As a previous customer I was very pleased with my services.However; my last experience not so much. Speedee was trying to figure out why my battery kept dying. I took my business to G&S Automotive. Speedee went through the wiring . They could not figure out what was going on and sent me somewhere else. I also noted that my previously working AC no longer worked. When I picked up my truck my battery jump box was missing. Ive called numerous times to inquire about my jump box and Ive never gotten a call back. I had G&S Automotive fix the AC that I had to pay for myself.No reimbursement on AC. Im NOT giving up on my jump box, it is theft. All Ive gotten was the run around. Owner did reach out to me about my box, but he hasnt delivered on his word. This speaks to their level of professionalism and I am not a currently happy customer.

I came to Speedee today to have my oil changed and I was greeted by Jim, who was very friendly and professional! Wes did my oil change and also did a vehicle inspection for me and noted some things for me to look out for. He was just as great! This is definitely my go-to place for anything maintenance related for my car. They are trustworthy, reliable and have the absolute most amazing staff and technicians! I highly recommend them for all your service needs!

I was absolutely delighted by the professionalism, and how the team went above and beyond to assist me. I had to have my front right axle replaced, and after it was replaced, my car was making a strange clicking noise. I reached out to Speed Dee Oil and told them my concerned. They immediately made arrangement for me to come back in. What was remarkable was they found nothing wrong, took my car out to check the noise, and noticed my light bulbs were out in three areas, and replaced all three with no charge to me. I later found out the noise was being caused by a box I had in my trunk .. lol. I would highly recommend them, because in an age of dishonesty, they proved to be honest and have gained future business from me and my family.

Got my oil changed at this place. Next day I’m on the side of the road because my car is alerting me that my oil pressure is low. Had to call roadside assistance, get my car towed to the nearest repair shop, and get the job done that this place should’ve done properly.Update: the oil cap was left off and now there may be permanent damage to my engine. I have filed a claim with geico and will be getting it looked at through a Chevrolet dealership to see if there will be permanent damage. Think twice before getting your car fixed here since their mechanics can’t even put an oil drain plug back on properly. Negligence

Went in thinking I had an alignment issue and it was warped rotors. They were excellent from start to finish... AF

I came in and dropped off a flat tire. I returned the next day to have it put back on. I was told the only guy there couldnt drive a stick and to come back. I told him that wasnt an option as I was on a spare tire and drove over 60 miles each day. I asked if I would be refunded anything since I would be the one installing it. He handed me a generic mailer coupon. I attempted to give the place another shot by getting an oil change which they didnt have a tech to do it. I told the guy about my earlier experience. He was like thats cool you got coupons. Then said putting the tire on was merely a courtesy service. What kind of tire business has that attitude? I couldve easily gone elsewhere and had a better experience.

The crew at SpeeDee Oil where very helpful getting me in for an oil change before Christmas when they were packed. They have taken care of both my vehicals and done an excellent job each time i have used them.

I’ve been using these guys for over 2 years now and they have been the best auto mechanic spot I’ve used in my life. Aside from the fact that their mechanics are knowledgeable and experience, I see the same faces every single time I go. This location is not one of those places that replaces mechanics every few months and has a bunch of young kids out of school. Their service reps are also just as knowledgeable about cars as their mechanics, which gives customer reassurance and security. I love these guys usually give me several options when determining repairs and are quick to recommend the most cost effective option and always guarantee their work and all their parts have warranty as well. These guys are genuine, honest and thorough. I’ve gone to them with repairs I’ve been dealing with for months even after being serviced at my dealership and these guys correct the problem and I never experience any issues again. This location also accepts synchrony bank which offer me special 0% financing on all my car repairs, which gives me the option to always make repairs with the best parts and advice from the sales rep and mechanic. On one occasion, these guys patched up one of my tires after I discovered a slow leak. They were able to show me the nail which was stuck in the tire, pulled it out and patched it up and my tire runs like new and no issues with air leaks. Johnathan did NOT even charge me anything and insisted even when I tried to offer payment. I would never let anyone else touch my car, which I’ve had for ten years and has 120K+ miles but runs like brand new ever since I’ve been coming here. Speedees in Canton GA is the best and Jonathan provides an extremely high level of customer service, he takes me in on walk in appointments and will take me in even when he’s had a waiting room full of people. On one occasion when he was busy he suggested I come in first thing next morning, they were able to complete a diagnostic and a big repair in 3 hours tops. Love this place man!!!!

