They changed a water pump in my Toyota Avalon. I made an appointment with them and it was done the next day as was promised. I also want to mention the cost was half as much as some of the local shops.

Best customer service Ive ever experienced. Ive had continual ongoing weird issues with my engine, fuel line, and computer. I took it in the first time to try to fix it, but no dice. I brought my car back multiple times, and each subsequent time, they didnt charge me. They even went so far as to take the car for an emissions test once they were finally able to get the check engine light to turn off. Grateful for their awesome service!

I originally took my car to a AAA Car Service location in Atlanta (AAA Toco Hills) due to some engine trouble and was quoted over $1000 for needed repairs - replacement of coils and spark plugs. After declining the offer, I brought my car to Chad at Holly Springs Japanese Auto and he made all the needed repairs within a few hours for only $270. Easy 5 Stars.

Awesome and honest mechanic. Had a bad vibration on my Murano and thought for sure it was an axle or steering component failure, but they found out that it was the front tires even though the tires were new. I had the tires balanced and it fixed the issue. They saved me a ton of money. Will definitely go back and highly recommend them!

I brought my car in with a pre-diagnosis from the local Tire Shop that the Wheel Bearings and Hub on my front end needed to be replaced. Holly Springs Japanese Auto, not only re-diagnosed the problem, they made the quick repair of tightening the loose axle nut, and refused to take my money for the simple fix. I agree with the other customers that this place is outstanding. He does great work at a very fair price and only does the work that is required. He does not invent problems to do more work, nor does he mislead you into more work. If all shops operated like this one, the industry would be so much better off. Car dealers and other shops can learn a lot from how he treats customers and repairs cars. As long as I have a car that he can work on, he will be my mechanic.

Horrible customer service. Didn’t get a greeting at the door. Was getting funny side ways looks. The manager acted like he didn’t even want to talk to me. Guess my color frighten him. Was told to bring my car back the next morning and when I did management told me that “THEY MIGHT” get to it.

We have taken many different vehicles to Chad over the years at the recommendation of mechanic friends who told us that he is the best and most honest mechanic around. He has replaced an engine on one of our vehicles for a fraction of the cost that it was to be done elsewhere and with a much better warranty. We have been extremely satisfied with all of his other repairs and he has saved us tons of money by explaining that we didnt need to do certain things for an old car or ways to hobble a hunk of junk along long enough to get something better. If I had an option I would never take our vehicles anywhere else.

One shop told me I needed a new head and wanted over a thousand dollars to fix it. Chad told me the radiator had a leak in it, and I got out the door for less than 200 bucks. Nissan dealership wanted almost 800 dollars per axle to repair the hubs on my wifes car. Chad cost us less than 500. Hes worked on 4 cars of mine. Ill never take a car anywhere else..

Have been using these folks for years now. Ive taken Honda, Toyota and Ford to them. Always super honest with the work promised done at the price quoted. They actually do repairs not just part swapping. Two different times I was told I didnt need something and the price was less. Heres an example. Car started shaking when putting on the brakes. I was told most likely the brake rotors have warped and need turned. It may need pads, but wont know until we look. Well guess what, it only needed the rotors turned, told me your pads are good. How many shops do you trust to be that honest. Two thumbs up!!!!

Went in to the Toyota service department to have my tires rotated and they said I needed roughly $3000 of work on my Tacoma. I had this mechanic look at it and he said that it didnt need anything! Not even the breaks they said it needed! He said I had over 50% left on them. This is the only mechanic I trust and will ever use. Couldnt be more professional and have been very pleased with all the work he has done for my family thus far!

Extremely helpful, Took our Grandsons 2004 car in as it kept stopping. No codes etc. They looked it over and said it was just a sticky idle. They cleaned it out and said good to go. COST - nothing. JUST WOW. I will definitely go back when the next thing happens !!!

Chad is awesome, no nonsense no BS with him, I had him overhaul the transmission in my 2005 Acura TL over two years ago. The work performed was top notch and a fast turnaround. The car is still driving like new to this day. I now use him for all the maintenance I cant do myself. Thanks to this shop I can still keep the car on the road, because the Acura dealer would charge me more than the car is worth.

Excellent experience, I brought my Honda in thinking I had a radiator leak as it is an older vehicle, they immediately took my car back and shortly after told me It was just a hose. They could have told me it was a leak. Very honest people and great prices.

Ive been taking my car to Chad for all my work for a few years now and I felt that I had to leave some feedback after I took my car in today for an emission issue and he charged me nothing to fix a minor vacuum hose problem. In the past Ive had problems that seemed, to someone like me with little knowledge of cars, like a catastrophic failure when it was, in fact, relatively minor. Other mechanics might try to sell you a new engine when they see an opportunity like that, but Chad is always honest and very knowledgeable.

Chad and his crew have fixed my 1998 Honda Passport, and have done excellent work!A few months ago when I went to get an oil change, another mechanic had said my Passport might need $400 worth of work when it was hesitating to start. Chad looked it over for a few days, checked out the alternator, starter and fuel system. He found nothing wrong and charged me ZERO for looking at mycar. Since it is a 98, it takes longer for the fuel to move threw the motor. Thank you Chad!

Ive had 2 older model honda accords which have been treated with such care. I found Japanese automotive after Americas service station (who have since closed for businees) gave me a quote of approx. 350.00 for repairs to pass emissions... Japanese auto charged me significantly less!!!! My old 91 accord passed emissions for 3 more years without any needed repairs. Chad calls you back and fixes your car quickly. I will never trust another mechanic with my car! Ladies this guy is worth a try you wont feel over talked or overcharhed .
