on for a month. Absolutely abysmal customer service.

Please read and do not buy Loves Furniture!!!1. The first issue was delivery. We had to schedule 5 different days for our sectional to get delivered because Loves kept sending one piece at a time, and we were promised each time that it would be the last delivery with all of our pieces. So I had to waste numerous personal days at work.2. Now we are onto the payment portion. After the 4th delivery attempt they decided to take off the delivery fee. Which would have been nice but, I have waited on multiple occasions over 45+ minutes to talk with anyone on the phone with no luck. They are trying to charge us double for a sectional now on the latest bill I received in the mail and no one will answer the phone.We have been told we would be compensated for all of these issues on top of not having to pay for the delivery. Guaranteed that will never come.3. Can’t wait for a warranty claim if we ever have to do one.We will never buy from Loves again, I will make sure all my friends and family know what I had to go through and the lack of care from this company.NEVER BUY FROM LOVES!!! Today we visited the Canton Loves Furniture store! The selection is amazing with a friendly atmosphere!! The concierge that greeted us was extremely friendly and introduced us to Marin Coyne!! Martin assisted us in finding the perfect dining set!
From the moment Amani greeted me I felt welcome and important. I had no idea what I what to furnish my new home with. She was so patient and knowledgeable, she made it easy to buy furniture. Although delivery wasn’t flawless she handle my concerns with poise and grace. Now that everything is in, I couldn’t be happier.
The staff were great, and the prices were reasonable for nice furniture. But I was told I could get my couch in a week, and I had to call them to find out it was gonna be another month on top of that.no thanks dude Ill just go to ikea and build a couch.
I ordered a mattress from inside the store in Canton. I set up the first available delivery for about 10 days later. No show, no call. I called and they apologized. Said it was out of stock. Reset another delivery about 2 weeks later. They sent me a text confirmation the night before with a time frame. I waited home and no one ever showed or called. 3rd delivery set for today. I received a text confirmation. This time I called to verify they had the Mattress and would be delivering it as planned. They said yes. Today, no call, no show. I have left messages for someone to call me..no one has. Between their inability to deliver and their inability to wear masks properly in the store, This is the last time I will ever order from them.
The selection is nice, and the staff was friendly however, today is 12/8/2020, and Im still waiting for my order to get delivered. At the time I placed my order 10/24/2020, I was told everything was in stock, and we set my delivery date (not an estimated delivery, but expected delivery date) for 11/14/2020. I was never notified there would be a delay, I had to contact myself. Ive contacted on one more occasion 11/23/2020 after the second (this time estimated) delivery date passed and I still was not contacted or informed there would be an additional delay. I was also told that I would be contacted by a manager in order to discuss how my items that were in-stock at the time I ordered them (and continue to appear on the website as In Stock), are now being continuously delayed. Im also still waiting on that call from management. I chose this store because the sales associate assured me I wouldnt be waiting for months, but here we are 7 weeks later, nearly two months after I placed my order and I still have no clue when or if my items will arrive.
Caveat Emptor!Without question the very worst furniture shopping experience Ive ever had in my 69 years on the planet! A visit to their new store in Canton, MI. we picked out a new bed and headboard at the cost of $7900....YES I said $7900! Now one would think that spending that kind of money the people at Loves would have made sure that the customer would be well taken care of. Not in the least...the delivery was never made to our satisfaction. We cancelled and only accepted the mattresss and purchased the remainder of our order from a different Well known store right down the street, where by the way they had everything in stock and delivered the next day! We went to return the mattress pads that were of no use to us and they had the audacity to charge us a 15% restocking charge for 2 items we picked off the shelf ourselves. Never again! Loves will not be getting any of our Love ever again!
I purchased 2 lamps in August at the Canton, MI location and was told that we would get a call in two weeks. Two weeks went by with no call. I Had to call a week later to check on my order and was told it should be in by another week. Another week goes by with no call. I called AGAIN and was told that they would have a manager call me with information. Of course, NO CALL.I called again and a manager said it hasnt been delivered yet and she would credit me back 10%. I paid over $300 for 2 lamps and all they could do was 10%. She was very unapologetic and could really care less.Of course I was never credited the 10%.I called again today and was on for over an hour.HORRIBLE customer service from a person who knows a thing or two about great business. Never purchasing anything from this place again.BTW, STILL NO RESULTS.
Theyre supposed to have a bankruptcy sale nothing is really on sale not even worth getting the stuff especially since you will not have any kind of warranty.***Update, ok so they have a warranty, however the furniture is still way overpriced and its not that much of a sale****
I was in the Canton store for at lease 30 min before I got any help and then I had to go looking for someone, when I did he went looking for someone to help me. Not a good start. I will say after I did get someone to help me she was very nice and knew what she was talking about.
I found what I was looking for. They have a wide variety. The store is super nice, clean, and include most furniture styles. First but not last time visit.