I was warmly greeted by Jonathan upon my arrival and he was thorough, professional, honest and for once I didn’t feel pressured to get other services as I do at other oil change facilities. He informed me about my tires needing replacement along with a quote for when I am ready financially, amidst this years challenges, to get it taken care of. At first I was skeptical going to a chain for repairs due to higher prices and unnecessary recommended repairs...however, Proverbs 3:5 guides me to trust in the Lord with all my heart and lean NOT to my own understanding. My initial thoughts were all wrong!! This staff was so helpful and honest with what was needed and what could wait. Their prices were reasonable and they even told me about coupons that could help me save even more on my visit. I would highly recommend them and will definitely bring my vehicle to them again. TBH I usually go to a local auto center but they were not open the day I needed service but I felt the same local ness that I normally get when I visit the other place. Definitely give them a try next time you need some work done, fast, honest and knowledgeable.

I highly recommend Spee Dee to anyone needing service! I always feel well taken care of when I come in. The first time I came I needed a tire patched. This was the only place in the area that would do it for me as it was a huge hole. They patched my tire over a year ago, for a very reasonable price, and I haven’t had a problem ever since. Recently, I needed an oil change and decided to come back because of the great service I received. They changed my oil and replaced my air and cabin filters. I hadn’t made an appointment and needed my car back in a timely manner and they were more than willing to accommodate. Sometimes when having work done on your car you leave feeling like you were charged too much, but I never feel this way at Spee Dee. My family and I really love the service they give!

Update August 2021: Jim and Bobby are professional, kind, and thorough. I brought my high mileage vehicle in for brakes and when the inspection was completed, Bobby gave me a detailed explanation of the findings and his recommendations. They are transparent on pricing and fair for the work done. The turnaround time was so fast, I was back on the road the next day. The store is meticulously kept and it says a lot to me when the manager is willing to get in there and work alongside the team. The entire experience was positive and I’m very happy to keep using SpeeDee, as I trust them and have no qualms about a five star review. Visit with confidence.2018: Talk about agile! This was my first visit to SpeeDee and I was impressed. Very professional service and a good value. I showed up without an appointment for an oil change and they were able to fit me in and perform the service quickly. They told me about some other services that I should consider but they were not overly pushy or try to over - sell the items.

UPDATE: Under new management/all new staff from last time I was there. They didnt follow specs in the computer for my oil change and instead of conventional (which I have used in the past), they used synthetic blend, locking me into spending double the price for oil changes going forward.The manager Lyn apologized and offered to make it right, so I do appreciate that.ORIGINAL REVIEW FROM A YEAR AGO: Everyone is friendly (especially Jonathan) and they seem to be very knowledgeable. Ive always received quick service, sometimes on short notice or even without an appointment. Costs for services seem to be competitive. Location is very convenient for me and the shop has WiFi so I can get work done while I wait. As a woman, I dont always feel comfortable at auto repair shops, but this place is different; they seem to treat all customers with respect. I really like that. The customer service at this location has been amazing! Jonathon Archambault showed immeasurable leadership of this team. I came in for an oil change and after a full inspection of my vehicle we realized I needed my breaks and rotors replaced. Jonathan took the time to call around to a few different places to find me the best price for my new rotors. Jonathan was very attentive and accommodating of my schedule and made sure to call and make my appointment as soon as possible after the rotors arrived next day. The camaraderie and transparency at this location has been the best I have ever seen.

I came in panicking about being short on time and just needing power steering fluid and a tire filled with air. There’s nothing more stressful then needing to be somewhere and your car has suddenly has issues. Brian and Andrew were extremely helpful and accommodating and took care of me right away. I will definitely recommend them, and bring my car back for future repairs!

