This is a nice store,very neat and organized. Products are really easy to see and find. Staff is polite and very helpful. I think I prefer this store over one inside a mall. Seems more convenient.

My siblings and I had a great experience here. Ish made our visit to the store absolutely amazing. He was so helpful, funny, and kind. Even the workers at the registers were very nice and carried a welcoming conversation. The wait wasnt too bad and the atmosphere overall was heartwarming. Lovely place with lovely people and awesome deals. Will always recommend this place and definitely will come back!!

I accidentally left my coupons at home. Sadly, the manager would not allow me to have my daughter to send me a picture of my coupons from home. I asked her if it would be okay if my daughter took a picture of my coupons (front and back) and send them to me and I show the codes to the cashier at register. The managers answer was NO.. Nonetheless, they made me leave my items. The sales person told me she would hold my items at the register and I could come back and get them once I physically had the coupon. Not very friendly and empathetic. Ill just continue to purchase my candles from Gold Canyon Candles.

This location had a lot if the candles, so be aware of that when looking for the Bath and Body Works that best suits you. They had a good selection of the recent scents available as well. It is a decent-sized store and will likely have something you will want whether you are searching for bath products or candles and plug-ins.

This is a great location and the staff is always very helpful. Hand soaps and lotions are always available to test at the sink and the shelves are always stocked. Coupons and special offers are readily available, too.

This is one of my favorite stores to shop in. I really love the candles but I also buy the shower wash, lotions, hand soaps and room mist spray. They usually have sales and coupons that help lower the cost.

Their 3 wick candles are some of the best scented candles on the market!

B&BW is just uninspired lately. Nothing to do with this location, but its been years since I walked into one of their stores and was REALLY interested in more than one product. All of their new scents (especially the candles) are just the exact same thing as what was there before, but with a fancier, newer label and a different name. Best thing theyve come out with recently was the Aquamarine scent, and when I went to pick some up at the semi-annual sale, it was almost out of stock - and I was told it was being discontinued.Not EVERYTHING needs to smell like coconut just because the weather is warmer. There are like 1000 other summer time smells, but they cop out and EVERYTHING is coconut mixed with something. Tiki Beach is the one exception - to which they NEED to make a soap/lotion of.

Its a nice place in the mall, but.....I bought a three wick candle and a decorative brushed nickel candle holder for my bathroom and after a few months the holder rusted. Im thinking, really?Another time my sister bought me a automatic soap dispenser for a housewarming gift and I went back to get refills, like 2 months after I received it as a gift, and they DISCONTINUED it!! now what am I supposed to do with this plastic dispenser? Great.Then today, I went and bought some foam hand soap and I get home and they dont even fit the matching brushed nickel soap holder tht use to match my rusty 3 wick candle holer! Thats it. Im done with Bath and Body works. BTW, I tried to call their customer service number and theyre closed on the weekends. They suck.