Horrible experienced, I will not suggest delivery nor customer pick up. They are very unorganized and unethical to customers. Please learn from me. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!I am never one to complain. But this is my first.The worst experience I have ever had with buying furniture. If anyone has half as bad of an experience as me they would not even want to bother shopping here. I bought a bed and gentleman’s chest from here. On the first delivery only half the bed came. I understood at the time thinking mistakes happen I can wait another 2 weeks for the rest. The day of what was supposed to be my second delivery, ONE HOUR before it was supposed to be delivered, after I had already taken off work, I was told that it would not be delivered. I rescheduled AGAIN and took the day off AGAIN. This time no call no show. I was on hold with their company for 45 minutes until I finally got ahold of someone. Apparently my missing parts are still on back order EVEN THOUGH I called earlier in the week and I was guaranteed they had the missing parts to my order. Now I have to wait another 2 weeks, over a month of what was the original delivery date, to receive my order. What they did to right their wrong? Waived the delivery fee (like I was going to pay for 3 failed deliveries) and said they are sending me a gift card in the mail which has yet to come 4 weeks later and as if I even want to spend money at this failed business anyways. I’ve taken multiple days off work and spent hours on the phone trying to get this sorted out.PLEASE LEARN FROM ME. DO NOT. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.
UPDATE 2 -So after weeks I get a message saying they are no longer able to do exchanges or refunds. Exchange or refund a product that was never delivered per the purchase agreement? Just amazing. At what point are they just stealing our money?How do you take someone’s money, not driver what was paid for, and then weeks later say they don’t do refunds or exchanges and offer to do a “repair” on a partial product they sold you.Absolute crooks.UPDATE 1 -Our item was finally delivered after 3 months and it was missing parts! The driver told us the warehouse would call us to arrange for the missing pierces to be delivered. That was almost 2 weeks ago and no one was called us. I massaged the person who contacted me about this review and she said she would find out what was going on and contact me. No reply since and I’ve inquired again. I called the store and after being on hold for 15 minutes to talk to someone their phone hung up on me. And don’t select the option for them to call you back and hold your place in line. They never call you back.CAN SOMEONE CONTACT ME??Do not buy from Loves. Our experience has been awful. Never again.We bought an item first week of October. It was supposed to be in in 2 weeks. No one contacted us. It was almost impossible to get through to anyone at the store. I ordered $14,000 worth of furniture for a new home I purchased I had to wait a week for everything to be delivered as agreed. They called 2 days prior to get me to volunteer to postpone I informed them that I could not as I only had the floor and needed to occupy. Got a 3 hour window the day before and took the day off work. Delivery called and said 19 pieces were not being delivered and offered to deliver all at a later date and I asked him to bring whatever he had as i had nothing he agreed and then completely ghosted me, NOTHING was delivered no explanation no alternate delivery date nothing. I have a brand new house I cant live in. Ray! you get 5 stars though buddy.

My granddaughter and myself came to Loves looking for a sofa for our basement. Josh approached me with the warmest customer service help I’ve experienced in a long time. He even interacted with my granddaughter which made me appreciate him as a salesman even more..... I told my fiancé about our experience with Josh and he and I went back today and he was won over with Josh’s customer service as well. We purchased a sofa, loveseat, and a rug.... Thank you Josh

Bought the Gia table set everything out to get setup and it came with no hardware. The box already seemed like it had been open before and was bought during close out. So now i have furniture pieces that will be lying around since you have to contact retailer and not loves
It’s was bad enough to be charged $200 for delivery, we were texted yesterday that our delivery window was 12:45 - 2:45 today. Knowing we didn’t have to be home until 12:45 we went shopping. At 10:45 our security camera showed us the delivery was being made and we were not home. We tried to call our salesman we tried to call anyone. You cannot get a human to talk to. You should be able to talk to a human. We are unhappy thus the one star rating.

Well, The first day I walked in to the Canton store, a few days ago, I was there approximately 30 minutes and there were no sales reps around to help me so I left. The two young women at the concierge’s desk were commiserating and didn’t have a clue. I went back a few days later, was approached by a disgruntled customer in the parking lot advising me not to buy anything from Loves as they had poor customer service. I went in anyway. I was approached by a young woman at the concierge‘s desk this time, she walked me over to a sales rep, Jimmie. They were both very attentive and professional. I bought some furniture.Let’s hope it arrives on time!Mary G.
Very pleased with furniture selection and the customer service of the concierge . Not very pleased by having to look for sales person to buy furniture. Don’t get me wrong, I don’t want to be followed around as I shop, but I also don’t want to hunt for a sales person either.
We ordered a chair the last Friday of August... told it would be delivered on the 1st. Then we were called and it would be delivered today... we waited ALL day. We had a text message confirming on Wednesday delivery today, one yesterday confirming time... then another this morning... that it was on the truck. But noooooo, its on backorder... never told... and will be delivered till September 21st!!!!No one called us to tell us this till we called at 5:45!
My salesman was awesome and the store as beautiful. I would recommend this store and company to everyone I know.
