My daughters tires were checked. She was willing to pay $25 to fix a tire leak. No leak found. But they put more air in all tires AND they replaced a recalled fuel pump at no charge. Great experience.

Cherokee Toyota is a great dealership. I have not purchased a vehicle there yet, but intend too. I have only used the service center. Each time Ive gone they have always been professional and done excellent work.To me, if the service department is lacking then I dont need to buy a car from the dealership. I had my Prius serviced and Skippy was my contact during the process. There were numerous surprises with the process, but Skippy kept be informed at every step and was very transparent. The entire team was thorough and professional. I was confident trusting them with my vehicle and found the price to be very fair.

Took my 2017 Camry XLE to Cherokee County Toyota Service Dept for an intermittent power train problem. While a frustrating issue (mainly due to the 65 mile drive), I really appreciated the efforts of Skippy Hutchinson (Service Advisor) for his professionalism, proactive approach and genuine concern to promptly resolve this issue. Hopefully that was achieved today!!Also want to recognize Rocky (Service Technician Extraordinaire) who worked closely with Skippy via process of elimination to work through potential causes until resolved.Im grateful for the OUTSTANDING SERVICE & SUPPORT I consistently receive from the Cherokee Co Toyota Team, even if only for periodic oil changes. It is appreciated!!

Excellent experience -- fast service done right!

I followed an elderly gentleman to Toyota so he could get his tires checked. They were polite, took us right away and put a new tire on the car. The only issue was that the elderly gentleman wanted the old tire when he went to get the car. The service guy was a different person and said they couldnt find it. Makes you wonder. It was probably a good call on their part, but it leaves a bit of doubt in your mind. Wish that doubt wasnt there.

This place is awesome, they always take real good care of me and my vehicle.
