Vaping Bad in Canandaigua NY is a great retail shop! It’s clean, organized, and easy to navigate. Their displays are enticing and well thought out. Sammi is knowledgeable, friendly, and welcoming. She easily helped me find the things I was looking for for my partner for Valentine’s Day and even explained the different options in a clear manner so I understood. I won’t go to any other shop like this, even though there’s multiple in town - this is the best one, hands down.

Sammy who works at the shop, put her blood sweat in tears, trying to give the best experience for customers. Wheaten it comes to sales or chatting up! Every time I walk in it feels like home. To anyone else who has written a bad review, it’s because they have been kicked out due to their behavior and their just childish about it.

This store is amazing. The main girl sammi is awesome, and very very helpful. I had never vaped before. She set me up with a low priced starter set, I have since upgraded, she was also very helpful with that too. If you want a comfortable and joyfull experience visit this store.

Absolutely love the atmosphere at Vaping Bad in Canandaigua, it is unlike any of the other smoke shops in the area. Sammi as well as the rest of the staff is always knowledgeable, friendly and willing to go the extra mile for their customers.