Jonathan is very personable and professional. I came in for something I thought was small but my car ended up needing a completely new part costing hundreds of dollars. They placed a new part that wasnt suited for my car and busted three months later. Nice people, but I would not recommend this place.

Jonathan and staff are super friendly and helpful. Recently my wifes carshut down on the road at a red light and we had it towed to the shop. When the car arrived there was tire damage to the car. Jonothan made me aware of the damage and inquired if it was like that when we left the car to be towed. The tire was fine when we left the car. Jonathan then suggested I file a claim to the tow company. I did so and found they needed pictures, which Jonathan and the mechanic went out of the way to take amd email me. They made sure to include photos of the hole ripped into the tire and slightly before the hole where it appeared the tire had been scraped against something. Tha ks to them we where able to recover the money we had to spend to replace the tire.

Jonathan (manager) and his team were very helpful. I came in on a Saturday at 4:30 to get a tire fixed and they did it no problem and were nice about it. That was a relief since I needed it fixed for Saturday night. I went to another tire place down the street and they told me they could get to it tomorrow. Will visit again!

This is an excellent shop staffed by quality people. I can’t recommend this place enough. I plan I taking my truck here for all future servicing. I mostly appreciated their expertise along with only giving me what I need. This is not a place that up sells everything.

They were really nice and the service was super fast. They helped explain whats wrong with my car and how long I have left before it gets serious. I also had one of my tires checked out because it was leaking and I told them I couldnt really afford a new tire. They told me that they will see whats wrong with it and go from there. Turns out that tire was in no condition to be driven on and they said that they would take care of it. They didnt want me driving on a potential car accident and Im so thankful for them. Great and fast service and I look forward to seeing them again for my car needs.

I think the name is meant to be ironic. Kind of like when you have a really big guy and you call him tiny? I had my car here to get repaired and it was only supposed to take a few hours but it ended up taking a day and a half. They didnt really have a good reason other than oops that guy went home for the day.

My daughter went to SpeeDee for an oil change. Which they did a fine job. BUT then SpeeDee told my teen daughter she needed 4 new tires. This was after the fact that some how a bolt got lodged in her tire that, we know, wasn’t there before we went to this shop. There wasn’t even any wear on the bolt to indicate it had even been driven on. So we know it wasn’t there before. When I called and talked to Anthony he said “there was nothing they could do this close to the holidays and that his manager was on vacation.” We went next door to Kauffman for a second opinion and was confirmed what we thought as well. My daughter had plenty of tread on her tires. The tires were only 4 months old. They weren’t even close to worn to the indicator nubs. Very disappointed in how they treated me and my daughter. And I will not be returning to this shop.

If you’re a woman who may possibly look like you don’t know much about cars - be aware that they will try and build that price tag up $$$. Came in a few months ago for an oil change - everything went fine. Came in last week to a young guy working the counter and told him I needed an oil change. He gets my attention once mid oil change and tells me that I need the liquid to clean out my system because I waited so long for an oil change. Fine - whatever. At the end of it and $90 later, he tells me that my brake pads are so thin that I only have a week or two before they are going to wear completely down, and he wants to schedule me right then and there to get them done and it would be an extra $200. Took it to a different place this week that is closer to where I live and they call me within 10 minutes saying THEY’RE FINE and have at LEAST 10,000 miles left before they do wear down! Taking it to one more place to make sure I’m not just hallucinating. How can you lie to someone straight in the face like that! Im really mad that I chose to go there and drop a bunch of money both times I’ve been, but I can guarantee I WILL NOT be back and will be telling everyone I know about this!

If you don’t mind paying 5x the amount for a service then Speedee Oil is the place for you! Was quoted $380 to replace a rubber brake hose that had a leak. After having to argue with the staff to get the vehicle out of the bay, we took it to a deferent mechanic to repair. Turns out the hose did not have a hole and it was a $50 repair.

Hi its your typical frazzled mom trying to get things done after work. I was told if I came to this shop by 5:45 I could get an oil change. Imagine my surprise and disappointment when I showed up at 5:45, after driving an hour to get there, I was turned down stating they were going to close in 10 minutes. Needless to say I wont be coming back to the shop.
