No help from any employee, actually had one employee dismiss the fact I asked him a question and continued to climb his ladder and ignore me... had to call corporate while I was waiting, to find out why this stores management is not helping customers...they told me on the phone to write a bad review to get someones attention. SERIOUSLY?!?! My wife and I were finally able to find a manager Michael and he helped us....Would not recommend this location if you want a pleasant experience....clearly from the photo you can see employees standing around and not many people in the store....
Curbside pickup is awesome. Just order online. Park in designated parking spaces. Reply to Email letting store know which spot you are in. Boom! They bring stuff to you.

My recent experience at this location was amazing. We had a blue ray player have an hdmi port go out after 35 days of purchase. The store made everything right and did it in a way that made me feel welcome and appreciated for my business. Great service!

I dont have enough cuss words in my vocabulary to say about this place.I went in. Got a sticker put on my computer by the front door person and sat down in front of the GEEKSQUAD counter. Sat for 23 minutes.There was another customer before me. A man walked up to the counter in front of all of us. Instead of explaining to him that there are other people in line before you! She just ignored all of us that had been waiting and started helping him.If you need to know how to spell stress?Its spelled,, BEST BUY.And I say bye bye.Went to Wal Mart. The person there helped me.Ive been to Best Buy quite a few times. Same old s--t.Never again.
If you want to have a bad, expensive experience this is the place! We paid over 3 grand for a lathe TV that whas been scheduled for delivery 2 times so far. The first time we were given some lame excuse as to why they couldnt deliver as planned. The second delivery date which was today was even better. The window was 7:30 am to 1:30 pm. At this point its after 8 pm and I cannot even find out if the installer even picked up the tv. Ive called 6 times, multiple numbers, everyone promised callbacks, no solutions. If you want really poor service shop at bestbuy. They will make sure to NOT meet even the lowest of expectations.
We purchased a DJI Mavic Air 2 Fly More Combo drone here about a year ago to help with our roof inspection portion of our home inspections and couldnt be more satisfied with the product over a year later or the service we got at this Best Buy. The guy that helped me near the computer checkout (forgive me, I didnt catch his name) was friendly and knowledgeable and even recommended an excellent deal they had on a 128gb SanDisk Extreme Plus Micro SD card to capture all of the images our inspectors so desperately need during roof home inspections. The customer service here is what makes it worth doing business. You dont get that from buying from Amazon!
We recently went to this Best Buy and I approached salesperson, Ocean and asked him if he knew where some headphones were that my son had seen on their website. He replied, I have no idea. Really??? TERRIBLE response for a customer. I guess he was angry that I interrupted him playing on his phone. Dont expect ANY help from this guy.
Covid 19 has a few out of work. They always courteous and make appointment. To get service and job done well.
I was looking for a specific laptop. I looked through their offerings but I couldnt find it. I had to go to their checkout area for them to page an associate to help me.It took about 10 long minutes for an associate to appear. That person really neither knew the area nor was particularly friendly for being asked to provide assistance. It turned out that out they did not have anything close to what I told the associate I needed.

This is ABSOLUTELY the WORST customer service experience I have EVER had at a Best Buy. I have been waiting for 20 minutes for help from an employee after being told that one would be right over to help me. There are 5 employees standing by the registers, either chatting with each other or playing with their phones. The same thing happened 2 days ago, and I gave them the benefit of the doubt. This is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. I will NOT be back.
They are usually good, but this time the item I wanted was not on the shelf and it took them almost 30 minutes to find it in the back. It was a popular item too.

