I contacted the Wal Mart Auto Center by phone. The associate was polite and helpful. She knew exactly the name of the service I was requesting and she knew the pricing options without putting me on hold!

The waiting period to get an oil change here is ridiculous. You have to wait a week just for them to get you in to have an oil change. I have been to several different Wal-Mart Auto Care Centers and I never had to wait a week. Being a former Manager for this company is not only upsetting but disappointing as well.

Shouldnt have bought online from Walmart. Trying to save money cost me alot more money and wasted my time.Will go to a tire store in future

Les and Chip in the auto center went above and beyond for me! They were amazing and I wont go anywhere else but here for oil changes, tires, and headlights!

Bought a set of tires from wal mart online, shipped em to the store and they installed them. Rides fine.

Had no trouble finding coolant for my Toyota.

Had a blow out and they quickly fixed me up with a new.

Service wasnt too great employees act like they didnt really care while we were waiting in line and that was the fifth time I had tried to get there to get a tire plugged and there is always a 4 or 5 hour wait
