Bought all new tires from this place, not even a week went buy and my driver front tire went flat. I went in that week for a replacement and the store manager told me no because I didn’t get roadside added into the tires. Regardless if I did or not I should’ve been compensated. They checked and couldn’t tell me why it went flat and still no help. Even corporate wouldn’t help me, never again will I ever spend money at this joke of a place. STAY CLEAR OF THESE GUYS
What amazing people so Yesterday I started home from work and my tire light came on pulled over and found my tire nearly flat. Drive to the Goodyear store at Belden Village mall and was told they were getting ready to close and no they could not nor would they help me. On a tire almost flat. Sarcastically the man said try NTB down the road see if they will help you. With a chuckle.I drove to the NTB store on Belpar and they were closing also but the girl stopped closing told me to pull in and she would put air in my tire. She started and then stated “you have shards of metal in this tire you can not drive on it”. She then put on my spare. She did not even try to sell me anything so I looked at her and asked her to keep the tire to see if it could be repaired.Fast forward to today. They opened at 8 this morning and my husband called at 8:10 and my tire was fixed and very well done. The price was beyond reasonably low cost. Thank you NTB you have my business for life.
Run from this place. Went in for noise which sounded like something wobbling. Said i needed front brakes. Was there in May and they told me i had 50% of my brakes left. Ummmm? Did a tire rotation on my car in august. Turns out the noise i was hearing was my tires shaking due to the fact they did not torque lug nuts after the tire rotation. In fact, employee told me that you could turn the front drivers side lug nuts by hand. So I paid money for new brakes that probably could have waited. Not to mention I could have lost a tire going 70mph on turnpike and probably would not be here to write this review. This place was great a few years ago. They have several new employees and its just not good anymore.
NTB service is extremely poor they use the bate and switch say they have the tire then try to get you too buy a cheaper made more expensive tire.
Terrible customer service. I went to my scheduled appointment that was a 1 hour appointment and they said it would be 3-4 hours so I rescheduled. I dropped my car off on the day and time I was told when it was rescheduled and they said they had no record of an appointment. Then they said they no longer have the tires I reserved. At this point I was already frustrated but what set me over the edge was the guy at the counter was yelling at me for something they screwed up. I would never step foot in another NTB after this experience.
Horrible experience, and this was just with the initial phone call. The gentleman I spoke with, I wish I remembered his name, was rude and completely unhelpful. It took him twice to find the battery because he took down the wrong answers to the type of car/engine I had. Once he found the battery, I asked him when I could get it installed. First opening was tomorrow at 11. I asked how much it would cost for install. It could be anywhere from $13 and $61. How is it possible, knowing the make and model you cannot give me an install price? Then I asked if I could wait for it when I bring it in for my appointment. I cant tell the future, I dont know how long it would take. I swear I felt like I was being pranked. And I swear I am not making this up. Ive never experienced customer service like this ever. Instead of paying $199 +$13 to $61 and not knowing when it would be done, I went to autozone, paid $180, and they installed it free of charge. Done in 10 minutes.
Got tires, alignment, oil change. The prices were much better than competitors for tires, they price matched a competitor for the oil change. They had everything done in just a couple hours and contacted me half way through to update me on progress. Great service!
These guys are AWESOME!!! I was in here Friday for oil/filter, fuel filters, and general service. Today Im back for tires and alignment.Jon and Jacob took the time to answer all of my questions and were very thorough with the services to my truck!I definitely recommend this store to anyone who cares about their vehicle and wants the job done right! Nice staff, clean place but timing is a major problem. Went in to get 3 new tires put on and was in the waiting area for over 4 hours. Seemed like they worked on all the appointments that came after me for them to come out to me a little after the closing hours to tell me they just now got the 3rd tire off and wont have it done until tomorrow. Im paying over $500 and wasted my day sitting in the waiting area to be told to get a ride home and come back tomorrow. Not very happy.
When I bought my four tires from here I bought the warranty. This warranty was suppose to cover the life of the tire. I called today and the gentleman that answered said yes this is true the tire would be covered . So I set up an appointment for 130. Take the car in sat and waited the guy comes out and tells me they will cover $23 of the tire and I owe 134. I explained I have the warranty and it should be covered . He said no. Why sell a warranty if you are not going to honor it?. Never again will I shop here and will warn everyone I know
Great place for used tires and usually a good deal on new tires as well. Sometimes on the weekend they may have to ask you to come back on Monday. Because they already ran out of your size. Which is what were going to do.
This NTB location is awesome! They are honest and up front about everything. They arent out to take advantage of the customer and will even walk you out into the shop to show you what you need and why. Jon the store manager will go above and beyond to do whats right for the customer. I highly recommend this NTB for all your service and tire needs! Theyve definitely earned my business for life over and over! Romeo and Tim the service advisers are also awesome. Stop in and see them! By far the best service center experience Ive had.
It took them an hour beyond my appointment to even get my car in back and 2 more hours to change the tires and align. the guy before me waited 4 hours for his change and alignment. then they came and told me the car needs shocks/struts and that an engine valve cover/gasket is leaking. first of all, my primary car (i took in my husbands) has blown struts, so i know what it feels like and this car is perfectly fine. and secondly, i did not authorize a go-over the car, they had no business being under the hood and no wonder it took so long! my husband works on cars and was just under the hood and hasnt had any problems. i really hope the didnt break anything on purpose! it really feels like they were trying to sell me a $2,000 scam.
These guys were very good and proffessional.I was I had need of a tire, showed up late on the workday. They got me in quick and even came out and talked to me. Alot of guys at aplaces like this wont do tht. Really appreciated thier work and would recommend them to anyone. .
Brooke was very knowledgeable and helped me so much figuring out what size tire and brand I should put on my jeep to take it into the woods. Will definitely be coming back for future purchases and issues with my vehicle!
They are way too expensive! And you almost always have to wait longer than described in the beginning.
The wrong size tires were put on my car. They put smaller tires on..not what I wanted.I had appointment they took the car back an hour later. 2 hours later and the drive home noticed the wrong size tires were on the car.Made another appointment to have the right size put on again an hour passes they take the car back. Two hours later finally get the car done..just for tires. No apologies .They take a walk in ahead of me both visits. First experience with NTB very disappointing.

