I have had my cars repaired at Hayes Auto . Paul and his crew are honest and hard working! They have always done great work at a great price! I will take my car nowhere else but Hayes!

Each time Ive taken my car to Hayes, they almost always are able to look at it right away. Their prices are fair, theyve even charged me less than the original quote on occasions, which really speaks to their professionalism and integrity. On top of all that, they are easy-going and friendly.

Theyre the best u have no ideas. They are very good deal with any repairs and good deal.Other place they charge u twice but this place best ever can save ur money!😀😀👍

I had my car looked at from a few places between Florida and Ohio. They all said it could be one of four things POSSIBLY. This was worth the computer diagnostic!!! Last place that serviced my vehicle left the plug out from the intake.. A month of BS because Downtown Ford left a plug out..

Took my leaking exhaust in to be welded. Took me right away even tho they had order jobs in line. They dont usually do that but the fact they did act rationally for a small quick fix was impressive and appreciated.

When nobody else wanted to change the plugs on My Expedition, these guys did.Fair rates, job was done in a timely manner.These guys are good people.Polite, professional, and good guys to deal with.Highly recommend!!

I would NOT take any more of my cars or trucks here! Went in for a simple oil change since I got the truck back it was pouring out oil! After having my dad look at it and showed me what the gaskets looks like I’m HEATED! They couldn’t even put a gaskets on correctly all messed up they are now bent and warped have to get all new ones. Watch out for mechanics like this they do things like this on purpose so you have to come back and spend more money!!

Misdiagnosed noise from my front 4x4 actuators. Put new bearings in my rear end that werent needed. Then set the gear lash too tight. Sounded like I was driving a horse drawn buggy down a cobblestone road.

Honest, Fair, prices they are a mechanics not replacement artists. They will diagnose and fix the problem.

I was back home in Canton for a visit and Paul worked me in on short notice so I could be on my way back to Albuquerque on time. Other places just told me they couldnt get my vehicle in for 1-2 weeks.
