This was my first time going in there and I felt so welcomed! I love what they do and what they sell and their staff has a lot of enthusiasm. I will definitely go back and get more cute things. Their clothing is so comfortable and super fashionable. Definitely recommend to the public! 🤍🤍

Cute boutique with lots of lovely stuff. The last couple of times I went I was a bit disappointed as there were not a big selection of sizes for men tee shirts.

I was parking my hot rod in front of Redemption when out walked this cool cat. We started talking muscle cars. After about 15 min of conversation I asked his name. He said his name is David and that he and his bride owned the shop. I asked him what he sold? He said everthing in the store is made right here in CA. (Not the whole U.S.A. but just CA!) They sell lots of wemon stuff there (wifey loved it ) as well as some very cool lights (see pics) I got to say I really,really liked the almond scented hand cream as well as the grapefruit scented hand cream (all natural ) (just please dont tell my friends as the think that I only use grease for hand cream )Wifey walked out with natural lip balm and we are going to order a copper chain necklace for one of her necklace thingys.David is supper cool wifey and I talked with him for about 45 min.There shop is very nice and has local artisan work from all over California.Stop by and tell David the guy with the red camaro sent you

Since moving to the Bay Area, Redemption has become my go-to for gift shopping. Their customer service is amazing, and they have the most beautiful and unique products. This shop is so FULL OF LOVE! I drive all the way from Santa Cruz to support this GEM. This place has been a sanctuary, especially during our SIP. The owner Tammy and Dave always go above and beyond!!! The staff are super friendly and I always feel welcomed even when my 2 yr old is running around! I also feel safe coming in- with hand sanitizer at the door, a handful of people allowed in and all staff and customers masked at all times (btw I found the world comfiest mask here!!! Yes they do exists!!) Shopping here makes me FEEL GOOD about my purchases and feel good about supporting such talented small businesses and local artist! So happy to have found this community and so excited for the Santa Cruz shop!

I wish there a redemption in every downtown in the bay area. Every time I shop at Redemption I am greeted by amazing people, who take the time to help me shop. I have a hard time shopping anywhere else now! You can tell that everything is made with love and care. My closet is filled with clothing from Redemption (everything is so soft!). Recently, I started following them on instagram. I love how they are a part of the community, and how they invest in local causes. When I reach out over instagram to ask about a product, or simply say hello, one of the owners always responds. I have met them in person a few times while I was shopping, and they are the nicest people! Shop local, and support small businesses.

I had a wonderful experience working with them. Prices are fair and the shop has some wonderful pieces of jewelry. Ill definitely be going back!

*** Attention Santa Cruz Folks*** Warning about a new shop coming into town . Stay clear away!!!Probably the worst experience ever trying to get a refund.I went there and dropped over $450, I was told I have 7 days to bring them back if they don’t work out. I tried to take back my stuff ( with in 7 days) and was told no refunds and also we can’t issue store credit right now.I wasn’t trying to return a lot, just a couple of things. I drove over n hour and felt like it was a misleading on the return policy. Customers should be told that there wouldn’t be any refunds. It’s annoying how they kept pushing “ oh for Christmas “, how can someone shop for Christmas with only 7 days to exchange. It was my first time there and it’s clear that I wouldn’t be going back. I left my stuff there with no refund/ no store credit/ no exchange. I’m disappointed in this store’s policy. Please future customers even tho they sell nice things please know all sales are final.I will also like to mention the owner contacted the party I was shopping with to tell them about my return. Iv never had any shop reach out to people I know to tell them my business. I don’t even know these people and they IG my friend to tell them about my return. I also got a my money back but then asked to remove this review. I definitely will not because this is a real experience I had. I never threaten anyone. I said I will contact my bank if I have to.

Love the products and concept - RUDE sales associateI have been to the shop several times but recently went there to buy several things at one time. After I finished trying on several items, and I was up at the counter checking out, the senior sales associate yells from the back of the store (standing in front of the dressing room I was in), “How many hangers and clothing items should I have!?”. I admit my eyebrow went up. That was rather unprofessional especially for such a “high end” store. The wonderful sales associate who had been helping me, and was ringing me up, called back to her the information. I took a deep breath and decided to try and let it roll. Several moments later the senior sales associate from the back of the store yells it again! Her tone and accusations were just beyond rude and unprofessional this time!Let me help you out here – get more customer/sales training! Till then – you (the sales associate) walk up to the front of the store, interact pleasantly with the PAYING CUSTOMER and other sales associate while you discreetly match up hangers and clothes… like a professional! There are several other possibilities here, but I think you get my point – rude!

Beautiful little store offering clothes, gifts, and cosmetics made in California. A great alternative when you are looking for something special & care about where the products come from.

Cute shop with lots of nice items. But returning policy is very bad. Bought pants wore and washed it once. After that two seams had lots of holes on the stitches. Even it was obviously broken they did not return. Too bad... but I won‘t come back. The manager showed no goodwill to keep a customer and find a solution satisfying both. Honestly was not rewarded. Next time I won‘t tell that is has been washed...Answer:If the holes are part of the stitching where the needles puncture the fabric then they must be on every seam. But they are only on two seams. Anyway... specially as a small business under thousands of big and online stores I was wishing getting a special service which makes all satisfy. Because this is usually why I love to go shopping in small business. Love to have a superior, individual service.

I love love love this store and will be back. I plan on doing all my gift and Christmas shopping. The prices are affordable and I just purchased the self tanner which works really well. I look forward to stopping by their new store in Los Gatos (or Los Altos), not sure where. The people working at the store are always very helpful in an honest way and look like they enjoy working at the store.

Nice place for quality merchandise made in California. Friendly staff and pretty selection. It is a bit pricey though.