Horrible. Multiple mobile orders have taken forever to be fulfilled. Yet you walk in and find employees just standing up at the front talking to each other doing absolutely nothing. I can drive there, find my own product, and get check out faster than it takes one of the employees to go pick one single handheld item. It’s unbelievable.
Walking in the store and had to wait on an assistant to walk you around the store to show you what you need and not what you want is not a way to do business. Now I now why amazon is booming and best buy isnt. Also Amazon is cheaper and next day delivery. I saved $75 online. Time to cancel the Best Buy Credit Card.
Why cant I call and talk to someone at the store rather then go thru some stupid automated voice system. Then when I think I finally got thru to the store I end up speaking with someone in a national call center. Frustrating!!!
Good selection of electronics of all kinds and some kitchen appliances. Prices are reasonable and stock level is fairly good. Employees are scarce but pretty knowledgeable when you are able to get one to help. Plenty of free parking available.
Visted to purchase 2 laptops for new college students in the fall from Grandmother. No customer service whatsoever. What is deal with having to queue just to ask a simple question or to purchase a laptops. Several BB personal doing nothing.
Worst customer service. Staff does not seem to be knowledgeable about their products, most items are not in stock and they order and ship the wrong products to their own location. Installation and geek squad appointments are booked more than a month out and they do not confirm they have what is needed prior to your arrival. If you can, drive the extra few miles to a different location or just safe your self the trouble and order from Amazon.
I got an employee to assist me in shopping for a new phone. He was well informed, and did not pressure me to purchase one. Service was fast.

In store is great but don’t buy an appliance and pay to have it installed. Delivery guys are rude and don’t want to do their job. First time around it was installed wrong, then the next guys literally dipped out before installing. Left the appliance in the middle of the floor and vanished, said nothing just left. Definitely getting the installation fee back. Best Buy should hire workers that actually want to work.
I had a customer service issue with the Canton Best Buy. I spoke to the manager (Mark). He patiently listened to all of my concerns and complaints and expedited my Geek Squad order and personally went to the back to ensure the work was being completed as promised. For this reason, I will be back to this store!
The store is what you would expect from a consumer big box store. So-so.Where they do shine however is with their Geek Squad team. I have used them on several occasions to help me out with Windows 10 (which I hate as the worst OS ever created} and they always diagnosed the issue correctly and were of great assistance to me when I installed an SSD hard drive in my Windows 7 laptop which is MUCH more reliable than my Windows 10 laptop which is newer and more powerful. I will never buy another Windows machine as long as I live but thats not Best Buys fault.Their Geek Squad is very sharp.
Awesome store. Audio install seems to be going well. Was not informed earlier I would have to bypass my factory amp or have to buy an extra cable for the wiring. Ill see how it turns out. The installers did honor my appointment time and made the initial charges clear.

The shopping experience is (and has been) extremely poor for the last year.I dont blame the employees, as they are merely following the misguided corporate leaderships directives.Its as if the staff has been given the guidance to give customers who need quick advice or assistance the Heisman and direct them to the poor staff member who signs you in at the door.Well BESTBUY - heres a newsflash for you:Most customers dont know if they need assistance when they walk on the door - it occurs while they are meandering the store aisles and realize they need some quick clarification. This simple, common, and necessary part of the customer experience has fallen to the wayside for the sake of fear-mongering covid protocols.Should I expect to see similar tactics when the mysteriously vanishing flu reappears next year?For the sake of your share holders, I hope not. It is so easy for them to double or triple their inside sales - go back to providing normal customer service.Hopefully someone -with a brain- in corporate BESTBUY reads this and has a eureka moment! Yes, BestBuy, your sales would at least double if you went back to following the customer service protocol which has garnered you - and your shareholders - millions upon millions of dollars! Youre never likely going to beat amazon at internet sales - so just go back to what does - and always has worked - Customer Service!!!
Not much of a selection at all for most Nintendo Switch games but there were a few cool finds. The guy at The register was VERY knowledgeable on Nintendo Switch games and we talked for a while! Cool guy. He even knew more than the management. The iPad section and help was a TOTAL mess! One guy actually walked away from my grandmother and I. I caught his attention and told him we were actually there to make a purchase and he STILL didnt help. I understand it was kinda crowded, but we were blown away.

