I love love LOVE Tiny Tots. I cannot say enough great things about this company and the people who work here.In the 3 years I used this service, Tiny Tots helped me every step of the way through the journey of childbirth to potty training. They never missed a pickup day, were always flexible, and even one time DROVE to my apartment on a Friday evening when I ran out of diapers and was too overwhelmed with my kid to think straight and go get some at a store.I wish there was some other product they made so I could continue being a customer, but un/fortunately weve grown of diapers.If I ever have another kid, Tiny Tots is absolutely the first service Ill sign-up with again.

Love tiny tots! We came across this service while looking online for cloth diapers in the bay area and it was also mentioned during our childbirth classes at Kaiser, Oakland so we went with it.I ordered my newborn size cloth diapers and they came a week before my due date so I was all set at home with the diapers. I started using the diapers as soon as we got back from the hospital and she immediately loved them. She stopped fussing during changing time (which she was while wearing pampers at the hospi) and can tell that she is enjoying them and is comfy. She is now 2 months old and we are still rocking the cloth diapers! Im still using the newborn size but she is quickly outgrowing them so soon we will have to start the regular size ;)My baby was born 6 pounds and 5 ounces and these fit absolutely fine on her. I was so worried they would be super big or look bulky when dressed but it actually turned out just fine. We first used 80 diapers per week but quickly changed to 70 and now using 65 per week but we still have at least 10 leftover so probably soon we will switch to 60 or less. She feeds 6-8 times a day and has as many wet and dirty diapers as per her feedings so we dont use more than that per day.We used the snappi clips and the thirsties newborn/premie diaper covers and so far very happy!The service is friendly and they are always available via phone or email. Delivery is prompt and always on point. Cloth diapers are clean and never had an issue so far. Price is unbeatable - it would cost us the same just to clean diapers at home everyday so basically we are not paying for the diapers with the service!Highly recommend!

Tiny Tots has been a great resource for us and our baby. We are very grateful that they exist and that they offer multiple compost diaper options as well as cloth diaper cleaning options. I felt good about paying a little more to ensure a better planet/future for not just my kid but all kids. Bill was a very nice delivery man for us and Mary’s customer service was excellent.

We really wanted to like Tiny Tots, but our experience with them has been horrendous. Save yourself the hassle and find a company that knows its own product.In our experience, Tiny Tots does not know what size babies fit their diapers. We have a 10 lb baby, and the website said a size 1 would fit (upper limit 11 lb). We ordered a size 1 and the package delivered said up to 9 lb on the side. Concerned, we contacted Tiny Tots and they said to ignore the box and try the enclosed sample. We tried the sample and it fit. We then opened the package, and the diapers were a different brand than the sample and way smaller. They don’t fit our child.Now Tiny Tots will only exchange the unopened packages, meaning we have to eat the cost of 25 diapers from the opened package.It’s absurd and exhausting, and exactly what we do not need as new parents.

Tiny Tots is amazing! The customer service is exceptional, and after two years with them, Ive never had a bad experience. They are very communicative and respond quickly to emails. Also, the delivery driver is SO HAPPY! For someone who wakes up before the sun to pick up poopy diapers all morning, he is so nice and always has a smile on his face when I see him. They must be treating their employees well.I highly recommend them for the cloth diaper service!!

Great selection of quality green & wooden toys, natural fiber boutique clothes & diapering to potty trainung resources. Their prices rival amazon and they offer great one on one advice. Loved my visit there

I called this morning with a question about a product and they immediately called me back. They were so welcoming and helpful and the store had literally every nice, natural and organic product you could imagine! clothing, nursing and pregnancy items, teething, bath, sleep...etc. They also have two dressing rooms which double as nursing rooms with gliders and breastfriends. We will definitely be going back!

I had a horrible experience. I went there to buy clothes for My preemie baby who was at the hospital at the time and one nurse told me about that store. I went there and ask the guy working there he had brown hair and a mustache if he had any preemie clothes he told me that he doesnt hear of a lot preemie babys being born and that I should buy the child doll clothes instead. Wen I was there there where more then 25 preemies babys in the NIC. I felt horrible like my business wasnt appreciated even if he told me in a polite manner that he had no preemie clothes I would of understand without the other rude remark I would of still bought things there but I walked out. I told the nurse the next day with a shock would never ever go there again. I live in Fremont and I went all the way to that specific store to buy clothes and other things for my preemie baby. Would never go there again. I now rather go to the childrens place or some where else with more class.

Work there all employees are awesome helpful but one ladies if you come on a wensday or Friday better yet bring SO just a thought or just say away from that cheap cologne
