I really cant say enough good things about Canton Tire & Wheel. They are professional, knowledgeable and kind. The waiting room is clean and comfortable. There are few businesses were I truly feel that they have my back, this is one of them!

G&S auto refered me to Canton Tire and they were awesome!Another company said I needed tie rods.I went to G&S and they said I didnt need tie rods just needed a balance and rotation! CantonTire saved me a lot of money. I highly recommend Canton Tire.If youre ever in my situation PLEASE dont waste your time.Canton Tire is the Best!!!

I just dropped off my son to pick up our 1997 Camry from Canton Tire & Wheel that he uses for work. The Camry needed rotors, brake pads and more. As a young adult, my son had put off repairs and endured the squeaking, grinding, and shaking (not recommended) until he could take it no more. I called him as we headed home to see how it was riding/handling, and he said he might have shed a tear because it was like new. He was literally smiling from ear to ear with relief.Thank you, CT&W, for the exceptional work and outstanding customer service. We will be back again when we need automotive work for any of our cars.

Weve been taking our vehicles here for years, and Im only sorry that I havent posted this review sooner. Simply the best service and quality of work you can find for a lot of automotive repairs or maintenance. I think a lot of their business comes from word of mouth and faithful, repeat customers, which should tell you everything.They are about 35-45 minutes from our home, but we will always make the drive, or even get towed, to be there.

Damaged my car tried to hide it then told me no charge since they didnt do nothing which I thought funny but also my lucky day. They let car off lift made me drive out from inside of the bay instead of taking it out for me to parking lot so I could walk around my car to see damage they did to my car with lift so when they lifted my car off ground .I got home and noticed it was to late do anything about it so I highly recommend you avoid this company .... or dont say you wasnt warned anyways ...

These guys are outstanding to say the least!!! Highly professional and they put the customers needs first!! Most importantly, you can TRUST them to do the right thing. Finding Honest establishments like these guys are few and far between. I HIGHLY recommend them!!!!!

TodayFrom the owner to the most junior employee, their service is the best i have experienced. I had been to a couple other shops who exaggerated my need for repair. If you want an honestly, fair deal, this is the place. Their work is terrific and their integrity is beyond reproach.

Great people! We live in Tennessee and were having problems with our trailer tire. We had been to several other people in town and was told they had nothing to fix our tire, but when we told these guys our problem they took over and made it their problem and fixed our tire. We made it back to Tennessee safely all for $10.00. Could not have ask for any better service!

Warning long post..I dont normally review places because I go by word of mouth but I loved this place! I have always had bad experiences with car shops because I dont get taken seriously or they talk down to me. I am not the brightest when it comes to cars so I often have to depend on knowledgable friends or the workers at the car shops and I have been take advantage of in the past.Their customer service is great I emailed the the website and heard back almost immediately through email and received a call soon after. I didnt know what was wrong with my brakes and they said they would look at them, we set up an appointment and the next day I saw them. They explained what they were doing and then I gave them my keys. Their waiting room was small but they had wifi and TV. I was able to get a lot of homework down while waiting. They were able to give me pretty good time estimates, (an hour to find the problem and a little under 2 hours to fix it). When they found the problem he explained the best he could to me what was wrong but I did not feel belittled or confused. They fixed it and I was able to leave the same day. If I had any questions, I got them answered and overall I felt comfortable.I will be returning with all my car problems!!

Guys were quite nice and helpful. Got us some new tires quickly, and took care of disconnecting and reconnecting our trailer for us.

HORRIBLE!! Went for a estimate on a bent front end and ended up paying $60 labor for nothing!!!! They told me something is bent and wouldnt give me my car until I paid them!! I did not come for a alignment came for a estimate! Second horrible experience here. I will NEVER come back

First Visit: TiresMade a 4:00 appointment for new tires and got done in 30 minutes. Called ahead to get a quote and paid a little less than original quoted price. They will rotate your tires every 4k miles for free.Second visit: Oil ChangeMade 4:00 appointment and did not get car back until 5:45. Immediately after the car got done and was sitting outside ready to go, we stood at the counter waiting 10 minutes for someone to ring us up. Cost $60.*If you buy your tires here, they do not patch them for free if you get a flat. Costs $20.* Right down the road at S&H tire they will patch them for free if you buy from them.

This is my experience on Tuesday 5/29 with Canton Tire and Wheel. Kudos for being an honest shop!!I was looking for recommendations for some businesses to call and get some prices to about brakes on my wife’s car. I did get some recommendations and so I started calling. Me being me, and probably like some of you, I was trying to save money as things keep going up and up. Anyways, I ran across an ad from Kauffman Tire (exit 14 off 575 in Canton Ga) that was advertising brakes for $79.99 for each axle. Compared to the prices I was getting quoted of about $160 & up for each axle, I thought I had found a “deal.” So we make an appointment, we drop it off the night before. I met up with the guy doing the brakes to look at the rotors and pads (this is while wheels are still on). So I know this is not a great or accurate way to inspect but you can get a sense of the thickness of the pads at each wheel and also see the grooves (or lack of) on each rotor. So the guy and myself look over all the pads and rotors and he says back ones look good, pads are still thick and rotors have no grooves, so those look ok. The front rotors have 1 groove on each rotor and pads also looked ok. So he said maybe need to turn the front rotors and maybe new front pads. So the $79 brake special covers only the pads but not turning the rotors, that’s an extra $18 per wheel. So I’m thinking it’s gonna be about $116.00 plus tax for the front brake job and zero for the back brakes. Now comes the “Surprise!” So I get a call about an hour later and they say well we inspected all your brakes and it’s gonna cost $770!!! I said for what? He said oh, uh, well you need all new pads and new rotors on all 4 wheels!!!!! I immediately said NO!! Put the wheels back on and don’t do anything to it, I’m on my way to pick it up!!!! I get there and the guy wants to try to sell me that I need this brake job! I cut him off very abruptly and said NO, I’m taking it somewhere else because I know I didn’t need rear brakes especially the rotors!!!! Tires went back on, and I took the car and left. I felt like this was your common bait and switch to get you into the shop with a cheap price and then tell you everything is bad and try to up sell you into something that was not wrong nor needed!!!! I will never do business with this establishment nor would I ever recommend anyone to go there. It angers me that they probably get away with this kind of business tactics and take advantage of people that know nothing about cars. With all the family, friends and neighbors out here struggling to make it these days, this just makes me very angry knowing they are taking advantage of people!!!!I made an appointment with Canton Tire and Wheel for Tuesday 5/29 which someone recommended. He looked at the pads and rotors with me as I did with the other shop (wheels on). He said the back pads and rotors looked fine and the fronts might need to be turned but would not know for sure until the wheels were off. I get the call, “Mr Thomason, your brakes are fine on all 4 wheels. You don’t need any pads or rotors and none of them need turned.” Wow!!!! I couldn’t believe my ears!!!! So I questioned him and he said it again, everything is fine and that we still had a lot of life left on all 4 of the brakes. He said the only thing they needed to do was to top off the brake fluid. I got there to pick up the car and all he charged was $20 for their time!!! Now that’s an honest shop and one that has forever earned our business and trust from here forward!!!!!! More shops should learn from these mom & pop shops and what happens from being dishonest vs being honest!!! A customer for life, or no business ever??? Hummmmmmmmm Canton Tire and Wheel now has a lifelong customer!!!! Thank You for being an honest shop! We need more businesses like this one!!!!! I guess that explains why they have been there over 20 years under the same ownership!!!! I too have learned that cheapest is not always best!!!!!
