We have been using V&V Appliance since I can remember. They know their stuff and are willing to take the time to talk with you and make sure you understand. I was having issues with my gas dryer and after checking everything myself, nothing was correcting the problem. I called V&V and spoke to the younger guy that works there and he gave me a suggestion and would you know it, that was the issue!! Great people who are always willing to take the time you need, even if you arent buying parts from them at the time. Thanks guys!

Great people with the great ethics. I went in to buy a Dishwasher Part (Drain Pump for Frigidaire). I brought the old one with me. Rene tested the old one to make sure I actually needed one. She found my pump was fine and I needed a circuit board. She offered for me to buy the new pump and if it didnt work so they would take it back. The would have to claim the pump and a board (the only other possible culprit) is $150. $150 is more then Im willing to spend on a 10 year old dishwasher. I dont want to cause a small business to have to go through more work for me to not spend money.Yes you can buy parts cheaper online.You cant buy customer service like this online.Support V&V anyway you can.They always go above and beyond to help anyone.Thank you Renee & Fred for being so nice and helping me 😁

Fast service had the part I needed. Im only going 3 star because of prices. If you can wait a couple days buy your part ONLINE. It cost me 5x the amount there than if I ordered online for the same whirlpool factory part.

After several decades of obtaining parts for the appliances Ive needed for my family of of 11, I can truthfully say that they can get the parts for your items when you thought it was impossible. They are courteous and professional as well as competitive in pricing. Now Im going to them for the grandkids.
