We were visiting the area when our van overheated. Started calling places nearby...and they said they could take a look. 15 mins later we had a (reasonable) quote, and he even showed us the problem. A couple hours later we had a brand new radiator and were on our way. I could not have asked for a better experience. They even had a TV with Netflix!
