Mike Webb is the worst salesperson Ive ever encountered. After ordering 2 items online I checked a couple of days later to see why my credit card had not been charged. I decided to go into the store on Canton Center Road in Canton MI and was greeted with indifference and when asked look up the order rude and unprofessional behavior followed to the extent that I decided to leave at which time he said get out!!! I said Ill go someplace that has better customer service and he said yeah just get out and said other things I wont repeat. So I will not buy the range, dishwasher or the beverage chiller or anything else from this place and I will encourage anyone I know to steer clear. Mike Webb shame on you. You are a poor reflection on your company and humanity! I will also post this review to every social media source I use.

When I lived in Canton, I purchased all of my appliances from ABC. Now, I live in Northern Michigan and manage my moms house and she needed a dryer. I called there this morning and had a bad experience with a salesperson. I decided to call back this afternoon and got RW. He was very helpful and kind and I was able to place my order over the phone. I am glad I called back and I highly recommend RW, as he was personable as well as understanding of what I needed.

If I could give the Canton store a negative amount of stars I would. Thursday they delivered me a brown tv stand w/a fireplace insert. As soon as they opened the box I saw it wasnt the black stand I wanted with no insert. It was returned that day. Here it is Saturday and Im inconvenienced at another ABC to get a different stand to be told I cant get it because they hadnt refunded my credit. Called Canton and was told they show I still have the insert. UNFREAKNBELIVABLE!!!

I bought the electric washer and dryer on July 26 a week after delivery the gas dryer wrong item. Re delivery again in 08/20. Items defect they tell me to call service I wait until September 31. They come ask me to pay 100 dollars. I come to the store talk to sell man name Bassam Karim. Take 5hr. No response I call the store asking for manager. Manager busy no respond. Later Sam call say he works hurt to change other machines different brands with the price 1447 . Go home I check. That washer and dry they ABCwarehouse online they sell for 1304. So Sam over change me 143 dollars…. Basically I have to wait for 5 weeks still can’t use the brand new machine I paid. And over change they call the favorite they do for me. Tomorrow September 2 I have to go there talk to them again… please Managers of ABCwarehouse Canton response this message. Thank you

Bought a new mattress and Ergo2 from ABC Warehouse and had it delivered today. While the delivery and install did not go as planned, one call to Leon (a manager) and he and RW were on their way to see what the problem was with the setup. It took them less than half an hour to put the bed together over my existing frame. I am very grateful for the outstanding customer service these two provided. The store manager Greg is great but couldnt say the same for the associate(not going to name him) that helped us. The sale process seemed rushed, with the associate juggling between customers. The sale process didnt go as I have expected it to be, wish Greg was available to close the sale. The associate was very cryptic on the 5 year warranty didnt give me like a list of terms and conditions when doing a claim, just that I have to call some number. I just hope that it will be that easy.Greg is very competitive he was able to match with the lowest price out there and was able to schedule a delivery as per my requirement. Will update here after the warehouse is able deliver on-time as scheduled.

This place was awesome! After a rather unpleasant experience with a different appliance store that resulted in my continued problem of no dishwasher, I called this store out of desperation. Everywhere else indicated that it would be months until they had stock and delivery options. Well, enter Ryan Heinrich, a manager at this location. He sat on the phone with me and went through a handful of options for ones that were currently in stock, reasonably priced and close to the model I was originally hoping to have.The best part, was when I asked him about delivery timing, it was a matter of days… not weeks. He even called the installation group to confirm that the issue from the previous company wouldn’t apply to them. It was wonderful.I was so frustrated when I called ABC. I was sure I was going to have a similar experience as the other places I had been, and I was very pleasantly surprised. I will definitely be looking at them first in the future for any appliance needs I have.Oh, and just to finish the story, the dishwasher arrived exactly when they said and they gentlemen were professional and respectful. The entire experience was as promised and it was a real treat to have that happen!

Poor service. Sold my grandmother a defective appliance and then tried to charge her a return fee. The man in the store was extremely rude and kept talking over my grandmother and refused to even look at anyone else. I’d recommend going to a more reputable store where they don’t try to take an advantage of the elderly.

Bought washer and dryer with their pedestals to be delivered and installed after about a month. The day before delivery they called and said pedestals are not available. Next day, washer and dryer were delivered and only the dryer was installed and the washer door had a big scratch on it. I complained to the salesman and manager but they did not do anything. Waited a month for pedestals to arrive but still on back order. I ended up buying them from Best Buy.

I went in to purchase a fridge. Had some questions and after they were answered, one of the sales men would not leave us alone... he kept following us. Once we had enough, we asked him another question we had regarding the fridge. Instead of answering our question, he starts telling us the prices as if we didn’t know?? We made the decision to walk out after his EXTREME unprofessional manners and as we are leaving, he starts yelling out prices as if we were negotiating.... just because we said a certain price that we had in mind does not mean you yell prices across the store in hopes of us not leaving. If I knew his name, I would report to corporate immediately. Thanks to that individual, ABC lost my business and Best Buy earned my business.

Horrible experience, I came in looking for a couch I asked for a particular sales man who wasnt In and absolutely no one would help me people walking in off the street getting helped first. I left and came back they had absolutely no coaches in stock but it took all day to figure this out, I will go to a different location next time. I was there 4/10 between 11am and 1pm

ABC Warehouse mgr Leon Elliott had to temporarily relocate at a store 30miles away. Due to his consistent performance & professionalism we remained loyal to ABC as we decided to purchase a major appliance. He/they came through again.

My boyfriend and I purchased $6,000 worth of appliances on 11/29/20. At the time, Larry told us that our appliances would be in within the next few weeks. We have had to make NUMEROUS phone calls to get updates and are lied to every single time. There’s a new story and excuse each phone call that is made. It is now 2/23/21 and we are STILL waiting on answers. We had to compromise just to get what we needed to live. I understand we are in COVID times but all we were looking for was honesty and we got everything but that. I sincerely regret ever giving this company a dime and have learned my lesson for sure. I was told that “I was lucky they had time for me” the first time I called to check on my order status. Absolutely unprofessional and uncalled for. Take your money elsewhere. They don’t even deserve one star.

I purchased a brand new refrigerator here they said I could pick it up Monday then they made excuses to me all the way to delivery date which was Friday and when it came it was beat up on all four sides the top had a dent in it the name of the manufacturer was crooked on it worst purchase experience of my life it was like buying a car that was a 🍋 to top it off they wanted me to wait a week for them to come and pick it up I ended up renting a U-Haul which cost me $65 and taking it back to them the next day
