I love this store. They have great selections and good sales.

They werent very helpful the beads were all in the back no one offered to get them or anything but did go to the back for a different person.

First of all I luv this store & the staff is friendly & helpful. I luv the fact that u can receive discount codes via text messaging but when the codes come out there is always a sale going on & if the item is on sale u cant use a discount code. I think they should let u choose to use one or the other, since the code is always a much better % off.

1st day in there since they reopened. I had my grand kids2&3 in the basket. Woman imediatly approached me telling me I didnt have a mask so she weilds a thick peice of cloth at me but says the kids dont have to have one. This cauhht me wrong but i wanted to look for the items needed.After watching 2 others enter store without being adked to mask themselves i needed to ask attendant which was carrying on a conversation with an employee which had his mask hanging from his ear a question. As the one departed her company i daid i waould like to ask a question. She 8mmediatly tells me i must put my mask over my face before she will listen or answer my questions. So i did as requested asked waited for reply then u loaded my cart and left. I have never been treaded so inappropriately.1. My grand kids could have been just as likly to have something as well as the others not asked to mask.2. I have no fever no cough no nothing.3. I lead probably a healthier lifestyle than most.So hope this reaches the tight person so naybe they can talk to their employees about being bias and making peiple not come to the store. If you are that scared dont open or dont come to work.And yes i was in shorts, teeshirt, cap and flipflops. Beware that you are being profiled as you walk in joannas fabric.

I shopped during the evening and there were very few customers. I asked for and received help in locating a specific type of fabric and my fabric was cut promptly. The Ott Lights were on sale and I wanted a floor model, but found it too expensive for me even after applying a 40% discount. I also looked at all of the yarn, but found nothing to induce me to part with my money. When ready to check out, the employee promptly and courteously checked me out, and even applied my 10% military discount.

They have just about everything for sewing or decorating needs for those who like crafting.

I WILL NEVER EVER GO THERE AGAIN .I ASKED THE MANAGER A QUESTION AND SHE WAS THE RUDEST HUMANOID I HAVE EVER SEEN, HER ANSWER WAS OVER THERE BY THE MATERIAL NEWSFLASH B*^#&. HALF THE STORE IS MATERIAL.I will drive to E-town instead . And this is the Campbellsville Ky store . She didnt get her Job by being helpful, or her personality, because she has none .

I shop at Joanns regularly because its the only craft store where I live. The employees are nice and friendly and helpful, but the management is terrible. Most everything in there is too expensive for me but on the other hand, they have a lot of coupons you can use if you download the app to your phone and I really save a lot of money by using these coupons.

Very well put together alot of your people nice only one would not move to let me through and no manners

I wish I could give 0 stars but it wont let me. Every item we looked at had the price crossed out, a pricetag with a higher price stuck next to it, and then was on sale. Everything is on sale, but none of the sale amounts are consistantly or clearly marked. Many signs advertising sale prices are displayed, half of them are expired according to the dates shown. I signed up for the phone app to receive a coupon, and selected to not be contacted by email. I received 3 emails from the store while I was there shopping. The one sales associate, Brandie, we spoke with was helpful and polite.

Well I had chase my best friend through the store, but as I was chasing him I found out that JOANN has a lot of useful items for baking, sewing, and crafting

The store atmosphere has truly changed! When they had a man manager,it was pleasant to shop there,now the current manager-Ashley is quite unfriendly in my opinion, I hardly go there anymore.
