As all my previous visits for service on my vehicles, this last visit was nothing short of excellent. Went and had my tire pressure sensors replaced and one of the valve stems was leaking, the tech replaced the stem and made sure all my tires were is working order and operated to the best of their ability. They also replaced a cracked rim and did the alignment as well. Everyone at this location are so helpful, answering all questions I had and I had a lot this day. They are friendly and make you feel very welcomed. We found our new shop for vehicle repairs. Thank you for getting me back in my vehicle and making sure it was safe to drive. You all rock!!

I was driving back from Virginia and my check engine light came on. Me and my family were driving to Tennessee the next day and I wanted to make sure it was nothing serious. I called the Ford dealership and they said they were slammed and couldn’t help me. I called Christian Brothers and they said to bring it in to get the code read, but couldn’t promise they could do anything other than let me know the code. Once I got there they promptly came out and read the code, it was a bad O2 sensor. I was relieved that it wasn’t something more serious and said I will have it fixed once I return from TN. The guy helping my said he was gonna check with his service manager to see if they could get it done that day. After a few minutes he came back and said he could have it done by 1 pm. I left my vehicle with them and they drive me home. It was done at 1 pm as promised and I was able to drive with my family to TN with peace of mind! Many than to Tony and all those involved at the Christian Brothers Holly Springs location. They are a class act that puts their customers first!

A great place to go for actual diagnostic work. They are very thorough and offer a courtesy check of your vehicle with pictures of any problems found. The prices are fair and they can provide an estimate before service.

The guys Christian Brothers automotive are great. They help me repair a differential on a FJ 40 Which was not straightforward on all the parts. They were very patient and also helped me understand what need to be done and I never felt like they couldn’t handle the job.

They were very quick to see me. I only had a fuse that needed to be replaced. They charged a fair amount. This is my second time using them for electric issues (prior owners) and they were fair with that as well. Will continue to use them this summer for providing service of brakes, tires, tune-up, etc.

Im really sad that I have to post this review because I really believe the people here are very kind and the process is very convenient which is why Igave 2 stars. However, I do not understand why some mechanics like to take advantage of females. I paid to get my vehicle a/c checked and they filled the freon too much so that the pressure was in the red at 90 in the picture shown and its only supposed to max at 50 to be safe. So basically my lines or orings could be at risk of blowing. This is not right at all. They knew what they were doing. They also charged me to change my break fluid which I found out later on NEVER needs to be replaced. And they also only replaced 1 plug to hold down my engine cover and didnt replace the other 3 and left them out under my hood in the picture shown. Im just very disappointed. And I thought this was an honest company. I was wrong.

They are extremely nice, I think they are a bit on the pricey side but they provide a fantastic warranty on their work. I always hate it when I go to the mechanic shop and they tell me everything is going to fall off and needs repair. They didnt do this to me the 1st time but the 2nd time an awful lot was wrong that wasnt 8 months prior, mostly maintenance stuff but some serious big ticket items as well

Jeremiah was great!! They were busy in there, but they were able to squeeze me in to change my brake light out for me.

My first experience with auto repair shops in Canton. My step daughter had used CBA before and recommended them. She did not steer me wrong.They may be a little more expensive than other shops. In my experience you most often get what you pay for. The shop is clean and well maintained. The customer service is A+. They took me home, kept me informed, and when work was complete, came and picked me up.No man-splaining. I guess they would if you didnt know, but they dont assume women dont know. All of that plus a 36 month 36k mike warranty on their work.

I am a 18-year-old girl, everywhere I go, basically they tell me my car is going to explode if I don’t spend over $1000, this is the 1st Place I’ve been to that does not try to sell pitch me. they run a test to check up on everything in your car for free and let you know what you should keep an eye on, but what’s actually required and necessary to fix at the moment. I will not be returning to any other type of auto shop except this christian brothers. very good.

I would recommend Christian automotive to all my family and friends. My van didnt have any check engine lights showing but SOMETHING was wrong (wouldnt start right away). They took they time to find the problem and explained it to me in a way I could understand. They ordered the part and fixed me van quickly. I live near the shop so they even picked my van up (dead in the driveway) and picked me up from my house once my van was done. So kind and helpful. Absolutely recommend. They go above and beyond.

Went in for a two hour projected job of Vacuuming and recharging of A/C system. Had called the day before and set up the appointment. Not the cheapest in town. But you know what they say. You get what you pay for.So, brought it in 30mins earlier than my appointment. The guy upfront (White hair) sorry cant remember his name, When handing them my keys. Went into sales mode. Offering a FREE inspection of the car. Assured me this is how we go the extra mile. Now me. When they want to inspect. They really want to find that up sell. So, I declined that service and went on my way. Receive a text 9:30 that they had started on my car. Now they where to start at 9:00. Thats what appointments are for. O well i have work to do and will just grab it at lunch. But 10ish and i get a Phone call. Guess what???? they have called to ask me about my alternator. It had seem to stop working while in there care and it was going to increase my bill by about allot. So, of course the back and fort starts. I explain my side, He explains theirs, offers to call his boss who was on vacation at the time. and Hangs up the Phone. 5, 10,15, 20 mins go by and the phone rings. first thought here we go... But to my surprise they understood where i came from and offer a courtesy car for the day. i declined it. But they fixed My car. so Honesty this company has, Integrity this company has. The guys at Christian Brothers were awesome. I took my car in because it was experiencing a misfire on cylinder #1, as diagnosed my my Fixd device. Their diagnosis was the coil on cylinder #1 causing the trouble so I had them change all 4 plugs and the faulty coil. I was, however, unhappy when I got the bill and saw that I was charged $125 to diagnose what was already known.Edit: The owner, Tony Craft, contacted me and made everything right... more than right! The diagnostic charge was simply an honest mistake, which was handled immediately. Honestly, I should have talked to them before leaving a review of less than 5 stars. I was given options, which included having the $125 refunded via check or credit card charge, or applying it to my account. I chose to apply it to my account because I will most DEFINITELY go back!!

This was my first service experience with CBA-Cherokee, and I am pleased with their professionalism for my car needs. Shop just opened up right near my house and I was due for an oil change. I was very impressed with the service members. Very polite and helpful and explained their process up front. Their use of Ipads(tablets? ) to take pictures of my vehicle and the various parts that may need attention were wonderful! I could see what they were talking about and that helped. I dont know anything about cars and their bits so I felt like this was a great tool to ensure if something needs fixing, they will show me the problem and explain how its not normal. Plus, they shoot me an email and texts with the information which I can forward onto my husband....he understands that stuff. 😁 and it keeps me from having to remember all the information that I dont understand anyway and poorly relaying it to hubs. They have a great lobby to wait in with a high counter facing the cars. My boys worked on some reading and watched our car go up and down. They got us in and out very quickly! This will be our go to spot from now on!

I set an appointment on Friday afternoon for an oil change and tire rotation they were very prompt and got me in and out. So I decided to have my transmission serviced on Monday and set another appointment since the service was going to take a couple of hours they took me home so I didn’t have to wait in there waiting area which by the way is very clean. We were driving back to Florida from North GA when our car stopped in the middle of the interstate. Our tow truck was going to be 1 1/2 hours so my husband called Christian Brothers and they sent a tech out to check on us. He got the car started and he drove our van back to the shop for us. A new alternator and battery later and we got back on the road. The staff is amazing and really did everything in their power to help us. Thank you for getting us safely back on the road.