The worst experience Ive ever had. Took them 25 minutes to reset my oil indicator. Gave aprice that was double the actual price. Told me things were included that wasnt. So bad they offered a refund. Stupidly I chose to get an oil change on my other vehicle. During the tire rotation they completely forgot to tighten all five lugnuts on one tire.
Staff has great customer service. Friendly and honest. I had a flat due to a pot hole, used my road hazard tire care from them and they got me in within an hour and fixed the tire within an hour. No charge. Oil changes and tires rotated... never push me to spend more money. Inform me and provide their knowledge and experience.
I called around looking for tires and felt that NTB in Belden Village was the right place for me. Customer service was top notch. Jake helped me sort through the cascade of available tires to find the right set and price point for my car. Jake dug deep to find every discount/rebate available. At the end of the day I felt pretty good!
The few times I’ve come in for estimates the same gentleman is behind the counter. He is condescending to me each time. I needed tires for a car I wasn’t driving and provided him the size I was seeking. He proceeded to loudly tell me it wouldn’t fit the car I pulled up in as though I wasn’t intelligent and proceeding to degrade me in front of other customers.

I live in Rock Hill, SC and I have done all my services there. I’m in Ohio on business and needed service. So this was my 1st time at this NTB. I walked in and before I got to the counter I was greeted by name with a smile! I asked how long to change the oil, rotate the tires and do a full vehicle alignment. ( I purchased it when I bought my tires) he said it would be done in 1.5 hours and they called my in 1! I hope I’m in Canton Ohio the next time I am due for service because I will be back!!!!
I paid less than $400 for 4 new tires and a full synthetic oil change. Place was very clean and they had complementary coffee with an instant me.coffee maker which was nice. Would rate 5 stars but they somehow shorted out one of my headlights, I think when they were trying to reset the oil change reminder and set off my alarm instead that’s when it happened. I have a bulb already so not a big deal. Very nice front desk man. And even a female working in the bay which I thought was awesome. Will go there again.
The local folks at the Canton NTB are fantastic and this should be a 5-Star Review. However, by making my appointment via the web, it caused my time slot to be be over-booked. Thus a quick tire install took a lot loner than expected. Great Tires, great service, poor management of the appointment calendar. I recommend you make a phone call to set up your time.

