Had car serviced, reasonable priced, very quick. Been to other Don Franklin dealerships. They are always fair and competitively priced. Definitely not the old stereotyped overpriced dealerships. Actually cheaper than the instant oil change places, but does require an appointment. They were super busy! Had some extra work done and I was still in and out in less than an hour.

Our hometown dealer had me on hold 27minutes..we called Campbellsville and they got to us the NEXT day! Polite folks, Clean and welcoming facility, WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE highly recommend!

I was dealing with David Humphress, in the short period I spoke with him he was great and straight to the point. I felt like there was some solid transparency from him. However we could not strike a deal that I am getting elsewhere. But if we could have I am more than certain he would be the one I would want to do business with!

We had transmission work done. When it was picked up we let them know it still wasnt acting right. I have been dismissed 5 times now and told well let it just go out then we will do something. We paid for an oil change and our fluids were not filled so not sure the oil was actually changed or anything. Pretty sure since Im a female they have dismissed everything thinking I wouldnt know. Its getting close to our 90000 transmission fluid change and have called 3 times for the ryde service guy to hang up each time just cause I asked if they added the new fluid so I knew if it needed to be done now or not. Will not give that service department anymore money. They are rude and half do a job. But pretty sure if my husband took it in it would be a different thing. I have heard many times they are like this towards females!

Very friendly people. I only go to Don Franklin to get work done on my Jeep. Always excellent work. I would recommend them!!
