Always nice! Always good service. I have never had any issue or problem in the 15 years we have used them.

The company was very inconsiderate of our personal property. Driver was not responsible by leaving our back yard gate open when we had our dogs in the fenced yard. I told the driver that the gate needs to be closed so the dogs dont get out. We also called to get oil and did not get a follow up for close to two weeks later. When we had a scheduled time, we had an emergency come up and did not get any oil. When we called back to schedule a delivery again, they said it was unanimous that they would not deliver to us, which was over one missed appointment and getting after the driver for leaving the dog gate open. This was not handled professionally.

Our business appreciates the service provided by Ernie Graham Oil, however, somehow we did not have copies of current invoices. I called today to get copies of these invoices and felt the receptionist was VERY rude. For a customer trying to get payment out to them sooner than later, this was very disappointing.
