Great Mike a good guy thank u

This was 2 months ago, my bad experience happened, and I just now drove by and rembered to leave a review.. Jeff left me hanging for a month and a half on a paintjob I was not happy with... Promised me a repaint after procrastinating for a month and a half, eventually their phone stopped ringing, maybe he blocked me, either way I went elsewhere. As I recommend you do the same. Jeff and the gang are too busy to take care of you anyway.

I visited 2 other body shops for my Honda Civic before I came across Pro 1 Collision. From the moment I met Mike, I knew I chose the right shop! He was very professional and showed great passion. Id like to say other places were commercial yet Pro 1 was unique.My car looked great and was done in a timely matter. Mike kept me updated throughout the entire process. I never felt like a burden with my many questions. I would recommend Pro 1 Collision to anyone looking for an honest and reliable body shop!

Worst place to go especially if your a women its like a bait and switch first it was there was more damage then we thought cost is more of course then they moved onto i need to give them the 500 deductible my guess is the insurance didnt cover the mark up price so I have to lol i dont think so. Beware of these con artists
