*DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE DOES NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS*Many different places will actually support their customers and take care of you if theres an issue. I own multiple businesses if one of my customers had an issue with a product I would completely take care of it without questioning them. I purchased a vacuum seeder from this company it was and is subpar has problems with the seals and the latches falling apart. I asked to return the unit and their representative said that would be not an issue. Once it was returned they change their tune and said they will not honor the return they will only give it back to me fixed or repaired. the manager then said give is a week to think about it. What poor dishonorable business practice! I will definitely not shop here regularly and may never shop here again. I will be filing a complaint with the Department of Consumer Affairs, as well as Secretary of State if we cant resolve this issue.

Warning!! This is a company that feels it is ok to damage peoples property when they deliver. The delivery for my family was also a day late. The driver doesnt want to listen to the customer and then the owner backs up the driver when you try to complain to the company. Perhaps the company doesnt need every customer, or they have gotten bigger than they can handle with good customer service. They may call you and say sorry, but no offer of fixing damaged property or moving delivery where it was supposed to be put!

Do not do business with this company purchased 12k+ dollars worth of twin wall lexan was order months in advance showed up late and damaged even though they make you pay to have it crated so it doesnt get damaged, there comment to the damage was to just bend it back and it will be ok. we could not do the greenhouse retro fit because of the late shipment, had to store the rest of the material for 6 months. after storing it for 6 months went to go peal the film that protects the twin wall lexan of and it doesnt not come off, contacted the owner directly he said there nothing he can do and that it was my fault because i didnt store it properly, the only reason we had to store it is because they were three months late in the delivery and we had no choice cant have a heated greenhouse open in the winter when its supposed to be heated. this is not the first issue with shipping or quality of material and if you do get a credit it is always a huge fight. there are a lot of other nursery suppliers out there who will STAND BEHIND THERE PRODUCT.

For several years we have purchased our plastic mulch from OBC. We chose them due to the fact that we could purchase 500 foot rolls which works perfect with our mulch layer/bed shaper. This year when our mulch arrived it was not boxed, wound on the rolls unevenly, off one end of the roll, no end caps were in place and the cardboard roll itself was damaged on the ends. I contacted OBC and sent pictures of the 5 rolls. The response was not much they could do and I was told its hard to roll 500 ft rolls and we will give you a $25. Credit. We are left with a product that is unusable. In short we received and inferior unusable product that cost us not only the product but the shipping. The only reason I gave 1 star is for the previous years of product. Very unhappy dissatisfied customer who has had the lay out more money for a quality product and is stuck with the inferior product.
