The pharmacist was rude and offensive. I understand having a bad day, but she publicly called me out for trying to buy what is typically an over the counter medicine. As a professional, she should have talked to me privately if she had concerns, but she made a judgment that was completely wrong. I never get mad... and on the rare occasion I do, I’m over it in a couple of minutes. I was so angry I cried. I’m still upset hours later. I will never go there again and it’s only a block from my home.

Every time we attempt to either fill a prescription or refill one there is a issue! I called on Sunday to have my daughters medication refilled today is Wednesday I’m now told she has no refills. How did no one know this on Sunday when I was told it would be ready that day at 5pm???? We leave for vacation tomorrow morning how am I supposed to have my daughters medicine?

Not my favorite place to go, the females are very prissy and I dislike even bothering at the pharmacy because its a hassle with them.

Its an okay store but the pharmacy takes forever even if they arent busy. Its ridiculous that it takes so long and I would suggest going elsewhere.

The wait time for one prescription is ridiculous one hour even when they arent busy! No reason for that, thats why I normally use CVS in Columbia they do great whether its one prescription or 3 or 4 within 15 no longer than 20 min tops. CVS in Campbellsville needs to get the lead out of their a**!

The store staff are great. The pharmacist and pharmacy staff are rude. They refused to call insurance company to try to get pain medicine approved for my 14yr old who had just had surgery. I filed a complaint with the corporate office.

Don’t bother making the drive if it’s near closing time

CVS is a good place to find things that may not be stocked anywhere else. Plus its the only place you can return makeup. A bit pricy though.

Service was helpful and found everything with no problem.

Each time I call my local pharmacy, Im on hold for at least 5 minutes, many times its more than that. I have to call in my prescriptions on the day that they can be filled. And after all that it takes them longer than an hour to fill my prescriptions. This pharmacy is understaffed and unfriendly
