Gave an estimate for 12,000 and final bill was 32,000. Look good from a far but not in person. Very poor work. I wouldn’t trust anything he says. Done my son wrong on so many levels . Doesn’t care that its company name on the work. You try to do a review on his business page he deletes it. Valley pan missing under intake, plugs weren’t even changed and the distributor had sealer all over it. Oil leaked.. and has never tried to fix anything . Very sad this man ripped off my son on his Make A Wish truck. And threatening ppl if they say anything bad about him or his business. My family was/is Grateful you was giving 10,000+ and thousands in parts donated. And then threatening my family. Pictures are worth a thousand words. You even missed a 1300 check and the reams were donated. If anyone would like to see I have it all. ( all the invoices) . So thank you for breaking my son heart because this truck that everyone donated to ain’t nothing, not to mention some items on you invoices somethings aren’t even on the truck ( charged for an alarm system but its not on there) . The gasket set was also donated but wasn’t even used . I can go on and on. No sir I will Pray for you.. there are places for ppl that take from kids. Well the way I hear TOM is the man they knew all the work but quit. Im allowed to give my review because I personally gave you money for a job that was 1/2 azz done. Prayers sweetie... word of mouth is better then a review. Not to also mention you had the truck 16 months and the color he picked out isn’t the color on the truck. But like I said since Aug 11th the owner hasn’t reached out at all to try and fix any of the issues because he doesn’t care about his customers . The best part of this truck is the seat and it was donated . Now Im leaving my review because this is what happened when we was dealing with this shop .. but threatening customers because they have a bad review on your FB page is uncalled for. This truck was my son Make A Wish truck he just fought cancer for 3 years and this is how he’s treated. And like I have said you haven’t tried to reach out and make it right.Have a great day!

A high five to the gentleman mechanics over at M & T Pro-form ance. They rescued a middle-aged damsel in distress I dont know how these things always happen to me but somehow or other all six bolts that attache the CV joint somehow sheared off, came out I dont know all I know is I pulled in there its not having my CV joint attached to the driver side of my late model Chevy Tahoe lol. They were kind understanding and even though they were so covered up with work they somehow work me in and from the time I arrived until the time I left 2 hours to be exact, they had me back out on the road again. Many thanks and you have earned my future business.🏄‍♀️

Employee barley tested my car, lied about pulling the spark plugs and inspecting my engine. Told me i needed a new engine then started describing work on a different model with different engine and subframe setup. Tried to charge me 6k to change out a 2k engine. They overestimate the hours of work and dont even know the procedures theyll be doing. You guys are insane, proffesional mechanics should know what theyre doing and therefore that should reduce the amount of labour. My engine had an average change time of 15-20 hours they tried to charge me for at least 50... THE CAR LITERALLY ONLY NEEDED 2 SPARK PLUGS. thanks for trying to make me panic and feel bad. God forbid the PRO-formance i wouldve recieved ...

Theirs, yours and anybodys that happens to roll in there.I searched the internet because the shop I used to go to sold out and I needed a new shop to rely on. M&Ts commitment to customer service along with their other claims won my trust in them.When I brought my car to their shop, I was immediately excited ! Their bays were filled with popular muscle cars. I knew that the employees here were real car people. Gear heads as the saying goes.Upon entering, Mark welcomed me with the same concerns as their site stated. Once he saw my interest he showed me around the shop . I was now very confident that this was the exact place I was looking for.Mark and I discussed my concerns, then he wrote me up my estimate that I was very pleased with. Even though they claim fast service, I told them to take as much time as needed.Welp, the next day I got a call from Mark telling me my car was ready to be picked up. I was excited to get back behind the wheel of my V8 Thunderbird.When I got to the shop my car was ready and waiting. And because I paid mostly cash for the bill. Mark even lowered the price ! Who does that ??? M&T PRO-Formance does.So listen... Was having issues with my work truck overheating and they got it in, got a new radiator and installed it, they did all that without making an appointment. I am an expeditor from Wisconsin so being able to get work done is next to impossible, especially the same day. They did this without hesitation. Hopefully I don’t need more work done while I’m on the road but if I get stranded near Canton, I now know who to call. Can’t say thanks enough for getting me moving again!

Mark and Tom strike me as very qualified and knowledgeable men. The office staff is very friendly and cordial. They even included me in a “breakfast run”. I can’t ever remember being asked about a food run as a customer before. It only took me an hour to feel comfortable and trusting to leave my family heirloom ‘75 Chevy in their capable hands. There is not enough good things about Mark and his crew. They are second to none with their capabilities, they are priced very competitive and most importantly they are HONEST. This is the only company that I trust to work on my vehicles.

My 97 Ranger drives like a brand new truck thanks to these guys. I have been coming here for nearly a year and have been able to get all the repairs that were needed, and there were a lot, to my truck. They were able to get the repairs done quickly, correctly, and at a reasonable price. They are courteous, knowledgeable, and stand behind their work no matter how big or small.
