I got exactly what I came for.....and then some! The lady stocking shelves was very helpful.....she knew just what I asked her for and showed me rught where it was....I walked right by it ealier!!The lady at the cutting table was very sweet and friendly!The lady at the checkout was very helpful......and knew just which coupons would work...and which would not!It was a great shopping experience!I love Joann Fabrics stores!You should go there, too!Theres sew much more than fabrics there!!

Cashier was particularly helpful in guiding me through the Joann discount process. Since I was a newby, she patiently assisted, even though there was quite a line waiting to check out. I saved over 20 dollars.

The Canandaigua JOANN Fabrics staff at the fabric cutting table are the best. They will let you decide on fabric based on yardage.

I absolutely love this location! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I am currently working on a dress and Sheila stepped right up and started helping me pick out a zipper and thread. Her expertise and knowledge of the products was extremely helpful when I wasnt sure what would go best with my pattern. The store is clean, tidy, and kept well stocked. Every employee I ran into was more than helpful. It is family-like there and it makes the shopping experience there exciting and enjoyable. Most of all, when picking out fabric, everything was IMPECCABLE. Not one bolt of fabric was misplaced, wrinkled, or out of sorts. I love this store and will continue to shop here. I did quite a bit of my Christmas shopping today. I got great deals and some really nice gifts. Also some Christmas decor items. I signed up for the app and I got 20% off my order.

Supplies were low and selection scarce on yarn. Clerk was grumpy.

Johannes, a craft makers paradise. Great seasonal decorative stuff all year round. My Moms go to place for all her sewing needs.

Great Store Layout, Everything is Easy to Find and Staff Was Wonderful in Helping Me Find What I Needed.

Employees are helpful and knowledgeable but not always easy to find. I love that they ask what Im working on and if I found everything I needed.

This store has everything for crafters from beginners to experts, but the prices can be very high. I suggest keeping an eye on the website for coupons or downloading the app & check for clearance prices. Hobby Lobby has high prices, too, but their sales & clearance prices can be great if you catch them. JOANNs is a great alternative since Hobby Lobby is further away, but bring a coupon!

This is one of the places I usually go to buy yarn for my projects and while somedays I wish they had a larger selection, Im never disappointed with what I find!

Its a smaller JOANN, so the selection isnt as wide, but the employees are kind and helpful. I usually find what I need.

One of the managers was super unprofessional while I was there looking at Cricut tools a couple of weeks ago. She raised her voice at a confused customer, making a very awkward situation for everyone there.Otherwise, the store is clean, but also a different associate told me that there is only one person there who knows anything about Cricut products, and she only works 9-1pm.So, I might as well shop online.
