A++ Customer Service! My son spilled a large glass of milk onto my wifes MacBook, which consequently resulted in an inability to power it on. My wife was quoted $45 to both clean it and to provide a diagnosis for the issue before moving forward on any additional work. I must confess I was initially dissatisfied when the technician revealed he was not confident as to what the underlying issue was, but he suggested replacing the logic board which including labor totaled approx $700.... But, I was even more annoyed to discover no cleaning of any kind had actually even been completed. Thankfully, I was able to repair the issue myself by simply cleaning the logic board. Upon contacting PC Solutions with this information, the lady my wife spoke with provided a full refund. I want to establish everyone we spoke to was extremely courteous from the beginning until the very end, and I do feel they would have provided better technical support had this been a PC rather than an Apple product.

Quoted me on a replacement screen for my gaming laptop that I stepped on and came thru with flying colors. Told me the product was on backorder originally from their main supplier but they would watch it and order it for me. I was expecting a long wait since it was backordered. Got a call next week the, they had found it from a different wholesaler. Didnt even know they were in town tbh, good thing my mom had muffler trouble and had to go pick her up next door. Any other trouble I cant fix on my own Ill bring to these guys. Fast and great service, and with a smile :)
