We’ve taken our vehicles here for years and have had a variety of experiences but today this location really proved their level of customer service. Since they are understaffed, my oil change and tire rotation took the whole day. However, due to my understanding and patience they offered me specials and discounts for my current and future services. The manager Ethan and assistant manager Chelsea are very hospitable and courteous individuals and will continue to receive my business and whoever I can refer to them. Thank you both!

I found myself in a bind 2 hours from home, and the people here were fun courteous and cut you a deal if they can. Ms. Chelsea and Dee both were very helpful. They didnt slack on anything and took very good care for my situation. I have friends up this way and Mavis tire supply is the only place Ill ever tell them to go.

We can not say enough about Chelsea here! This was the only store that had trailer tires and we needed one immediately for our trailer. Went to shop today to have tires put on and was treated with care and professionalism. Ethan and see gave great insight on my vehicle and let me know that i needed brakes shocks and wipers on my vehicle and gave me and offer that i couldn’t refuse i even looked up other competitors prices while waiting in the lobby area and was surprised at the savings i received today truly blessed. I have been using this location for many years even before they changed over and have had great experiences. On my last oil change I went to a mavis located off of hwy 9 and had nothing but headaches! Won’t ever go anywhere else!

Ethan and Angela were awesome to work with! They made an unknown and unexpected experience as enjoyable as possible given the circumstances! Ethan went out of his way to get the tires I needed as soon as possible. After coming from a much worse experience from a competitor down the road, walking into Mavis was a breath of fresh air! I was really happy with the service I got today at Mavis. I was able to just drop off my car and get what I needed same day. Chelsie was very helpful and quick to get me what I needed despite being busy.

This Mavis was great - I needed a blown tire replaced and they took care of it that day, which was so helpful. They are a busy place, but in spite of that, Angela and Chelsea at the front desk were always friendly and courteous, and the manager, Dee, knowledgeable and helpful. Went into Mavis Tire Hwy Marietta to discuss a issue with my vehicle. Met with the store manager Ethan, he stopped what he was doing to quickly help me out. Appreciate his diligence to solve a customer service issue. Thumbs up!

They seem friendly enough but they tried to take advantage of my fiance by telling her she needed a new battery, which she doesnt, then telling her it would be $240, which it isnt. Picked up the battery for $60 and replaced in 5 minutes. I guess they figured she wouldnt know any better than to pay $2160/hr in labor. I cant believe this is still a practice in 2021.

I was able to come in and get a nail patched in my tire in under an hour, great service. Store manager was very nice and helpful!

Annette took phenomenal care of my vehicle and me as a person in the world that was pretty stressed out about my tire. She got it back really quick and the guys in the back had it finished right before closing. They didn’t have to work that hard so close to time to go home but they did. I haven’t really been back since it was “Kauffman”. Felt a shift when Mavis came in. However my faith has been restored after the way I was looked after today. Thank you all so much. I went in for a flat fix and was greeted by Ethan he was very helpful and suggested wiper blades, which I actually needed. The service was very quick and I had my car back within 1hr. Ethan even noticed I needed front struts which I already knew and gave me a quote.

Great experience here at Mavis in Canton/Holly Springs. Worked with two separate people on different days and both were fantastic! They patched a tire for me and put the original tire back on and also put the spare tire back up under the truck.They were busy and couldn’t do the repair immediately, but I left the tire with them to repair and came back the next day to swap it out which they did quickly.Will definitely be going back and recommend them!

Came in an hour before closing and they were super busy. Staff was great and was able to get me in before they closed so that I could safely drive. Every time I come to this location the staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and makes sure my needs are met. I will keep using them as my only tire place!
