I was treated like I was looking for a hand out and my money was no good when I asked a question about car wiring and getting it put on scanner all ready new price just was trying to find out if it covered where my problem is Ill find a way to fix it if I have to drive to p town to get it fix

Great car dealership. The service department is outstanding. Mechanical and electrical problems are diagnosed correctly by a knowledgeable and highly trained staff. The work is consistently of high quality and is done right the FIRST time. They do not push for unnecessary repairs and treat customers fairly and honesty. Their customer service is pleasant and friendly. I recommend them for service work.

Very bad experience and would not recommend anybody go here if under warranty from GM.They did not inform of charges that were going to happen.They did not find anything nor fix anything.And the second I left the same thing started happening, which upon further looking was not even the problem they wrote down on the paper. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. They did zero to help, fix it understand the issue. Not a good place to good price or a good service.

Brought vehicle because loss of oil pressure. I was told it was 4 quarts low and there was no leaks. Had to drive to another dealership where they found oil leaking from the pressure send unit which Id a known recall on this vehicle. Dont trust they dont know what they are doing.......

I would not recommend Davis based on MY experience, I’m not saying everyone will experience what I did but I want to share my experience. I went to Davis on July 2, 2017 to look at a 2013 Chevy Cruze and when I test drove it every time I started the car up it would say service side detection (it still does to this day) and when I got back I asked them why it was saying that & would it affect the car? They told me it just detects when you get close to cars and it would beep but it doesn’t work so that’s why it shows up to service it and they said it wouldn’t affect the car at all. So I kept it for the night to see if I wanted to purchase it & I did (big mistake) bc they told me it wouldn’t affect my car. Couple months go by driving great then in September 2017 my car won’t start one day and got to the point where I couldn’t even get in my car the doors wouldn’t even unlock so we had no idea at this point what was going on and we took it to Davis & they said I just needed a new battery and they ran a test on everything which cost $100. & still said it was the battery causing the issue. Then February 2018 my car randomly shuts off while I’m driving down the road flashing a bunch of lights, blinkers don’t work, only thing working was my steering, brakes & gas pedal and was just acting like it was shutting off and on when I was driving down the road (very scary). So of course my boyfriend took the car back to Davis (I worked in Peoria at the time and didn’t get home in time to take it myself) & they said they need to run ANOTHER test on my vehicle and finally they said it was the side detection that’s causing all this & wanting me to pay $1,300 to fix it. My boyfriend proceeds to tell them that I’m not paying for it since they told me it wouldn’t cause me issues from the start & they SAID “Well since we told her that we will “only” charge her $800.” At this point I was pissed and we just got the car and left but then I made a post on Facebook about my experience tagging them in it so people knew exactly where I was talking about since there’s two Davis places in Canton! & they comment how it’s slander and just being ignorant & had their workers commenting on my post bashing me! Then all of a sudden when I got off work all their comments got deleted even including Davis Buick GMC comment. They knew they lied to my face from the start just didn’t want to take responsibility if they would have been honest with me from the start and said it may cause me issues in the future or it will I would pay to fix it but when you lie to my face and tell me it won’t be an issue then it is don’t expect me to pay. Like I said this is just my experience if you still choose to go there I wish you luck they did do good on my oil change that I had done there just I will NEVER recommend or buy a car from there EVER again. All they care about is the money and don’t care if people get hurt driving down the road while their car is randomly shutting off and on. I hope this review helps! I would of gave them zero stars if I had the option!
