I recently start new service with AT&T at our local CAMPBELLSVILLE KY store and the service provided was wonderful they have great employees whom are friendly and polite they work hard to help each and everyone who comes in there store and the prices are reasonable if you have any questions they always have the answers your looking for so knowledge is never in question with these guys and gals so if your looking for a great service and friendly people to help with what ever you need in a phone plan try these guys out trust me im new to AT&T and i do recommend them

I absolutely love this store. Specifically Bradley. He helped me save money, and get what I wanted done. He also fixed the issues I was having with my account. If you ever have any problems with your account, or you’d just like to have a friendly conversation, ask for Bradley. I 100% recommended him.

Excellent service. Even with curbside service, I was able to upgrade my phone and even when the phone protector case did not fit properly, the employees quickly switched to another brand which fit perfectly. Even with a pandemic hindering, the service was quick and knowledgeable.

I went in to get a new phone and the customer service was exceptional. The employees are all very friendly and went out of their way to make the experience easy and enjoyable. The store is also going above and beyond to ensure customer safety while still providing outstanding customer service during the midst of the pandemic.

This place is awesome, they were so nice n kind n helped me with my new cell phone, and to figure out my problems and where to go get them fixed. I definitely would recommend them to family and friends 🙂🙂

I had a great experience with Liz and Tabitha in the store today! I got the new iPhone 11 and the transition was painless. Very good about social distancing and keeping a very clean store.

My boyfriend and I came by this afternoon to buy him the IPhone XR and we had great service. Had to do curbside service but only took maybe 20-25 minutes to get our information and get the phone set up. Fast service and the worker knew the answer to every question we had. We will be back!

When we went in the store was busy but didn’t take long to get waited on. We purchased two phones and Erin got our phones set up quickly and made sure we where comfortable with new phones before we left store. She could answer all our questions.

I was lied to. Told I would get 4G service. Got home and no service whatsoever, not even outside away from my house. I tried to return the phone within 24 hours because customer service told me I would not be charged anything to cancel and I wouldnt have to pay the $55 restocking fee and the store manager will not waive the $55 restocking fee. Beware, they will lie to you take your money and not offer the service you pay for!!!! Horrible!

Jackie was amazing, took care of all my tech needs and even hooked me up with an ipad!

The CSR’s answered every question or concern and helped me get a new phone as well as other deals. I was not told anything that wasn’t available unlike the phone/chat service I spent over 8 hours and did not take care of my issues with run arounds.

I been here a few times. When getting my phone set up I felt like my whole afternoon was spent here in doing so. But some days I receive fast help and some days IIts back to hours of waiting..

Great customer service Erin was outstanding got me the best deal, I was out of there in no time with my new phones and she was very knowledgeable.

My wife got a new IPhone, after 4 days the display stopped working. They would not replace or fix her phone because I didn’t buy the insurance. But apple hand has a year warranty, and ATT has a 14 day guarantee. Now at this point I have had to jump through several hoops and am currently waiting on Apple to ship her a new phone. So far this has been a terrible experience and one of the worst displays of customer service I have ever seen. They are terrible!!!

The store will talk you into buying new products and then they turn their back on you. You have to go through the AT&T website or 611 for everything. I promise not to renew with AT&T when my contract is over

Better this visit. Awhile ago I went to the store waited for help. They were busy but the workers let others ahead of me that came in much later after me. They cheated me out of my phone plan then tried to blame the customer for their mistake. I went to switch phones, because my other phone kept giving me this Puk LOck nonsense, and had to go there four times to get it unlocked. Disappointed, and bought another phone, and was told I had to switch phone no. Then I got a great plan offered to me because they didnt have the phone I liked the first time, and after switching no. I was cheated out of my plan. I had to call the service to get help with cancelling the first no. and they cancelled my plan along with it without even telling me. Then went back to get help, and they admitted their mistakes, then turned around and tried to blame me. Lousy customer service a few times.

Unable to speak with live person from store. Needed to let store know I will pick up phone Saturday because I have been out of town and out of reach. I do not want store to re sell or return my new iPhone. Thursday is day 7. The automated operator kept looping me around and not allowing to leave a message or set up an appointment. Tried over 30 minutes to speak with live person. Horrible experience. Even Etown office person did not assist.
