While customer service is on par, the product is where my issues lie. Sure for a “buy here, pay here” one shouldn’t expect name dealership quality for vehicles. However, the car I currently have with this place didn’t even meet my expectations. First, the check engine light kept coming on within the first day and few weeks of me getting the vehicle. I kept having this dance back and forth where I’d bring the car back just for International Auto’s mechanics to fix minor issues and just clear the engine code. Mind you, clearing the code does nothing. I have several major mechanical issues back to back including cracked spark plugs. I went to a different mechanic just for them to tell me that those plugs were most likely in that eroded condition when I purchased and signed on with the car. Another thing to note about this place is that you projected total payment to International Auto will most likely be over three times the true value of the vehicle. My patriot was listed for 4,500 and I owe 5,000+. This amount is owed on a car that is currently sitting in a parking garage and is unused due to the back to back mechanical issues (was offered a tow but i refuse to invest more than what this junk is currently worth in repairs) Just a note to any future prospective buyers…PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN MECHANIC WITH YOU. I wish I done that because now I’m stuck trying to rid with a piss poor and less than lemon car.

He explained to me they clean each vehicle after each test drive and they offer free delivery.(Within reason) he told me that everything could be done ELECTRONIC. I got all answers I needed and decided to try it out. Did the down payment (they also work with you on this) via text. They completed my paperwork and sent for me to sign electronic. Then within a couple hours my car was delivered. He give 3 days to drive and if any problems or I decide its not for me I can chose a different vehicle. They were amazing!!

I happened to find this shop years ago when I needed my emissions done to get my tags renewed (it was right down the street) and I’ve been going back for everything my car needs ever since. If you are going to any of the local chains for oil changes, car services and tires you’re definitely being overcharged and most likely being told you need things that you don’t. I work out of my car and know nothing about the mechanics of my car (and don’t want to) so it’s been a blessing to find a family-owned business that are always reliable, honest and priced way better than anyone else I’ve encountered. They are so nice, professional, welcoming and always willing to work around my crazy schedule. For me finding a great mechanic is as important as finding a great doctor and I highly recommend Walter and his crew. If I could give them more than five stars I would. They are great people.

Benji was awesome and extremely helpful in picking something out within budget. He was very patient while I test drove several vehicles and kept him there last their closing time. I had the experience with the dealer who insinuated that the car was no longer working and I had to change it and this took it to the Jonker and in Mr. Walters workshop he only repaired it with $ 70 was a sensor that was damaged. I recommend them with a closed eye, they are excellent, very friendly professionals and they also have the best coffee in all of Georgia. His team and mechanics are excellent professionals and extremely friendly.