Check up is free, staff are nice, mechanics really know what they are doing. The location is good so while waiting for your car, you can go to the nearby shops and restaurants. Their rate is better compared to other shops and its guaranteed that theyll get the job done.

This place is a complete joke. I went in and got two new overpriced tires. I wanted them put on the front. They argued and said they would only put them on the back. I argue with the guy but I only get one day off to do this so I agree. Then they find a broken part they try to sell me for way over price plus install fee. Then when I get home I climb under my truck to check it out. My oil filter is loose and just belching oil. I know it wasnt before because in my garage where I park there is no old oil spot. This place is a scam and just an all around joke. If I save anyone time and castle of not going here in the future it was worth my trouble.

Went to NTB for a couple of tires, waited about an hour. The service was wonderful! The gentleman I dealt with was John and he explained everything in depth, in a very kind way. They have a waiting area in the back with cable and coffee, making it a very comfortable hour wait.
When buying tires its the warranties you have to watch out for for price. The tire deals are great. Service and help is good

This is my store for my car period
I took my new truck in to have 4 new a/t tires installed. I had a scheduled appointment and was a few minutes early. To R&R and balance my tires, it took over an hour.To make my experience even worse, the mechanic tore-up my like-new wheels.... all four of them! They made no mention of this to me as I checked-out. I did not see the damage till I was 220 miles away.I have yet to confront the manager about this. Im not sure if I can or will. Im far too busy. The needed time will just cost me more financial loss.Obviously, Im extremely disappointed (and upset) with NTB... Im disappointed with, at least, the mechanic. He made several very basic and rookie mistakes that damaged my wheels. I changed tires for 4-5 years. My combined mistakes, during those years does not add up to half of what this guy has done to me.* UPDATE ; The Store Manager did seek me out, after reading my review. He offered for me to come back so that he could look at my wheels. He mentioned that hed do anything, that he felt, hed need to do to correct this issue. Unfortunately, I just dont have time.
I got a flat tire about 100 yards from NTB. Pulled in, it was 1 hour before closing and was given options and had a new tire put on in no time. Very helpful and honest.
I was in town visiting family from Columbus. On a Sunday at 3:00, there weren’t many places open. NTB was able to squeeze me in between appointments. They helped me when I was in a jam and was able to stay on schedule with my travel plans.
Be wary of this location. My girlfriend dropped her Escape of Sunday afternoon for an oil change. 30 mins later they called to tell her that the front brakes and rotors were shot to the tune of $500. LIES. I do the brake jobs on her car and checked them myself that night. Nothing wrong with them. As a matter of fact the pads have several more months of life left. Nearly a full 3/4 inch thick
Professional service. They seem to not push extra services down your throat when, for example, you just want an oil change or tire replaced. Fairly quick service with a pleasant waiting area.
Honest and fair. The guys here actually seem like they care about you. (Helped me out a lot). They do have good deals on tires and repairs, just keep an eye on their website to help you plan.
Stopped in to have them check a tire for an air leak and they found a screw in the tire plugged it and got me on my way, thanks for working me in on a Sunday!

I had a 8am appointment. Took over an hour to have a nail hole patched on my tire. Waiting room was empty. When I complained about the time, it upset the workers. They pulled my car around shortly after and now the tire makes a loud thud sound while driving. Will be taking my car to a different business tomorrow to have it checked out. Will update.

Work was done at St Clairsville, Oh while out of town once again. first time 11/1/2016 rt front rotor and brake pads. Then again 9/21/2018 front pads, hydraulic hose and rt caliper. Last time, 9 month later 6/12/2019 and about 1, 600 miles, the same rt front brake failed again new rotor and pads! I have zero confidence that the issue is resolved and expect this same wheel to lock up once again after spending over $1,100! Something must be wrong with the CALIPER?

