The guys were nice but I wish they would walk me to the item instead of sending me to an aisle then I am in a wild goose chase.

Buyer beware!!If you are uneducated about automotive parts or are woman and dont know anything about car parts, make sure you research how much the part you are looking for is. This store will most certainly try to take advantage of your ignorance and charge you the highest price possible to make a buck. When confronted about this, the manager was not even apologetic. The manager was insensitive and rude and had no intention of being accountable.

I shopped around and found that AutoZone was the least expensive for the parts I needed. The service was fast and friendly.The only problem was that they were out of stock for the loan a tool program on the ball joint press I needed.

Stopped by to make sure the bulbs I bought were the right ones. Paul and Vinny were so helpful, they verified that the ones I bought were right and before I knew it they both were installed! Now that’s service!! So great full to have that taken care of...I had an inspection later that day. Passed with flying colors! Thank you again!!!

Great service this morning. I walked in looking for new wiper blades and was greeted quickly. The salesman found what I needed and installed them as well. All around good service.

I have been buying my auto parts from AutoZone for many years. My last two visits I tried to write a check but it was declined. I dont know why this is occuring. I have wrote checks in the past with no problems. My only recourse is to shop somewhere else.

Bought a battery. Austin installed it. Online info stated it could take 45 minutes. It took him about 15 minutes. Told me why and what he was doing. Knowledgeable and professional. Very helpful young man. Hes certainly an asset to the Canandaigua store.

I love the employees there. They always get me what I need. Even if I have to order it. Also, being a woman, they dont treat me like I dont know anything about cars or tools, like the rest of employees at other stores. If I have questions, they answer them. They are completely honest with their customer. They will tell you their what brands they had the best results personally.

Best customer service

Had to get a gas cap for my car. They ordered it and when it came in the cap was not fitting in my car even though it was the right one. 2 guy employees were so helpful and did everything they could to figure out why it wasnt going in. They fixed the cap and it finally worked. Very nice employees and I am so appreciative for their help and time.

Needed a headlight. They were kind enough to install in a snow storm. Turns out mine was just loose. They fixed it and offered a return on the new bulb.

Fast service and helpful and friendly staff but most of all they still read codes and give printouts.

We dont frequent this particular type of parts store often (we prefer another, no not Advance, theyre foul), that aside. This one store stands out from the rest in the way of customer service. They went above and beyond and made our experience at this location very enjoyable and we will return here if our travels necessitate us dropping by. Thank you!

BEWARE. A day or so before New Years my wife went into to get oil. She was welcomed by 2 drunk and high men. One was Paul and the other is unknown. Paul has zero patience, zero customer support skills, and alot of idiocracy. Keep in mind this is a Manager as well. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND going to the Farmington store or any other instead.
