I was happy to hear that and respected the fact that they didnt lie and try to push a sale on me by selling me new tires. Its hard to trust some places now a days. Businesses will lie to get your 💰

Really appreciate the attention to detail and the quality work Ive had done- on my 2010 F150- it is riding better than it has in a while!! The mechanics were able to diagnose and repair an issue that multiple other places told me theres nothing wrong, nothing we can do. I made an appointment to get my oil changed and when I showed up, I was told that I would have to wait 2 hours for it to be completed due to staffing shortages, which I can understand. When I told them that I would need to reschedule because I had already made appointments an hour from then (since an oil change takes less than 30 minutes), I rescheduled for another time a few days later. I asked if I would have to wait again for the 2nd appointment and was assured that I would not have to...However, on the day of my rescheduled date (I arrived early), I had to wait an hour and a half for my oil to be changed.It seemed like they were taking way too many appointments when they didnt have the staff, time, and/or competence to cover them all in a timely manner, so if you value your time like I do and have a busy schedule, do yourself a huge favor and go somewhere else for oil changes!

I cannot say enough good thing about Tire Source!! Brian and Eric are friendly, knowledgeable and go out of their way to make your experience the best!! The staff working on the cars is awesome and I trust them completely knowing the job will be done correctly and in a timely manner! Thank you for being a business I can count on!!

Very good service. Excellent communication with customer. Very timely from original contact to completion of job. Seems to me that rates are a little high, but until you know the problem its not like you can shop the repair around either. All in all a good experience.

My only complaint is that my check tire pressure light was on when I took it in,for oil change and tire rotation.The receipt I got states the tire pressure in each tire.So if they checked tires then how can my light still be on.?

I went into there for them to check to see why my car was pulling to the right. They said my alignment was off so they realigned it. I said so it doesnt pull the right no more they said no its been test driven and checked. They lied to me I pulled away driving down the street. Let off the steering wheel and my car still pulled to the right the same before I took it to them.

I had an Issue with My Heater. On my Jeep and the Jeep Dealership tried to Charge me $100 more than Tire Source also the Jeep Dealership did not even Top off my Raidator fluid . Dont use Falls Dodge and Jeep! Thank Chad and Bryan at Tire Source for being Honest.

This review is concerning the replacement of 6 tires on my truck. In January the rear 4 tires and at the end of May I had the steer tires replaced. I experienced a minor issue when the two fronts were done but as always Tire Source comes through with outstanding customer service. They are awesome. I have a 42 year old BMW and worry when I have to take it somewhere. They were very careful and friendly. Great job. Brian was so helpful explaining everything on the phone. I highly recommend this place.

The guys that work at the front here desk seem nice, but that’s only a small piece of the puzzle. Took my car in for brakes. They said that I needed front calipers, as well as front and rear pads and rotors. Said it would cost $1150! Seems a little steep for brakes, but that’s just me. Took my car to a different mechanic for a second quote. The second mechanic said I did not need calipers at all and did the front and back pads and rotors for $481. Glad I got a second opinion!

I had a brake issue. I felt there was a problem. They checked it and through their expertise and answers I agreed to have them replace the front brakes. There was no coercion. Just explanation of what they found. The price was fair & the workmanship was excellent. I recommend them over anybody else.

I found them because I was looking for somewhere that fills tires with nitrogen. I am so glad I did! Their customer service is out of this world! They have found a customer for life! I went back to get a tire repaired, and I will be going back to get new tires in the next couple of months!

All employees are very courteous and polite. They explained what was wrong with my vehicle how much to fix it and an estimated time of completion. The car was finished twenty minutes sooner and I was back on the road again. Nothing but praise for the employees and the business.

Had my car in for an oil change; the friendly service staff called me to let me know my battery was operating at about half power. Since it’s getting cold out, they probably saved me from a dead battery or car that wouldn’t start on a very cold morning when I needed to be somewhere. Pricing was fair and I couldn’t be happier with the service.

The team was very attentive in getting my flat tire looked at and kept me in the loop of what was going on. At one time it was found that I needed a new tire. As a woman, I did not feel taken advantage of. I felt I was not treated any different than other patrons. Definitely recommend!

Had quite a few issues going on with my car. Sounds Ive never heard a car make. Took it in to get an estimate. They test drove it. Put it on the rack. Took all 4 tires off and did an inspection. They came and got me from the store area so I could see what all was wrong. More than I even expected! They took care of me within 3 hours!!! Brakes all around, 2 front hub bearings, new axle on passenger side, rear brake line and rear strut mounts. Car runs like its brand new!!! Just need tires now. One extremely happy and satisfied customer here!!!

If I could give zero stars I would. These guys said they could fix my tire so when my girlfriend took it they refused to do so and told her she needed 4 new tires. The tires I had just bought not even 5 months ago. They see a lady coming and just like the rest they see dollar signs. They are lucky Im at work.