Was in the Canton area when my tire started losing air (11/29/2018). Had to stop a couple of times to fill with air and finally made my way to this NTB location. It was growing dark, tire was going flat, evening rush hour traffic and the weather was icky.I approached the employee and explained the situation, that the tire was going flat. His response? They were fully booked up. Pointed to the parking lot to show me how many vehicles they had. I explained that all I needed was someone to plug the tire. He told me that I dont understand, they cant just pull a tire off and plug it then went into long detail about all the things they do with the tire. Geez, made it out like they had to basically pamper the tire and take it to dinner before repairing it.I wish I had thought to take down the employees name. I fully understand about having a full schedule but when you have a female pulling in with a tire thats going flat, winter weather conditions and growing dark, squeeze the tire in real quick and repair. I would have sat and waited if need be.I left then made my way to Sears Automotive up the street. The whole time hoping the air would hold. Thankfully my experience with Sears was MUCH different. They got me in right away and quickly plugged the tire. When I thanked the employee he simply told me Its the right thing to do. Sears will get my business. NTB lost a customer as well as my numerous other family members who used to purchase tires from them.

45 minutes after my scheduled appointment, my car is still sitting in the parking lot. If I was a walk in, I understand waiting, but I scheduled an appointment. I was hopeful I found a new place for car repairs, but I guess Ill keep looking.
We called on New Year Day to make an appointment, to our surprise they were not busy and we went immediately. Our request was for a battery, oil, tire rotation and check aliegnment. I also asked for them to check computer error codes. Our car has miss fired under certain conditions and had been repairs by the dealer and Goodyear.NTB found the fouled plug, showed us very worn front breaks (1 mm) and leaking stuts.We had all done that day in a few hours. Car runs and feels great. I highly recommend this shop.

Would give it 0 stars if I could. Went here today after I swore years ago Id never go back to this store. Only needed a trailer tire, and very few tire stores are open on Sunday that stock load range E trailer tires. Wont go into the details of what made me stop going here in the first place. When I went in today, Romeo asked for my information, so he could look up my customer history. I told him Id been there before, but itd been a very long time because of previous bad experiences. Told him I needed a new trailer tire and that I wanted it balanced. Left the tire and came back and picked it up later. When I got home, I noticed there were no balancing weights on the tire. I called and Romeo told me it was a miscommunication between him and the guy that mounted the tire. Not sure how it was mis-communicated, it was written on the order that I signed when I dropped the tire off. I was charged for balancing, its on my receipt. I didnt even bother arguing. Romeo told me normally people dont balance trailer tires (which is true). He said if I wanted, he would just refund the balancing since they didnt do it, or I could bring it back in and they would balance it. I took it back in. They balanced it and I ran a quick errand while they did. I pulled up and they put the balanced tire in the back of my truck. As I was about to drive away, Romeo came to the door and waved and said Thank you. I asked him, Is that all youre going to do to make it right?. He said, Yes. I honestly dont think he understood what I was asking. Look, I know people are human. We all make mistakes. However, if I knew a dissatisfied customer had come back, Id have made sure every I was dotted and every T was crossed to make sure the customer was satisfied. And if I somehow dropped the ball there, I certainly would have done a lot more that delivering exactly what the customer paid for.Update on 8/1/2018:Thank you SO MUCH NTB for your canned response! In your canned reply that was most likely automatically created without any human ever actually reading my review, you state:we need some more information from you first.Actually you dont need any additional info. You have the date, location and my name on the review. If you cant figure out how to contact me from that, you obviously are not interested in earning my business back, . . . but I guess I knew that already.
Was stranded in a parking lot with a badly blown tire on a super hot day and just needed to know if tbey had my uncommon size of suv tires in stock and if I could have my vehicle towed there imnediately. I called while the tow truck driver waited. Whomever answered had me on hold for 5 minutes before coming back to the line just to tell me that he couldnt even look in the system to check inventory because he was in the middle of something on the computer with another customer and just hung up on me. Did not answer any questions for me nor seemed to care that my vehicle and I were stranded in a parking lot. He just said they were days behind and couldnt check their stock, anyway, and rather rudely.So, theres only 1 computer and 1 employee working there on a weekday? Highly doubt it. Very unprofessional. Will never call them back.
I have a 5 year unlimited alignments and every time they tell me somethings wrong and there isnt any issues ...but I love the staff at front desk

