At one point, as a team member was helping me in the paint department, I was asked if I needed help 2 more times!Well priced rentals. I got a furniture dolly for 4 hours at $14. Super happy with the deal and the service. Right on time. It makes me never want to go to a corporate big box again. This Ace feels like its family owned and operated. Love it!😊🙏

Just about every employee in the place knows what theyre talking about and if they dont theyll find out. Theyre very helpful very very friendly and you can joke around with them they like to have fun one of the last places to get your local hardware

Service and selection are outstanding. Dont try to buy lumber here. Its really terrible.Prices are slightly higher than big box stores but the service is so outstanding, you get what you pay for.

Great store but you need to train your cashiers to count your change back to you instead of just handing you the reciept and putting the change in your hand they need to count it back to the customer. And one of the employees had on some pants with rips all down the front of them. They may be in style but not for work.

Very confused and disappointed that they had NO outdoor enamel paint in any other form than spray paint. Might have had it in a gallon but i needed a pint would have been ok with a quart. Tons of over priced indoor fancy brand paint but for outdoor white enamel i had to buy primer and had to go to cottonwood for black. Makes no sense. To the owner: I had 2 employees trying to help me that day. Neither could find what I was looking for

Pretty friendly people, Im usually asked several times by different people if they can help me. I do find it a bit annoying like they just want me out of there, like I am not supposed to be there or something when so many people are asking every time I turn around.

Has almost anything you need for your house and yard. Amazing how they get such a large inventory in a fairly small store. Very clean and great staff.

Staff are attentive and helpful. Not a huge store, but has all the basics, reasonable prices, good variety of hardware, lumber, and garden supplies, and even a few fun items for kids. Love that the hardware items are in bulk bins so I can buy just one screw or a pound of screws rather packaged sets.

Helpful friendly staff, who take the time to assist. Social distancing and face masks were being worn by every staff member that I saw, which is comforting and offers some peace of mind, well to me personally, you might feel otherwise, but IMHO, its important to be as safe and protected as is possible.

I was greeted when I walked in and asked immediately if I needed help finding something. They didnt have the part I needed but were helpful in try to figure out the solution. I was walked back to find bug spray as well. Very sweet and helpful staff. Found a sweet river hat on my way out, gotta love Ace!

Ace Hardware has the most helpful and friendly staff I have ever had the pleasure of working with. If the dont have a product...rare...they are ingenious at alternative options. Its a small store but packed with great products.

Had someone at Ace making awesome balloons and showed my grandson how to ride a unicycle. The employees here are among the best with customer service and support. They also do things for the community. Good supply of things and if they dont have it theyll try to get it for you .

Social distancing to the extreme. Couldnt even get into the store. I left and went to Home Depot where I could roam freely around the store.

Three stars for the selection. Otherwise, the staff was completely overwhelming. Every aisle I was bombarded with questions, or comments. Once or twice is fine, but being approached over and over, asking if I need help is a bit much.It felt as though the employees had nothing else better to do as most of them were just standing around, or sweeping. It seemed over staffed for such a small store.

Theyll have what you need. Its a bit pricey but saves a trip all the way to Cottonwood. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Wish they had a military discount. But, I love my Ace peeps. This place practices customer service at a level of excellence.Oh. And also, get some more girl stuff. Like that little section in the Prescott Valley Ace. While my husband shops, I am just walking around, tryna spend some money. Help me. Help me help you. 😉

Rail on our boat was coming off they help me get what I needed to get home outstanding group of people who work here.

I called Camp Verde Ace telling them I needed four gallons of a stock color Ace Brand stain. Ace man said they had three but could order one more gallon. I said OK, order it and Ill come in and get them. Ace man said Id have to come in a pay for the one gallon, a whopping $26. I explained I lived 10 miles away and didnt really want to spend 45 minutes driving there and back, (yes it takes that long) to get them to stock one more gallon of paint No can do said the ACE man. All special orders have to be prepaid. I said to Ace man asking you to stock one more gallon of an Ace Paint you carry is not really a special order. Ace man said its company policy. I replied I thought Ace was know for Service and if wanted to treated like this I would just shop at the Home Depot.Now wouldnt you think a hardware store with a couple million $$ in inventory could handle stocking one more gallon of a Ace brand paint they currently stock if I didnt come in and buy that gallon?Service, my eye!
