Just went in for golf balls and she aimed me back to find them, and then helped me look for ammo and knives. Totally knowledgeable about it but spoke up fast if she didnt know. Sharah is great. No pressure at all. So very helpful and nice.

Found exactly what i needed, staff pointed me in the right direction. Staff not in masks (one had his on his head) and made a joke about me using my purchase for illegal activities (I wasnt), but otherwise just fine.

Horrible customer service. I came in to get baseball pants for my sons pictures and had a little guy who was super cranky. They dont have carts but offered to go steal one from Safeway for me. Im sorry but thats shady. I asked where the youth baseball pants were and instead of showing me she gave this vague answer of in the baseball section on a round clothing rack. Like no duh lady. Half of the white pants I saw already had stains. There was no sizing chart. So back up to the same unhelpful woman I went to ask for help with sizing. So she pages someone who has no idea what they are talking about. He had to go research in the back for like ten minutes before he finally came back with a semi answer. So since all of the white pants look like they have been worn and stain already I opted for grey. Get up to the counter and ask to keep the hanger so that I can hang them up in the car so they dont wrinkle. The woman says no we dont do that....how much does it cost you to give me a hanger? Like a dollar? I would have paid for the hanger but no. Not gonna happen. she was super rude about it too! So to recap they are too cheap for carts or to give their customers hangers, they are selling stained items for a way higher price than any Ive ever seen equally nice new items for, and they cant be bother to even show you where something is. Yup wont be back here unless Im desperate and cant find what Im looking for on Amazon. I would shop literally ANYWHERE else!!!

This store has been an awesome asset to our little town. With the high school next door and sports going on year round for all ages that practice and compete there its been great having a place to go to fast and get everything we need when were in a bind and to prepare for sports seasons. Prices have been really good if not great every time Ive gone in and without a doubt some of the best customer service in town by knowledgeable and super friendly employees. Without a doubt starts from the top down in my opinion and you can tell this is a model example of just that. Awesome store manager that is always there to greet us make sure all is running smooth.

Pricing tags do not match the product for the sales and causes confusion. They did not charge the updated sale price, so we had to go back and get it fixed. However, the sale was very good.

Awesome customer service i went there today with my grandkids and one was running around Manager was great asked me if i needed something and i told him a cart would be nice, the manager went and grabbed me one from Safeway. What a relief. Thanx again mr. Manager. The store had everything i needed it was clean and organized. All staff were cheerful and fun to talk with.

I went into the store I got a frisbee for 10 bucks and left to go play with it outside with my friend when we got to the field we wanted to go to and started playing with it didnt work but it wasnt the stores fault we didnt like so we went to return it I had my friend go inside to return it I gave him some money so we can get a ball we wanted but when he went to the counter they convinced him to trade it for another frisbee my friend tried to leave to tell me what they said but before he could leave that they said dont go out there just go get it when he came out I was mad because I wanted something else but when he told me what happened I understood then I frustratedly went back in to get my 10 bucks back when we got to the counter to return it they were asking us whered you get your money from and saying we should buy some candy bars and they always think your trying to steal stuff its truly terrible and there quite manipulative
