I bought my second vehicle from North End Motors about 8 months ago and have been very happy with the purchase. I called to have some service done, Tony and the whole service team were fantastic. The communication on repair status and transparency was truly appreciated. It’s a 50 minute drive from my house to Canton but very worth the trip!

I went to North End Motors today to get my sticker for October and Luke Goodrich Checked me in. He was professional, experienced, and very efficient! Bought a 2020 Nissan Murano from North End Motors 3 weeks ago. Car looked like hell when I got it home. Went to see it when it was pouring raining and noticed all the defects when I got it home. Advertising with apple car play and an automatic starter. Came with neither of the options. I asked to have it detailed and they did a horrible job. Whole undercarriage and wheel wells covered in silt it took me 2 hours to properly clean it. Salesman was nice but not very knowledgeable of the car. The only positive experience I had here was the financial manager. Tried to get the phone number for the owner no one would give it to me. I spent $40,000 on this car and I was treated better at an old dealership I dealt with buying a $5,000 dollar car. Grant it I found the car I was searching for. Found a small tear in the back seat which they refused to fix cause they said it couldn’t be fixed. I got it fixed the following Saturday by someone else. Overall totally not satisfied with this run of the mill operation and will never go back or send anyone there to by a car from them.

Bought a 2018 Ford F-150 recently from North End Motors. Friendly staff but unwillingly to haggle on price (even a dollar), so they wasted customer time. Takes a while to get there from Boston due to South Shore traffic (1 hr plus). If the price is not negotiable, it makes the online car experience look that much more attractive. Just being honest

Price is fair on the cars but when I brought up a webpage on their website that had old warrenty information and other benefits, they refuse to honor. It was explained that it was several years old and should have not been on the site. However the sales manager did say thanks for bring that to their attention. They also only gave base KBB evaluation instead of the +25%

Everyone I dealt with at the dealership (including a service worker, salesman, and manager) told me they had all driven it and there was nothing wrong with the vehicle, and the flutter was because I wasnt used to driving this car. After calling my local Acura dealership, I was informed the flutter was a fairly common problem and easily fixed with a software update (which it was, and now my car drives fine).Please remember, this is a used car dealership that does not specialize in any certain type of vehicle. Be sure to do your own research before purchasing and ask a lot of questions!