March 1st, around 1:15pm, I called the store twice. Once for donation, the next for customer service. Each time have been left on hold for 10 minutes before finally giving up and hanging up. Completely unprofessional. Management at this location clearly does not care about or respect its customers. If they cant even answer a simple phone call I will not shop here.

This was the first time Ive visited this particular Best Buys. I went in there to buy new speakers for my van. I got lost in the gaming dept and walked out with a game controller for my Android. The controller wasnt what I expected, so I took it back.There was no problems whatsoever. No questions asked, I had the receipt and my money was refunded with a smile in less than 5 minutes. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. There were plenty of stocked items on the shelfs to choose from. If you love electronics or gadgets as I do. Best Buys is a place. The only negative input that I have for Best Buys in general, is thier pricing for laptops seem a bit higher than the competition. With that said, there were plenty of laptops to choose from, I saw most of the name brands on display, each with a variety of models on display. I had no problems with the store whatsoever. I highly recommend shopping there for any of your electronic needs. This comment is for the Best Buy franchise in general. It seems to me that a well established name like Best Buy, would be able to offer a more affordable range of laptops. I consider a $400 laptop the most I would be willing to spend on a laptop. I know theyre out there. Ive seen them. I want mention the competitions name, but they have a 15 laptop with 1TB of memory and 8Gs RAM listed at $336. Plus tax. I sale right now. And they usually do have something to offer similar to that. Isaw nothing on display that came even a close that had that much computer at that price. You got specialize in electronics, you should be blowing these people out of the water with great deals on great computers. I love Best Buy. So dont get me wrong. I just love computing as well and always looking for the best deal.
Average standard best buy store. Great at helping customers and safety precautions during pandemic. Only give 4 stars because the location can create stock problems at times, but also pandemic isnt helping. Just know that they may not have what you want, other than that, no reason to skip this store

Ordered a TV and in-home installation service here. The sales person who assisted us was able to get us a better deal on our purchase than we would have gotten had I just ordered online. In-home installers were friendly and helpful, answering any questions I had and troubleshooted issues I had with TV setup.
Such a sad day.....ordered online, guaranteed ship AND delivery date. Wake up to an email from Best Buy informing me that while it is my confirmed delivery date, my order has been delayed. In calling and spending 40+ minutes with support this is what was determined:- my delivery is now PROJECTED to delivery in 14 DAYYYYSSSSSS- my order cannot be changed or even cancelled because as my representative said: thats just not possible in their systemIts all good....they offered me a $30 gift card.......I get it, things are unpredictable but a 14 day delay and when I go to CANCEL its now, not an option....she literally said, maybe you should call your bank and have them dispute the transaction? What kind of response is that?!

Sound is of premium quality and takes so much of the stress off my factory speakers! Printers aisle was in shambles, no one came over to help for the 15 minutes we stood there looking sround. Joe, the HP District Sales Rep was awesome. We grabbed a printer and he chased after us to see exactly what we needed and saved the day - we had something that wouldnt have worked for us. Used to run a few Best Buy stores in VA for 6 years and this one definitely needed some attention - not up to par with merchandising or customer service.
Best Buy has always been my go to store for electronics. Today I looked up a Samsung UHD Crystal TV. Said my store had 1 left. So.. I thought Ill call and buy it over the phone and pick it up tomorrow. Well.... The first call I was on hold for 20 minutes. I thought something was off. I called a second time while driving home. I was on hold for 40 minutes when someone in another state answered. I asked, are you going out of business?? The wait time was unacceptable. She chuckled and said no, that the phones roll over to a call center if the stores dont pick up. I told her 1 hour of hold time was unacceptable. She hung up on me. Nice! Guess Ill start shopping online instead of wasting my time. And it wont be from Best Buy!

