We are about to close on our first house and needed to furnish our new home. Ive never been furniture shopping before but Dominik and Monica made this process easy, fun and informative. They have an excellent selection and was able to work with me on delivery time frames corresponding with our closing date. If they didnt have a specific item at their store I wanted, they worked to find it for me at another location. Dominik was understanding and helpful when it came to changes I needed to make on my initial order. The customer service here is on point and I never felt pressured to buy anything. They really do aim to make their customers 100% satisfied. I dont normally qualify for excellent credit offers or financing but its a great feeling when you can get great quality furniture on Rent a Center terms. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for quality furniture whether you have excellent credit or not!

I have used this store before and they were respectful and helpful. The new store manager is arrogant and condescending. Be very careful that you know exactly what you are getting before dealing with the manager. Disgraceful and poor excuse for a manager.

I was enjoying walking down Main Street sidewalk....when I see the owner/manager flick his cigarette into the street. When I got to where he was I looked at the road and saw about 10 cigarettes right where I saw him flick his. Seem he doesnt care about the cleanliness of the city. Will never go there.

I just finish paying off my bedroom set and I am more than happy with it. The delivery was in time and everything was perfect! The manger Aida is very kind and helpful. Excellent service ⭐️

Worst customer service in the world. My account doesnt match what i agreed to in the store. the delivery was 8 hours later than schedule with no courtesy call, i called 3x before i was called back. Then after it was in the house i was notified that it was more damaged than when i saw it in the store and missing even more items. Store manager said they would take care of me on that. Instead of being a 10 week payoff the made it a 110 week payoff. When i call for help, Im passed around or told it will be escalated, but no one calls me back or answers when i call them

Don’t ever go here. They are very rude. Especially the store manager. They like to give out personal information about you to other customers. They don’t go over pricing’s with you and they didn’t even ask my name. When they did the paperwork they put the wrong name on the paper work. They will eat frozen yogurt and gossip about their social life in front of customers. The employees will take the bottle of air can and put it upside down and freeze the wall in front of customers.Very unprofessional. When they delivered my mattress they just threw it in the back of the truck not even wrapped I had to wash the mattress because I had dirt stains all over it. I would not recommend.

Had a financial change and had to get the item picked up. They told me one time and then when I called told me another time and I said it was too late that I had to leave for work. Still have not picked it up and are trying to Bill me for another week.

A little upset my card was charged twice for a payment I did not authorize them to take! I was only suppose to make a payment once for the month I ended up having x2 payment charges on my card. Other than that I love rent a center. Great opportunity to have somthing you want by making payments with no credit and your easily approved.

I have dealt with rent a center for years. I have never had a problem until this delivery. They told me between 4 and 6. When i cakked for eta at 430 they said 1/2. It is now 610. No call or no show. They are suppose to be open until 7 and i called several times with no answer.

Worst customer service!!!! Have reported them to the BBB and will be talking with corporate!

Expensive and they never refunded the final payment that I was double charged for. People were very nice and friendly otherwise.

Love rentacenter hate this location two employees Sam and Chris have made my buying expierience the worst Ive ever had. They are rude .

Was told my item was going to be delivered at 3pm and it never was. Very upset cause I waited around my home for hours and called the store multiple times.

They answer any question & their managerial staff does wonders ; - )