They refunded the wheel alignment noted below.Get a second opinion - ALWAYSI took my 14 Civic in for a rear passenger tire repair - ended up with $592 of questionably necessary repairs.I called and scheduled an appointment for 5 p.m. When I scheduled the appointment that morning over the phone, I explained that I had used the run flat quick repair can on my tire the night before. The representatives response was we have to clean all that stuff out, so its a pain to work with. I thought, well, I should probably bring the guys some fresh Pizza Oven pizza to soften the blow, since my request was a painful request and they were accommodating at such short notice.I dropped the pizza and the car off at noon. They took the pizza to the back without question or explanation.Romeo called at 3:30 and explained that they found the front bearing was bad and making a clicking sound and recommended I replace the bearing. Of course, I asked him what it would cost.Romeo: I can give you an estimate... it will be 119 for the [something something] and 92 for the [something something] and we will probably have to have your car for about another 2.5 hours - and if you decide to replace it, we will give you the tire repair for free, which will cost about 20 dollars.My thoughts: well, I went into this with the expectation that I might have to replace my tire... it appears they are fixing it, and they found something wrong that, from quick research, looks like it can be a problem, I will replace it for 200 bucks.I was not told a cost for labor. I was not told I would be charged 89.99 for Wheel balancing. I was not told the total would be 592.Me: Sure, go ahead and replace it. Had he told me, I would have told him - thats fine, I will have my guy look at it.Readers have been warned. Here is my advice to you: 1) do not repair anything unless it was included in the original request for work 2) if you decide to move forward with ANY repairs, you need to receive, in WRITING, a final quote 3) Confirm whatever they are telling you about any surprise repairs they recommend.I am leaving two stars instead of one star because the representatives were courteous and I am taking responsibility for my lack of follow up. I am hoping this review serves as a reminder to all considering business with NTB that: They are a business and they are out to make money. I called this morrning at 10am to order 4 Nitto Trail Grappler Tires. The guy answers and ask can I put you hold for a minute, sure no problem.... 5 minutes I hung up. I called back for the next 30 minutes and no one would pick up. Good thing is I got them ordered from someone else.

Liars! Liars! Liars! This was my first and last time at any NTB! I went in yesterday for an oil change because my mechanic at Sears was booked up... so the NTB mechanic comes out and gives me an estimate for $1,000 in repairs that “needed done”. Both front CV joints/axles and a tie rod. He said “there was grease everywhere from the bad axels”. So today I took my car to Belden Village Sears auto and had my mechanic Josh look at everything... he showed me my car while it was up on the lift and there was no grease, the CV joints and axel were perfectly fine, tie rod was nice and tight as it should be. I was furious that the NTB mechanic lied to me! I made sure to go back and give Ed Mandolesi the $1,000 estimate that I didn’t need. I just wonder how many more bogus estimates have been printed there.. what a waste of trees! I feel as if they saw a young lady come in and tried to take advanced of that, I am no fool and this business should be ashamed. Oh and by the way, your coffee sucks!!!!
Terrible customer service, went in with a problem and basically was told that they didnt have time for deal with that. My advice, take your money elsewhere for a better experience.
I ordered tires and made the installation appointment from the NTB website. The total charge on the web site receipt was $322.63. I paid $360.08 at check out. I didn’t notice the discrepancy until after I left the store. I went back and was told the difference was because the computer had added a TPMS sensor repair kit even though my Web receipt specified “Tire & Wheel Installation without TPMS Repair Kit”. No mention was ever made of this until I questioned the charge. I really did not appreciate being told “Well you signed the invoice”. True enough, I did sign it but why should I need to confirm the in-store invoice agrees with the website invoice. Bottom line, I got my money back but I don’t need the hassle and aggravation. I wont be returning to NTB.