Knowledgeable employees and wide variety of products, some prices are high and the brands that should be there for phone cords arent but if you can look over those 2 things for being able to buy a washer, dryer, laptop, and wall block for your phone i doubt i need to say why the convenince outweighs, be sure to price check but dont be shy to price match if it seems high.
Just go somewhere else. I went in 15 minutes ago to buy one thing, they had an associate screening people at the door asking if they needed help before they were allowed to enter. Everyone seemed annoyed by this and declined help, I did not. I had my baby with me so I told them yeah I’m actually looking at doorbell cameras, I’d love some help! They took my name, directed me to go stand in the general area where doorbell cams are sold, and then I waited around, child in arms, while I watched 5 associates walk around, communicate with the greeter, and still not come help me. I walked out and told them to keep their business. Terrible customer service.

Everybody that I dealt with at this location was great. I ordered a TCL 6 Series online and it showed up damaged. These guys immediately facilitated a return and communicated clearly with me about what was happening. Then, the second TCL showed up broken as well! The managers and an associate named Aaron took amazing care of me considering the time of year. Big box retail is almost always impersonal, but these guys were awesome.

My wife and I visited best buy to purchase a washer/dryer combo for our new home. The salesman who helped us (Brett) was knowledgeable, patient, friendly and had a great sense of humor. He walked us through the whole process and what to expect with installation.The installation crew was fantastic - on time, communicated well about arrival, and got everything inside and hooked up successfully in no time without any damage to my property. I have a tricky driveway to get up, and they handled it like pros.Also, if youre concerned about health safety in these uncertain times, best buy is taking extra precautions to make their customers feel safe and keep the store clean. This location is not require masks but all employees were wearing them anyway. Hand sanitizer stations and free masks provided.

Love the employees that work here. Always super friendly, helpful, and, the most part, very knowledgeable. The ONLY problems I have ever had here are the guys in computers. They are all not as knowledgeable as they should be. Ive had to return a few things that I was assured would work that didnt. Besides that department, all others have been flawless in their advice and ability to assist me.

Ive been to this location many times thus, I have a history of experience with them. The bads so to say, (pre-covid) were always the lack of support from employees. I define a reasonable amount of time to be with in 5 minutes of walking into a dept and standing around. Situation 1) I walked in several year ago to buy a pair of earbuds that were locked because of security. No issue, but I literally had to search for someone to help me after waiting for what seemed like forever. I purchase an iPad from here, same issue. An Apple Watch from here, same issue. Its an ongoing problem. Luckily their inventory availability is better than 2 of the other locations Ive used and when I do get hooked up with someone, their people are much more knowledgeable and pleasant to speak to as well.Then came Nov 2020. I purchased a 75 inch TV online and had it delivered, only to find out it was cracked upon delivery. I called customer support, after 45 min on hold, I hung up and called the store. another 45 minutes on hold and I hung up again. (Yes, 90 minutes on hold during a football game, thank you speakerphone.) So I drove to the location the following day, upon walking in an employee greeted me, asked how he could help, I explained why I was there, he called someone (Chelsey) to help, and she (Chelsey) took me to a counter to begin the process. She was very helpful and able to assist in my situation very efficiently. We orchestrated the return and replacement with quick delivery. I was very fearful when I found the crack and after the support I received, I would encourage everyone to purchase from this location. As an avid local guide on Google, I specifically made note of her name to call her excellent support out on this review. GREAT JOB CHELSEY!!! (And thank you Best Buy.) A+++

Usually BB does well but not today! When we walked in I gave my cell # to the BB rep and she said she would txt me when the next available clerk could help us. Never happened! after 30 min. we took a discounted return 46 tv up to the register and told clerk we needed a tablet out of the locked case. Stevey made a great effort to get the key but it still took time b/c he had to radio for it. The lock on the case broke...blah blah blah....we finally got to pay and check out. Stevey did great with what he had to work with! Got home, the tv works but cuts off or changes apps by its self after being on for an hour. The tablet is missing vital chords and the case doesnt fit. My wife will returning to the store tomorrow with purchases for exchanges! BEST BUY DO BETTER!!!!!
