I have no complaints abut the actual work(oil change) preformed on the vehicle. I was disappointed with the service when I went to pick up the vehicle.1) The last few times I had an oil change at a Nissan dealership, they surprised me by also having my car sprayed down. Thats one of the reasons I have had a dealership do the oil change instead of a local 15 min oil change shop. It was a nice extra touch done in the past that was not done this time when I picked up the car. Little things like that can keep customers coming back.2) After I paid for the service and was given my car key fob, the guy said that my vehicle was around the U to the right of the parking. he made it sound like it was right outside and easy to find. Well, I ended up walking all the way to the side of the building and into the Service Repair Lot and had to search for my car that was parked with a bunch of other cars that were being left over for service before driving off.I would expected either for my car to have been brought out to me or at least for it to have been parked up, near the front, where it would have been easy to find.I didnt expect that I would have to search through a side Service Parking Lot in order to find it. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!

Please do not do any business with this dealership!! They had my car for almost 3 months and couldnt fix my car!! They misdiagnosed the car kept on replacing parts with defective mass air flow, PCM and wanted to replace the wiring harness ... a little less thana $3,000 bill and still couldnt fix it!! They should NOT be allowed to service cars. Clueless tech. Infiniti repaired my car in less than a week. RUN!!

Worst customer service! Do not recommend. 0/5. They treat their clients like garbage. We took our car in for servicing and they told us we would have to leave our car overnight and that they would not provide a service car. Every other dealership weve dealt with always provides a service car. Its a basic amenity, but Nissan of Canton actually wanted to make us rent a car from them!

I would never recommend buying a vehicle from this dealership. Their after purchase customer service and service department is HORRID. Lack of communication between employees and departments is a problem. They do not return voicemails in the service department, it is frustrating and they should be embarrassed in their lack of basic customer service skills. I have already communicated to many of my friends and family to not purchase from this dealership because of the after sale service. I am writing a review so that many will know that there is major issues within this business. Customer Service and good communication should be top priority in any business. Get it together Nissan of Canton.We sold our Nissan just so we wouldnt have to deal with Nissan of Canton Service department. They dont even know it yet, as we are awaiting a call back from the MANAGER of the service department. I had called on Monday and its Friday still no call back...I wont hold my breath.
I purchased a 2021 Rouge from my local dealer in Georgia just prior to going to Michigan to help my sister. While I had a person in Georgia attempt to show me all the bells and whistles on my car, I never thought about the cruise control. I walked into the Nissan dealership in Canton Michigan and I have to say that John was amazing. Not only did he show me how to do it, he told me the other features that I was unsure of. My drive back to Georgia was a breeze. Thank you John for being awesome!
People were very nice. Made leasing process seem easy. Then the deception comes in. Selling maintenance package they wont honor in its entirety and miss quote down payment info. Be aware. Finance officer not as truthful as dealership should be.

I bought pre paid oil change (5) which was for sale. Its a good deal. The sales team was friendly and courteous. They have a nice waiting area with fresh coffee. They did thorough inspection on the car. Battery was old and didnt pass the test. So as per their recommendation I had the battery replaced. I hope the battery is of good quality because there is one sticker on the battery which says Nissan, which can be peeled.

First, it took 4 attempts to communicate with the dealership to get an appointment. My first attempt was to go through the website using the chat feature. Whomever answered the chat told me that a service advisor would contact me. That never happened. The second and third times I called to make an appointment. I left voice mail messages both times and of course no one returned my calls. The fourth time I had my husband go to the dealership to make an appointment because I thought the place may have closed. He made an appointment directly with a service advisor (female). When I showed up to the dealership for that appointment, I was told there was no appointment scheduled for me. I am furious at this point. However, Zaid was able to set an appointment for me later in the week. This is not the usual service that Nissan of Canton provides. I will not go back to the dealership unless I have to because of the warranty for the oil change. Unacceptable service!
I went for an oil change.The atmosphere was very relaxing. They offer hot beverages while you wait.All of the staff is very friendly!When my car was finished they explained everything very thorough.Prices very depending on what services you have done.The price for the oil change is very reasonable.I only go here to get my oil changed.

Would have been nice for them to wash the truck exterior as a courtesy. I mean, I did spend 2 grand on parts and labor the least you could do is make it shiny. But I guess that type of service is long gone in todays world.

