Good experience. Did a 60k service for my 2014 Jetta. Price was really good when compared to other shops. Turn around time was fast and friendly. Will look to do most of my services there in the future. (Which i do often due to putting lots of miles on my car)

Gabe is awesome and has integrity. I took in my 97 civic with what I thought was a blown head gasket. He found that it was just a bad radiator hose and quickly fixed it for me. Some people wouldnt have been as honest and would have still replaced my head gasket as I had already commission the work. Also I failed to mention that I had a problem with my passenger window and it should not be rolled down. As part of his inspection he rolled it down. However he was good enough to fix it for me at no charge. I really appreciated that. He was empathetic to my situation when I informed him that the Civic was my commute car and life would be really hard for me and my family if it wasnt fixed currently and timely. Thank you Gabe!!

Taking my car to Flintworks was one of the best choices I have ever made. 7 years ago I brought my BMW to Alden to get a new water pump put in, and his service and great personality kept me coming back. I now bring all my cars both European and domestic to him for repairs and servicing. He is honest, upfront, and patient when working with me, and never tries to sell me something I dont need. I hope he never moves shop, because I couldnt imagine trying to find another mechanic like him.

Had a bad experience. After Alden cerified my Boxster to be good to drive across the country, and charged me $3000, the engine blew up 200 miles into the journey. Had to have it hauled back home, where three mechanics all told me the same thing; the oil change was not done as stated and that caused the engine to be destroyed. Cost me $10,000.
