I understand that its a close-out sale and no refunds but when the fitting rooms are closed and you get home and it doesnt fit, whats the problem with exchanging it for a different size. But no now im stuck with several things i cant wear. And 70% off something that was only worth the discount price is not a deal just mind games

I was absolutely disgusted shopping here. Most of the employees weren’t wearing their masks, which is completely disrespectful and unprofessional. As soon as I saw that the mask policy wasn’t being held as a standard I turned around and walked out. I would give one star but gave 2 because Missy was so helpful and kind to me (and also was wearing a mask respectfully).

Definitely enjoy shopping here and there are lots of good sales right now

I got checked out pretty fast .I was looking for a pair of Jeans, and they had a good selection .And actually in my size . Not going to say my size but they did have the long length that I needed .

Always find what I need at my local Penneys store.

Went and found my daughter some dress pants. The prices were great and I will be shopping there again.

Merchandise is crammed in narrow aisles. It is difficult to find products in this store. Clothing is wrinkled and disorganized. Might as well be shopping at the thrift store.

JCPenney has greAt deals on sneakers...dont sleep on em

Good quality apparel but needs to have clothes for plus size women too. It’s like larger size women doesn’t exist.

One of the smallest Penney s in Kentucky. It used to be a lot better, but has cut down to not having each dept. staffed and now only has 3 places to check out in the entire store.

Small store for a JCPenney. Has the essential clothing, but it would not be my first choice if I needed more than a few things.