Service lady was very rude to me for no reason I had just walked up she did not greet me she snapped at me before I could even really say anything she then apologized to me she told me she thought I was her previous customer and that she had 3 ahead of me I was confused why she was so rude. left my car over night was calling all the next day to check the status or when I could come get it no answer which I understand that’s why I just came in to check but she was mean maybe having a bad day I just told her I hope her day gets better so maybe more better friendly customer service that made me not want to come back unfortunately after spending 300 on service

This was probably the most stress free car buying experience I’ve had and during a pandemic that says a lot. I worked with Michelle Voycik who was so friendly and attentive and she was able to find exactly what I was looking for in my price range. She also responded very quickly and was able to answer my questions for me. I’ve had some bad experiences with car sales people before and I was so pleasantly surprised.
My fiancé and I had the BEST experience! John Cauchi was patiently there for us every step of the way. A clean and quiet environment as well. Very kind and friendly service. He treated us like family. I’d recommend anyone to go see him for a car purchase, you won’t regret it.
Terrible service department. I went to have a headlamp replaced with an appointment that I had made the previous day. When I got there they said it may take an hour which I thought was excessive but I went to wait. After an hour I asked them when they would be done. At that time I was told they had to get the lamp elsewhere and they didnt have it yet. They didnt mention this before. When I told them I wanted the auto and they could let me know when the light was there. The person I was talking to then went to the garage, came back and said Oh, I didnt realize they had it and they are done. So over an hour and $105 later I was on my way. In July 2020, I had the other light replaced in Ann Arbor for $55 and less than 1/2 hour without an appointment. As far as Im concerned I would never go back to this dealership.

I took my Nissan car there for an oil change tire rotation and a slow leak repaired turn into a fiasco. my lease ends in 4 months and I was going to lease a new Nissan but after doing business at this dealership I will never purchased one of their vehicle again.I do feel service I meet hundreds of people I where my way to warn them about the poor service you received at Canton. I cant speak bad about the sales department but the service department poorly managed and the staff doesnt seem to be well trained.Thats why people say most in mechanics and service managers at dealerships are the bottom skilled ladder.

My son was a bit cranky and she did whatever she could to please him as well. I came in this morning early this morning and was greeted by Trisha. Trisha was attentive and listened carefully to the issues I had with my vehicle . The communication extended to me while my vehicle was being repaired was excellent, I’ll definitely be back !!!
At first had great experience. They told me Nissan would not finance me for under seven thousand. I had a car picked out but they changed the car for that reason. The car they sold me the air conditioning does not work, 2 chips in the windshield and a couple other small things. It is over 800.00 to get the air fixed. I got in touch with Nissan consumer affairs and they told me all they can do is issue a complaint against them, since they are independently owned there is nothing they can do. Well I don’t understand why they have consumer affairs if there is nothing they can do. RIGHT. I was never offered extended warranty. Now I know why. Can’t believe that they would do this to a customer. I had a friend that was going to go there and buy a car. She went to Lafontaine. What a difference they filled her tank with gas. I was told to go to a gas station because it only had a quarter tank. They put new tires for her. I was told they would not put tires on (I asked because not only were the worn quite a bit they did not have all they same tires. I went and put new tires on it. Well to sum it up I realize that just a few customers probably don’t matter to them. I am almost 60 years old and on disability from a bad accident and I can’t afford to get the air fixed. Now that is is so hot out I don’t drive during the heat of the day. Walk in to Dr appointment sweating. WOW hard to believe. I purchased the car in February so of course they air conditioning got cold it was 20 degrees outside. So of course I thought it worked. Very unhappy customer

They were very understandable regarding my situation, Im on a fixed Income. They worked with me, to make sure I was a satisfied customer, I was floored when they washed my SUV, they went above and beyond.
They were able to help me get into my new vehicle during the pandemic with social distancing and protective procedures in place and made it a pleasurable experience. I didnt see what I was hoping to find in my budget and they informed me their other lot may have something I was interested in, they drove out to Macomb to go get it and I was able to see it the following morning and sure enough they had helped me find something with lower miles and that sat well within my budget. Everyone I have spoke with there has been great ranging from Sales to Service. I couldnt have asked for a better experience.

While I was not able to get repairs at this moment, as the engine had developed a rod knock, and the cost of repairs were more than the trucks value. Bob the service advisor was more than stellar, addressed my concerns, helped make me make my decision easier. Most shops say that they can repair Nissans, but in the end, they cannot. Will be doing business with you again.
